After studying the ancient civilizations of the world for a long time, we came across the following picture.

At least 20 civilizations have consistently existed on our planet, including, possibly, non-humanoid ones. They reached a high technological level and died for various reasons. There were civilizations whose existence lasted tens of thousands of years. Sometimes the death of advanced civilizations led to the total destruction of the planet's biosphere, after which life was restored each time from the simplest forms that survived the cataclysm. The death of civilizations was so monstrous that all technologies and machines perished irrevocably. Even our civilization, primitive relative to the level of development of civilizations that have existed continuously for tens of thousands of years, is technologically very vulnerable.

If electricity disappeared from the planet, our civilization would cease to exist in a few months. Research in the field of radiation shows that, for example, a nuclear explosion carried out in space in low orbit can destroy all electrical equipment over a large area. That is, a more developed technogenic civilization is more vulnerable to external factors. As we develop technologies and get used to their use, we become more dependent on random cosmic factors not studied by science.

We must remember that our Solar System is moving through space through little-explored regions of the Galaxy. Perhaps along this path the Earth periodically encounters some kind of radiation or, for example, a region of dark matter that destroys civilizations.

Studying the heritage of ancient civilizations available to us, we discovered that what they have in common is the idea that a person, in addition to the body, has an information component. In our culture it is called the soul. According to ancient ideas, perhaps associated with the achievements of more advanced civilizations than ours, the human soul is reborn many times, improving with each new incarnation. That is, in every person there is a certain structure that retains traces of previous incarnations.

This hypothesis allows us to think that from modern people it is possible to extract knowledge about civilizations, some of which were many times greater than the achievements of our civilization. Relatively speaking, we can extract from the consciousness of people living today textbooks with knowledge that is millennia ahead of the modern level. Based on this assumption, we began to look for a method.

While researching history, we have repeatedly encountered the activities of certain secret societies that possessed knowledge that was ahead of their contemporary level of science. These, first of all, include the Alchemists, who demonstrated the transmutation of elements, the Masons, who possessed some kind of technology for controlling human consciousness, and the Templars, who exploited the principle of information transfer based on biocommunication between insects. Traces of these secret societies go back to ancient times to the ancient Orphics, the time of the construction of the Temple of Solomon (950-586 BC) and further to the times of Ancient Egypt (28-23 centuries BC). Such societies existed in different cultures and, perhaps, they all originated from a single proto-civilization, which we very conventionally called Atlantis.

It can be assumed that all secret societies used the same method of extracting knowledge about past events. We found a fairly detailed description of this method, usually kept secret, in the spiritual practices of Yogi. The technology, called karma yoga, boiled down to deep meditation (concentration of attention) directed inside one’s own consciousness. In some cases, isolation (reclusion) was used to enhance the effect. This method was explained in a study by modern American psychologists. It's called "sensory deprivation." The scientists who conducted the study found that a person constantly needs to receive external information. An ordinary person does not tolerate loneliness well and needs communication, which confirms his dependence on society (social nature). With a lack of external data due to isolation in a special chamber, a person’s consciousness begins to independently produce an information environment, filling the external space with projections of accumulated information (creating hallucinations). This process consists of several stages. At the first stage, the source of information is the body, at the second - memory, at the third - the subconscious. It is at this stage that information about past lives (past times) appears.

Using this information, we created our own method, which we call “temporal resonance.” It is based on the effect of recognizing places and objects (objects) with which consciousness (soul) was associated in previous incarnations. We can say that objects and places have the ability to accumulate the energy of events occurring around them. However, each such record has its own parameters and is read only by the participant in these events. This is the basis of the deja vu effect - recognition of places and objects unknown to a person in this life. By extracting energy from places and objects with which he was associated in past lives, a person activates the corresponding memories.

To work with these memories, we used the recapitulation method described in the literature, modifying it and calling it “personality assembly.”
The psychotechnics we have created allows us to “move” to memories of distant times, using a person’s memories of previous and subsequent immediate lives as intermediate “stations”. Thus, we have a tool that allows us to look into the depths of the Earth's history.

Our further research into the Earth’s past confirmed the existence of “supercivilizations” in it. These civilizations explored near and far space and were part of the community of civilizations of the Galaxy. We saw unusual cars and various high-tech products. Several times we came across memories of planetary catastrophes. In one case, it was a war with another cosmic-level civilization.

In parallel with the development of “machine” technologies, we have repeatedly observed the work of “biotechnologies” that use the potential of human consciousness. We have seen a training system and special installations designed to activate these abilities. We called them the hidden potential of human consciousness. As our research has shown, the development of these technologies is the most important for humanity.

Thus, while studying the post-apocalyptic periods of the Earth, we saw that those with special abilities were reborn among people who had gone wild and had lost technology, retaining the memory of their past incarnations and the knowledge accumulated in them. Using their special abilities, these people created empires and contributed to the revival of civilization. They were usually called the Guardians of Humanity. Belonging to the same civilization, they created their own special society. As civilization developed, they left the positions of public leaders, replacing themselves with ordinary people (conquerors). Gradually, the Guardians formed communities of people around themselves who were possible carriers of ancient souls. By extracting from their consciousness the details of ancient technologies, the Guardians used the acquired knowledge to conduct progressive activities aimed at restoring and preserving a new civilization.

Having realized the importance of these biotechnologies and the opportunities arising from their use, we have concentrated our efforts on researching methods for their activation. Traditionally, these abilities are described as the ability to change the state of the world with one’s consciousness. They were usually associated with saints, magicians and witches (these are phenomena of different orders). The science of developing these abilities was classified as “secret sciences” (esoteric knowledge). We used a new term “psychokinetics”. In our understanding, it means the ability to move (change) the world with the power of your soul (monad).

“Circle of Power” implements a system of development and research activities in correspondence and full-time formats. How did the idea come about to create the Internet project “Circle of Power” against the backdrop of the already existing system of full-time schools “Crossroads of Worlds”?

The main idea, which was discussed at the School for quite a long time, was to provide the opportunity to develop faster to those members of the Atlantis Association who are ready for this. It is clear that such a union of students was possible only within the framework of an Internet project, i.e. distance learning systems. This is how the “Circle of Power” arose. The “Crossroads of the Worlds” system of full-time schools, formed at that time, became the basis for conducting face-to-face seminars and laboratory work at the Yekaterinburg Center. I myself don’t have time to “sell” long-term training programs, as a result of which the student acquires a lot of “dead” knowledge that is not fixed in the form of qualities and states (position of the Assemblage Point). With such a training system, the student changes “quantitatively” (as a rule, the sense of self-importance grows), but, alas, not “qualitatively”. Moving at a certain speed (which depends on the organization and discipline of consciousness), the Teacher has the opportunity to produce acquired qualities in the form of ready-made states.     When I came to my first lesson in April last year, I immediately noticed that the majority of the group’s students were women who looked like typical market saleswomen.
