Didactic games according to the rules of the road in the senior group. Methodological bases for the preparation and conduct of games on traffic rules in kindergarten

Playing activity, being the leading type of activity for preschoolers, is the most suitable platform for gaining knowledge, practical training of skills and abilities. Therefore, in the educational program of the kindergarten, special attention is paid to game methods of work. Their use is especially relevant in the context of topics related to the safety of the lives of babies, such as the development of traffic rules (SDA).

Traffic rules in gaming activities

From a methodological point of view, the game:

  • forms the emotional and volitional characteristics of the child's personality;
  • determines the direction of physical, mental and spiritual development;
  • helps to unleash the creative inclinations of kids.

In other words, play activity is a form of a child's social life, a way to socialize. That is why all educational work on familiarization and development of traffic rules in a preschool educational institution (DOE) is carried out through game interactions understandable by children of a particular age.

In a playful way, children learn the rules of the road more easily.

Game activity and traffic rules: goals, objectives

Disclosure of the topic of safety of road users through the game allows you to implement the following educational goals:

  • to teach kids to assess the traffic situation, based on knowledge of the meanings of traffic lights;
  • train children to be attentive and observant;
  • to form an understanding of road safety (for example, do not cross the road to the green light if the signal was already on when approaching the crossing, otherwise there is a big risk of not having time to complete the maneuver before the resumption of traffic);
  • develop speech (games according to traffic rules allow kids of younger groups to enrich vocabulary, understand the patterns of drawing up sentences, children of middle to school age- to master the grammatical features of the language, for pupils of the senior and preparatory groups - to work out the skills of compiling monologue and dialogic statements);
  • educate the need to avoid situations that are potentially threatening to health and life (for example, in the game "Bunny is in a hurry to visit", in which the character crosses the road, focusing on the lack of transport on the roadway, while ignoring a working traffic light, the kids of the second younger group are convinced that without attention to road signs, it is impossible to predict the appearance of cars);
  • introduce and participate in different types of gaming activities.

Children learn to work with different game material, including interactive applications

Among the tasks, the solution of which allows us to achieve our goals, we can name:

Requirements for the organization of games

Regardless of the type and theme of games, the Federal State Educational Standard (FSES) outlines the requirements for their organization.

Classification of games according to the rules of the road

The game form of working with traffic rules in kindergarten can be implemented in five types, each of which is related to a specific topic and has a specific educational task.

Educational or didactic games

Games of this type are used for:

  • familiarization with new material (for example, when considering road signs, older preschoolers get acquainted with the purpose of each of the four groups - warning, prohibiting, indicating and prescriptive);
  • practical application of knowledge, skills and abilities (for example, in the older group, having familiarized themselves with the types of signs, children put together a puzzle in which one part is a sign, and the second is a picture demonstrating the situation on the road).

For didactic games are important:

  • conditions, that is, rules;
  • designated end result;
  • verified game actions.

The topic of traffic rules can be presented in two types of didactic games: focused on the essence of actions and aimed at material that is directly related to building the plot of the game.

In didactic games, children not only get acquainted with new material, but also consolidate their knowledge, skills and abilities.

Table: educational games of different types on the topic of traffic rules

View Title (group) Goals Material, game progress
Games where content is key
logical "The fourth extra" (second youngest)
  • to consolidate the ability to classify modes of transport;
  • develop speech, logic, the ability to argue your choice.
Picture cards.
Who is not a road user: truck, house, ambulance, snowplow.
Which "eye" of the traffic light is superfluous: green, blue, red, yellow.
verbal "Finish the sentence" (medium)
  • develop speech hearing;
  • train the skill of making complex sentences with an adversative conjunction a.
Ball.
The child catches the ball thrown by the teacher and ends the sentence he has begun, adding it to the first part with the phrase “and then”:
“When crossing the road to the green light, you first need to look to the left ... - “... and then to the right.”
touch "Fix the car" (first junior group)
  • teach kids to compare objects by color, size;
  • nurture interest in gaming activities.
Pictures of cars of different colors, circles-wheels of different colors and sizes.
Children, on the instructions of the Guest (rabbit, bear, etc.) who came to the lesson, assemble cars, selecting wheels according to size and color.
Musical "SDA" (preparatory group)
  • practice the skill of changing the nature of movement to a certain music;
  • train the reaction to the conditioned signal;
  • to cultivate respect for human life and health.
The guys are divided into groups of "pedestrians" and "cars". To a certain tune, "cars" move from one part of the room to another. By the time the musical passage ends, the maneuver must be completed. If the "car" did not have time, it misses the "pedestrians" who are also moving to their music.
Games in which the plot is based on the material
desktop printing "Collect the sign" (senior group)
  • consolidate children's knowledge of road signs and traffic rules;
  • develop logical thinking, mindfulness;
  • foster a culture of safe behavior of children on the road and in public places.
Road signs in envelopes, chips.
Kids are divided into crews-teams. Everyone gets an envelope with puzzles of road signs. In 3–5 minutes, children need to collect their signs, for each they receive a chip. Additional points bring a story about the meaning of the sign.
Play activity with objects Such games are especially in demand in older groups, when children are happy to direct game actions. Usually, accompanying things, in particular, natural material (cones, shells, etc.), play the role of transport or chips for making a move in printed board games.
Interactive The material for games of this type are simulators designed for an interactive whiteboard.

Role-playing games

A feature of games of this type is that in them the child no longer acts from the game, but from personal social skills of interaction with the outside world, copying behavior patterns on toys or peer participants. So, in the game "Bus" in the older group, the kids-passengers not only take turns entering the "transport", but also buy tickets from the conductor, ask the driver to make a stop in one place or another, etc.

Work with the topic of traffic rules in role-playing games is carried out not only on the basis of playing everyday situations, but also on the plots of fairy tales or animated films. One of such bases for games can be an animated series about Smeshariki, talking about road safety.

In role-playing games, children rely on their social experience

Mobile traffic games

The purpose of outdoor games is to improve health, develop attention, speed of reaction, memory. This type of activity is used both in the classroom and on walks, when organizing recreational activities.

Table: varieties of outdoor games on road safety

View Title (group) Target Content
Imitation games "Road safety" (senior group)
  • repeat the rules of behavior on the roads;
  • practice walking at different speeds;
  • educate interest in traffic rules.
Each participant receives a circle of a certain color - a “car”. On a special rug with an imitation of the roadway or a painted mock-up, the “cars” start moving, observing all the rules of the road.
Attention training games "Funny traffic lights" (middle group)
  • repeat the meaning and order of traffic lights;
  • develop the ability to quickly respond to the situation.
Children stand in a circle, each holding a colored circle with a traffic light. To the music, the kids begin to move randomly, and when the melody breaks, they sort it out in pairs “green - red”.
Playing activities requiring little mobility "Road, transport, pedestrian, passenger" (preparatory group)
  • consolidate knowledge of traffic rules;
  • develop logic;
  • train your reaction time.
The guys stand in a circle, in the center is the traffic controller. He throws the ball to the player and says one word: road, vehicle, pedestrian or passenger. The person who catches the ball must say a word related to the named category. The one who hesitates is out.

It is interesting. Usually, outdoor games are held on the street, but on the topic of traffic rules, for the most part, they are organized indoors: in a group or in a hall.

Traffic rules and theatrical games

Theatrical game in the preschool educational institution is implemented in two forms:

Table: types of theatrical games according to traffic rules

The form View Title (group) Goals The essence of the game
Dramatization dramatization "How mushrooms went to the school of road science" (senior group)
  • repeat traffic rules;
  • develop artistic abilities;
  • to cultivate the skill of creating an atmosphere of joy with their actions.
Two mushroom brothers went to their friends in a nearby forest. Roadway on their way. One brother knows the traffic rules, does everything right, the second one is in a hurry and ignores the rules. The rest of the children in the role of wise forest dwellers explain to the naughty mushroom how to behave on the road.
Imitation "Listen to my command" (second junior group)
  • repeat types of vehicles;
  • train the skill of performing an action on a signal;
  • develop mindfulness.
Children act in the images of cars, buses, trolleybuses, trams. At the prearranged signal of the teacher, they start the engine with gestures and facial expressions, turn the steering wheel, start the wipers, lower and raise the windows, etc.
Director's Puppet show To demonstrate how well the child directors know the traffic rules, puppet artists of various types of theater are used (glove, finger, can, etc.).
For example, in the preparatory group, kids with bibabo doll characters walk along the layout of the roadway, commenting on all the signs on the road.
Poster theater (theater on a flannelgraph or on a magnetic board) The principle of this type of theatrical games is similar to puppet theater. The only characters are flat figures with Velcro for moving along the flannelgraph or on a magnet for working with a magnetic board.

Finger games according to traffic rules

The purpose of finger games is to:

  • fine motor skills development (in the younger and middle groups for the development of speech, in the older ones - to prepare the hand for writing);
  • development of sensory and communicative abilities of kids.

Usually finger games (gymnastics) are held during the transition from one type of work to another.

It is interesting. As a rule, finger games are universal for all ages. But for the senior and preparatory groups, rhymes can be longer and the number of repetitions is greater.

Finger games can be played with props for the finger theater

What techniques are used in traffic games

To achieve the goals and objectives of work on traffic rules in games, three types of techniques are used.

Verbal ways of interacting with children

Since the goal of children's speech development accompanies the educational process in preschool educational institutions at all age stages, the teacher's speech, dialogues and monologues of children play an important role in any activity of pupils, and even more so in games as the leading form of activity for kids.

Explanation

The teacher should give clear, consistent descriptions of each stage of the game. It is also important to repeat the order of game actions before the start of an already known plot - this is how children learn not only the rules, but also the algorithm for making logical statements. For the younger and middle groups, the speech of an adult is a language model, copying which the children “pronounce”, that is, they begin to talk, build sentences, enter into a dialogue. For the senior and preparatory, an explanation is an example of compiling a whole statement, a stage in mastering the rules for preparing a monologue statement.

Explanation in younger groups is accompanied by a demonstration

Riddles and poems

Traditionally, these verbal techniques are considered the most convenient way to motivate kids: on the one hand, children are very reckless in guessing riddles or repeating rhymes, and on the other hand, it does not take much time to include children in work (even the smallest ones).

In younger groups, I prefer riddles with agreements:

  • What kind of "zebra" on the road? Everyone is standing with their mouths open, waiting for the green light to flash. So this is ... (Transition);
  • I stand on the road, I follow the order. It is necessary to obey without dispute the Instructions ... (traffic light).

In the middle group, I offer riddles without a rhymed answer, but with a question at the end, so that it would be easier for the kids to navigate the answer.

  • Day and night I burn, I give signals to everyone. I have three signals. What is my friends name? (Traffic lights);
  • Here is a road riddle: What is the name of that horse, What lay down on the crossings, Where are the pedestrians walking? (Zebra).

For children of older preschool age, I try to choose puzzles that are more complex, longer. This is how toddlers learn to capture the essence of long sentences.

  • On the road sign that Man walks. Striped paths Laid under our feet. So that we do not know the worries And walk forward along them. ("Crosswalk");
  • What is a dark hole? Here, perhaps, a hole? A fox lives in that hole. What miracles! Not a ravine here and not a forest, Here the road crosses! There is a sign by the road, But what does it say? (Tunnel).

It is interesting. Some verbal didactic games are built on the principle of guessing riddles.

Riddles games - a convenient form of work on a walk

In my practice, I resort to motivation with the help of poems quite often: with their help it is easier to enter new information, and children remember facts dressed in rhyme better. Here are a few examples of the selection of poems on the topic "Traffic Light", which differ not only in content, but also in volume.

For example:

  • Junior group: Color green - Come in! Yellow - Wait a minute. Well, if red - Stop! The passage is dangerous!
  • Middle group: The traffic light has three eyes. Well, remember them, my friend, To walk the streets, so that you can soon On your own.
    Here is a red eye ... You are afraid of him! When it burns, there is no way. Blinking yellow - get ready! Green glows - go!
  • Senior group: At any intersection We are met by a traffic light. And he starts a conversation very simply With a pedestrian: The light is green - come on in! Yellow - better wait! If the light turns red - So it's dangerous to move! Stop! Let the tram pass, be patient. Learn and respect the traffic rules.
  • Preparatory group: And recently we have a traffic light near the house. He burns day and night, He tries to help everyone. If the red lights up, You do not try to rush. Everyone knows that red is dangerous for the path. And don’t go to the yellow one, But calmly stand and wait. Mom by the hand - and we are waiting. Together with us, all the people Patiently waiting for the green, To move forward. Here comes the green! Soon! He winked: - You can not stand! Soon the color of the traffic light will change to Red again.

Short stories

In order for children to tune in to the game, you need to attract their attention to a new type of activity. And fairy tales invented on the go can act as a link for this.

I actively use this technique in the middle, senior and preparatory groups, where children can already not only listen to stories, but also answer questions about the content, including those of a problematic nature. For example, in the older group, discussing the importance of a traffic light, I tell the kids a fairy tale about how the traffic lights quarreled. “Once upon a time there was a traffic light. Standing on the road, directing traffic. But once his lights quarreled, because they could not figure out which of them was the most important. “I am the most important, because when I light up, everyone stands,” Red said. “No, me! Yellow objected. “When I light up, everyone is getting ready to move: both cars and pedestrians.” Then Zeleny laughed and said: “What are you arguing about? Only I allow both people and vehicles to move. So I'm in charge." But while the signals were proving their correctness, real chaos began on the road: cars did not yield to each other, pedestrians could not cross the road. Then they understood the signals that they were arguing in vain, they just needed everyone to do their job. They began to light up one by one, as usual, and order again came on the road. After listening to the fairy tale, I ask the children 1–2 questions: “What happened on the road when the signals started arguing?”, “Why do we need three traffic lights?” etc.

Reading

This technique is usually used in the senior and preparatory groups, but it can also be used in the middle. The main thing is that there are children in the group who can read. Of course, too voluminous texts cannot be mastered by preschoolers, but short descriptions of signs, captions for drawings or pictures on the topic are quite capable. In younger groups, where the kids still do not know how to read, the teacher chooses and reads out the relevant material for studying the topic himself.

Reading passages should not be large, otherwise both readers and listeners will lose interest in further work.

Group of visual techniques

The visual-figurative perception of the world by children puts visualization at the forefront of methodological techniques in any kind of activity. In games, kids should see:

  • pictures-illustrations of game movements, actions, as well as the plot of the game;
  • videos, presentations on the topic (for example, for the older group, this may be a sketch from the history of the creation of a traffic light);
  • demonstration of game conditions by the teacher (in other words, the teacher shows all the actions of any kind of games).

Attributes for games according to traffic rules

The information presented in the game is remembered more firmly and easily if the actions are backed up by suitable props. Based on the topic, relevant will be:

  • cap (suit and/or baton) of a traffic controller;
  • layout of the roadway (on a rug on the floor or depicted on whatman paper);
  • samples of road signs, driver's licenses (can be printed on a color printer and laminated).

The props can be an element of the didactic, theatrical zones of the subject-developing environment, or they can be included in one, single corner dedicated to traffic rules.

Attributes for games are conveniently stored in a specially organized area of the subject-developing environment.

Materials for DIY games

The possibilities of computer technology and creativity make it possible to create a whole series of board-printed didactic games made by one's own hands. Here are some samples.

The game "What first, what then" (senior group)

Materials:

  • sheets of thick paper or cardboard half A4, cut lengthwise;
  • thin strips of red cardboard;
  • an electronic version of pictures with traffic situations illustrating the implementation of a particular sign.

Instruction:

The game task is to explain the traffic situation and offer its solution by superimposing the pictures in the correct sequence.

In addition to repeating traffic rules, the game develops logical thinking

The game "Each sign in its place" (preparatory group)

Materials:

  • electronic version of pictures with illustrations of traffic situations and signs on the road;
  • illustrations with road signs.

Instruction:

The game task is to consider the situation and put the desired road sign in an empty place.

The game can be played at speed

Practical Techniques

The game is essentially a practical implementation of the acquired knowledge, skills and abilities. However, besides this, practical methods include creative tasks that allow you to convey both the results of mastering the educational material and the impressions of the game process. These include:

  • drawings (for example, road signs);
  • applications (for example, in the middle group, mastering the skill of working with scissors, children cut out traffic light circles and stick them on the base blank);
  • modeling (acquaintance with the principle of operation of a traffic light in the first junior group can be completed by laying out plasticine "pancakes" of red, yellow and green color on the corresponding field of the traffic light blank).

Crafts from improvised material can be a task for a joint project with parents on traffic rules

Drawing up a card file of games according to traffic rules

The main condition for creating a card file of games according to the rules of the road is the inclusion of various types of gaming activities. It is fundamentally important that the games are related to a specific topic - so it will be more convenient for the teacher to make notes of classes, walks and entertainment.

It is interesting. Usually, a single card file of games is compiled corresponding to the age category, that is, for younger preschool age, for middle and for older. This is due to the fact that the range of topics in these groups is similar, only the form of presentation of the material differs (in the first younger group it is significantly simplified compared to the second), as well as the saturation of the material (in the preparatory group, children deepen their knowledge on the topic considered in the older group) .

Table: an example of compiling a card index of games according to traffic rules for senior preschool age

Game name (type) Goals Material Game progress
Theme: Road signs
"Play and dare!" (didactic, desktop-printed)
  • to learn to correlate the speech form of the description of road signs with their graphic representation;
  • develop mental abilities and visual perception;
  • to cultivate independence, speed of reaction, ingenuity.
  • tables with road signs;
  • blank cards.
4-6 children participate in the game, in front of which tables with the image of road signs and empty cards are laid out. The teacher reads riddles (poems) about road signs, the children cover their images on the table with cards. The winner is the one who first correctly closes all the images that sounded in riddles or verses.
"Questions and answers" (didactic, verbal)
  • to consolidate knowledge about traffic rules, road signs, behavior on the street;
  • develop thinking, memory, ingenuity, speech.
Chips The teacher divides the children into two teams, asks questions, children
answer, a chip is awarded for the correct answer. The team wins
with the most chips.
  • Where can you cross the road? (traffic light, pedestrian crossing);
  • Who can you cross the road with? (with adults);
  • What is the name of the person who drives the car? (driver)
  • What are road signs? (forbidding, warning,
  • service signs, informational, indicative, prescriptive signs).
"Pedestrians and drivers" (plot-role-playing)
  • teach the rules of the road, behavior on the roads;
  • to consolidate children's ideas about the purpose of traffic lights, road signs;
  • to instill a sustainable motivation to comply with traffic rules.
  • layout of the roadway;
  • driving licenses (green circles);
  • sketches of road signs.
Some of the guys are pedestrians, and some are drivers. Drivers must pass driver's license exams and get a car. The guys-drivers go to the table where the "traffic police commission" is located and take the exam. Pedestrians head to the toy store. Then with dolls, carriages they go to the crossroads. The commission asks drivers questions:
  • What kind of light can cars drive on?
  • - Which light can not move?
  • - Name the signs (“pedestrian crossing”, “children”, etc.).

Those who passed the exam receive certificates (green circle). Drivers head to the parking lot, get into them and drive to the regulated intersection. Pedestrians from the store also go to this intersection. Along the way, they comment on the signs along the way.

"Turns" (mobile)
  • develop coordination of hand movements (right, left);
  • attention, thinking, ability to execute a command, according to the sign in the hands of the educator.
  • signs "Movement straight", "Movement to the right", "Movement to the left";
  • rudders.
If the teacher shows the sign "Movement straight", then the children
take one step forward if the sign "Move to the right" - children, imitating the turn of the steering wheel, turn right, if the sign "Move to the left" - children,
simulating a turn of the steering wheel, turn left.

Temporary game plan according to traffic rules

The duration of the game depends on two factors:

  • type of game (here it should be noted that some types, for example, theatrical, part of didactic games, require more time);
  • the age of pupils.

At the same time, four stages fit into the timing.

The game is being developed in four phases.

Table: average time frames of stages of different types of games

Game type Introductory stage The stage of familiarization with the rules Game stage + complication The final stage
The teacher announces the name, motivates to participate. The teacher describes in detail the actions of each participant in the plot. The actual gameplay. After 2-3 repetitions, the teacher complicates the game (if the game is new, this stage is skipped). An adult thanks the guys for their work, highlights those who have distinguished themselves. Children evaluate their work and the activity of the group as a whole. If the game was too saturated with actions, then you can arrange relaxation: for 1-1.5 minutes to pleasant music, the children lie or sit silently.
First, second junior groups
Didactic up to 1 minute up to 1 minute 2.5–3 minutes half a minute
Role-playing half a minute 3–4 minutes 2 minutes
Movable 1 minute 3 minutes 1 minute
Theatrical 1-2 minutes 2 minutes 6–8 minutes 2 minutes
Finger half a minute 1 minute half a minute
middle group

The teacher explains to the children that they will spin the disk in turn and for the correctly named road sign and its purpose they will receive a yellow circle from the cashier and close the same sign on their map, if any. A cashier is appointed, yellow circles are given to him. The teacher distributes cards to the sitting children. The game starts. The host spins the disc and, together with the children, says the words:

Arrow, arrow, circle around, Show yourself to all the signs, Show us as soon as possible, Which sign is dearer to you! Stop!

The arrow stops, the presenter calls the road sign and its purpose. If the child named the sign correctly, the cashier gives him a yellow circle, the child closes the same one on the map with it. If there is no such sign on his card, he asks: “Who has the same sign?” And the cashier passes the circle to the one who has this sign on the card (provided that the sign and its purpose are named correctly). Then the disc is passed to the neighbor and the game continues. In case of difficulty or error, the child does not receive a yellow circle, and the disc is passed to the next child in turn. Riding fast in the mountain? - Yes.

Do you know the rules of movement? Yes.

Here's a red light at the traffic light

Can I walk across the street? No.

Well, the green one is on, that's when

Can I walk across the street? Yes.

I got on the tram, but did not take a ticket.

Is that how it's supposed to be done? No.

Old woman, very advanced years,

Will you give up your seat on the tram? Yes.

Lazy you suggested the answer,

Well, did you help him with that? No.

Well done guys, remember

Who knows that the light is green

Does that mean the way is open? (it's me, it's me...)

Who, tell me, from the tram

Runs out onto the road?

Which of you, going home,

Keeps the path on the pavement? (it's me, it's me...)

Which one of you is in the cramped tram

Giving way to adults? (it's me, it's me...).

"You are big, I am small"

Target: consolidate ideas about the rules of behavior on the street, road; to instill a sustainable motivation to comply with traffic rules.

Game progress:

The morning of a preschooler begins with the road. Following the kindergarten or home, he crosses the streets with moving vehicles. Can he do it right? Can he choose the safe path? The main causes of accidents with children are careless behavior on the street and the carriageway, ignorance of the elementary requirements of the Rules of the Road.

No need to wait for the child to learn the Rules of the Road on their own experience. Sometimes this experience is very expensive. It is better if adults tactfully, unobtrusively instill in the child the habit of consciously obeying the requirements of the rules.

When you go out for a walk, invite your child to play "big and small". Let him be "big" and lead you across the road. Control his actions. Do this a few times and the results will show quickly.

"Our street"

Target: to expand children's knowledge about the rules of behavior for a pedestrian and a driver in the street; consolidate children's ideas about the purpose of a traffic light; to teach children to distinguish between road signs (warning, prohibiting, prescriptive, informational and indicative) intended for drivers and pedestrians

Children in the form of traffic police inspectors (a cap, a cape with the letters traffic police inspector or a traffic police badge), children are pedestrians, children are drivers, a child is a toy seller.

Game progress:

Some of the guys are pedestrians, and some are drivers. Drivers must pass driver's license exams and get a car. Guys - drivers go to the table where the "traffic police commission" is located and take the exam. Pedestrians head to the toy store for shopping. Then with dolls, strollers go to the crossroads. The commission asks drivers questions:

What light can cars drive on?

Which light can't move?

What is a roadway?

What is a sidewalk?

Name the signs (“pedestrian crossing”, “children”, etc.)

Those who pass the exam receive certificates (green circle) and coupons; members of the commission congratulates them. Drivers head to the parking lot, get into them and drive to a regulated intersection. Pedestrians from the store also go to this intersection. At the crossroads: - Attention! Now the streets will start moving. Follow the traffic lights (a traffic light is connected, cars are driving, pedestrians are walking. Change of signals.) the game continues until all the children learn the rules of movement.

Rules: it is necessary to give the correct individual answer, and not shout it out in unison. The one with the most correct answers wins.
Children sit in a semicircle.
Educator: I want to know who is the most resourceful and imaginative in our group. I will ask you questions, whoever knows the correct answer should raise their hand. You can't answer in chorus. Whoever answers correctly first gets a token. At the end of the game, we will count the chips and find out the winner. Whoever has the most of them wins.

"We are the drivers"

Tasks: to help learn to understand road symbols and its specifics (on the example of road signs), to see its main qualities - figurativeness, brevity, generalization; to form and develop the ability to independently invent graphic symbols, to see and solve problems.
Rules: you need to come up with a road sign that is most similar to the generally accepted one. The most successful sign gets a chip - a green circle. The one who collects the most circles wins.
Materials:
1. cards with road signs in series: the road goes to the first-aid post (service point, canteen, gas station, etc. - 6 options); meetings on the way (people, animals, modes of transport - 6 options); difficulties on the way, possible dangers (6 options); prohibition signs (6 options);
2. a piece of chalk, if a forked road is drawn, or strips of paper depicting such roads;
3. small car or bus;
4. green mugs - 30 pcs.
Children sit around shifted tables, on which a branched paper road is laid out.
The teacher puts a car at the beginning of the road, calls the game and discusses the duties of the driver with the children.
Educator. Every car driver must know how it works, how to start it, repair it, how to drive it. The job of a driver is very difficult. It is necessary not only to quickly transport people and goods. It is very important that no accidents happen along the way. Surprises can be different: either the road forks, and the driver needs to decide where to go, or the path lies past a school or kindergarten, and small children can jump out onto the road, or suddenly a passenger who is traveling next to the driver feels unwell and you need to be urgently taken to the hospital or something in the car suddenly broke down, or gasoline ran out. How to act as a driver? Maybe ask passers-by where the hospital is located, where you can repair or refuel the car? And if the road is deserted and there are no passers-by? Or passers-by can not answer the question of the driver? How to be?
Children's answers.
Of course, special signs should be placed along the road so that the driver, even if he is driving very fast, looks at the sign and immediately understands what he warns or informs about. Therefore, drivers must be aware of all the signs found on the roads. When you become adults, you can also learn to drive a car, but today we will get acquainted with road signs and find out what this or that sign means.
The car is speeding down the road and suddenly...
The following describes a situation when, while driving, an urgent need to find a telephone, a canteen, a first-aid post, a car service, a gas station, etc. The car stops, and the children must guess what the sign looks like, near which the driver stopped his car. They offer their own versions of signs (what, in their opinion, should be drawn there). The teacher reminds that the car usually goes fast, the driver should look and immediately understand the sign, so the sign should be simple, there should not be anything superfluous on it. Then the teacher shows a road sign and puts it at the stop of the car, and the children, together with the teacher, evaluate all the variants of the signs, awarding the most successful of them with a green circle. Game continues. The teacher focuses his story on the road signs he has.
Today we learned some road signs that help drivers in their work. And you, when you walk down the street or ride in transport, pay attention to the road signs placed along the road, tell adults what they mean.
And now we must sum up our game and find out the winner.
Children count their green mugs. The teacher congratulates the winners, notes the most active children, encourages the timid and shy.

"Merry Wand"

Tasks: generalize the idea of the rules of behavior of pedestrians on the street; to activate children's knowledge, their speech, memory, thinking; educate the desire to comply with traffic rules in life.
Rules: listen carefully to the answers of your comrades and do not repeat yourself. The team that names the most rules for pedestrians wins. You can give an answer only after receiving the wand.
The teacher divides the children into two competing teams, tells the name of the game and its rules.
Educator: The one to whom I will give the rod in the hands will have to name one of the rules for the behavior of a pedestrian on the street. These rules cannot be repeated, so be very careful! The team that names more rules and does not repeat will win.
The wand passes alternately from one team to another. Children name the rules.
Children: You can cross the street through a pedestrian underpass or only at a green traffic light. Pedestrians are only allowed to walk on sidewalks; if there is no sidewalk, you can move the field shoulder towards the traffic. You can not play near the road and on the roadway. It is forbidden to cross the street in front of nearby vehicles and to cross the street to small children without adults. Before crossing the street, you need to look first to the left, then to the right, and, making sure that it is safe, cross.
The game “Listen - remember” is played in the same way, only the children list the rules for passengers.

"Laws of streets and roads"

Tasks: improve knowledge of the rules of behavior on the streets and roads; develop attention, the ability to solve problem situations, read road signs, independently navigate the street; educate interest in compliance with the rules of the road.
Rules: while participating in the simulation of traffic situations, do not violate traffic rules. Assignments must be completed.
Materials: playing field, figures of pedestrians and vehicles, road signs.

1. Acquaintance with the plan of the city, its buildings and inhabitants. You can give names to the city, river, streets, etc.
2. It is necessary to help the residents of the city choose a safe route and get to the right place: to the professor - to the Optics store to buy new glasses, to the kiosk - for a fresh newspaper, to the post office - to send a telegram, a watch workshop, etc. To a housewife - for shopping at a bakery, grocery store, send a package, meet a granddaughter from school, etc. For a person - a river or railway station, a football match, a hotel, a restaurant, etc. A schoolgirl - to school, to the library, the circus ...
3. You can put into the game road signs, traffic lights, traffic controller, transport: ambulance, fire truck, police, taxi, bus, food truck. Give the task to solve various problem situations, while observing the traffic rules. For example, the Produkty truck can be loaded into a bakery and spread fresh bread in a kindergarten, school, restaurant, bakery shop.
4. The teacher conducts a game in the form of a road quiz, asking the children questions.
Where can you go rollerblading in the city?
Show the most dangerous places in the city.
What will change on the road with the advent of winter?
What is road marking and why is it needed?
At the same time, the teacher simulates the situation - at night a strong hurricane tore off all the signs in the city, in the morning there were riots on the roads - and gives the task to fix it.

"Rush hour"

Tasks: help to learn the basic rules of the road on the streets of the city; clarify knowledge about professions; develop ingenuity; cultivate friendly understanding, the ability to get along with each other.
Rules: drive from start to finish without violating the rules of the road. Transfer all passengers to the desired stop. Solve all traffic situations.
Materials: playing field, dice, chips, 32 cards (12 blue - "employees", 12 yellow - "visitors", 7 pink - "situations").
The game has several options with different levels of difficulty.
1. It is carried out as a lotto. The teacher introduces the children to the objects on the playing field: airport, hospital, police, circus, hairdresser, post office, school, shop, stadium, new building, church, theater. Then together they find out which "visitors" and "workers" should be there. Children lay out blue and yellow cards around the objects with the image of those who work there and who visit.
For example, "Theater" - a ballerina and theater spectators, "Stadium" - an athlete and a fan, "Barbershop" - a hairdresser and a client, "Hospital" - a doctor and a patient, etc.
2. Blue and yellow cards are shuffled and distributed equally to all participants in the game. Players alternately roll the die and move across the field in the right direction, picking up passengers from the starting stop. The driver must take his passengers to the necessary stops as soon as possible and, having finished work, return to the final stop. The one who completes their task first wins.
3. Yellow and blue cards are sorted by objects. Drivers must collect all visitors, then employees and take them to the final stop. The winner is the one who scores the most points (i.e. passengers).

"Collect traffic situations"

Tasks: exercise in design, the ability to make up a whole image from individual elements; consolidate the idea of the rules of safe behavior on the roads; develop perception, thinking; educate independence, the ability to bring the work begun to the end.
Rules: correctly assemble the whole picture from parts as quickly as possible, tell the traffic situation more fully using it.
Materials: two (or more) sets of cubes with sticky pictures reflecting traffic situations. The number of drawings corresponds to the number of sides of the cube.
The teacher reminds the children which traffic situations they have considered.
Educator: You and I cut the pictures with traffic situations into parts and pasted them on cubes. And now you need to put these situations from parts into a whole picture and tell as fully as possible about it - what is shown there, who is doing the right thing and who is not, and why?
Children take turns collecting traffic situations from cubes and telling them. The winner is the one who quickly folded the picture and spoke more fully about it.
With children, you can make similar cubes for the didactic game "Collect road signs" (cars, etc.).

"Let's teach Dunno traffic rules"

Tasks: consolidate previously acquired knowledge about the rules of the road; to systematize knowledge on safe behavior on the roads; educate discipline, respect for traffic rules. Develop the ability to formulate your thoughts, listen to each other.
Rules: clearly explain the rules of the road without repeating or interrupting each other.
The teacher tells the children about Dunno - a boy who does not know how to behave on the street, and constantly gets into various unpleasant situations.
Educator: Soon Dunno goes to school in grade 1, and if he doesn’t learn traffic rules, he will fall into these ridiculous stories every day, be late for classes, or even end up in the hospital. What to do?
Children offer to help Dunno learn the rules of road safety.
Dunno: I left the house today and decided to play football, but there was no one in the yard, and I went outside, threw the ball, and he rolled onto the road. Passers-by began to scold me, but I didn’t do anything like that ...
Together with the children, Dunno analyzes the traffic situation. Children explain Dunno the safety rules.
Then I wanted to cross the street, but the brakes of the cars screeched and the drivers started yelling at me. Why they screamed - I do not know ...
Children explain how to cross the street correctly.
And when I got on the bus, I was generally punished and put next to the conductor. For what, I don't know. I didn't do anything but stand on the seat and stick my head out the window to look at the cars.
Children explain to Dunno the rules of behavior in public transport. The teacher gives a few more situations that the children help to solve. At the end of the game Dunno thanks the guys for their help and promises not to violate traffic rules anymore.
The teacher escorts Dunno with the words: "If you have problems, then come in, the guys will help you."

"What happens if…"

Tasks: find out why traffic rules are needed, why it is important for both drivers and pedestrians to follow them; to teach to establish the simplest cause-and-effect relationships and relationships; develop logical thinking.
Rules: do not interfere with each other, listen and respond. Supplement answers as needed.
The teacher reads to the children a poem by O. Bedarev “If ...”
Educator:
Walking down the street alone
Quite a strange citizen.
He is given good advice:
“The traffic light is red.
There is no way for a pedestrian.
You can't go now!"
"I don't care about red lights!" -
Said a citizen in response.
He walks across the street
Not where the inscription "Transition",
Throwing rough on the go:
“Wherever I want, I will go there!”
The driver looks into his eyes:
Razin ahead!
Hurry up on the brakes -
Have mercy on me!..
And suddenly the driver would say:
"I don't care about traffic lights!"
And just like that, I started driving.
The guard would have left his post.
The tram would run as it wanted.
Everyone would go as best they could.
Yes ... where the street was,
Where are you used to walking?
Incredible deeds
It would happen instantly!
Signals, shouts then know:
Car straight to the tram
The tram hit the car
The car crashed into a window...
But no: standing on the pavement
Regulator-postman.
Hanging three-eyed traffic light
And the driver knows the rules.
The educator offers to think and answer, why do we need traffic rules, why is it important for all private road users to observe them?
Children's answers.
Now let's play the game "What happens if ...". I will give you questions and you will answer them. Only you can not answer in chorus, interrupt each other. You can add answers. So, I'm starting.
What happens if pedestrians start crossing the street wherever they please?
Children: The driver will not have time to slow down, and the pedestrian can get under the wheels.
Educator. What happens if all road signs are removed from the road?
Children: The driver will not know what awaits him ahead, and may lose control.
Educator: What happens if the driver does not know the traffic lights?
Children: The driver will run a red light and hit a pedestrian.
Educator: What happens if the driver drives on the left side of the road?
Children: His car will collide with another car that is moving correctly - on the right side.
Educator: Now think up the situations “What will happen if…” and give the answer yourself.
Children one by one ask questions, others find the answer.
At the end of the game, the teacher sums up.
We have found out why traffic rules are needed and why it is so important to comply with them. And also what will happen if the driver or pedestrian violates the rules of the road.

Didactic game according to traffic rules "Guess what sign",

Games according to the rules of the road for older preschoolers in kindergarten

Tasks:
- to give preschoolers knowledge of the rules of the road in an entertaining way, to instill in them the skills and abilities of proper behavior on the street, to arouse interest in the movement of vehicles and pedestrians, in the transport itself, respect for the work of vehicle drivers, for the work of traffic police officers.
- to consolidate and improve the skills and abilities to act in continuously changing conditions, to best respond to an unexpected new situation.
- accustom the child to interact with peers in a team, to subordinate their interests to the interests of others.

Game "Buses"
"Buses" are the teams of children "driver" and "passengers". Flags are placed 6-7 meters from each team. At the command "March!" the first players with a quick step (it is forbidden to run) go to their flags, go around them and return to the columns, where the second players join them, and together they again make the same path, etc. The players hold each other by the elbows. When the bus (the front player - “driver”) returns to the seat with a full complement of passengers, he must blow his whistle. The first team to arrive at the final stop wins.
The game "Traffic inspector and drivers"
The game involves 5-6 people.
On the playground, 4-5 parallel lines are drawn with chalk, indicating the stages of movement. Players (drivers) put their cars (chairs) behind the last line and sit on them. Drivers have driver's license coupons (cardboard rectangles). On the opposite side of the site, facing the drivers, a traffic inspector sits down with traffic signs and scissors in his hands. These scissors are needed to cut the rights of the violating driver. The traffic inspector alternately shows the road signs to the drivers. The driver, who correctly explained what this sign prescribes, advances to the next line. The driver, unable to explain this, gets a puncture (a corner of the driver's license is cut off with scissors) and a remark from the traffic inspector, his car remains in place. A player who receives four punctures is out of the game. A driver who has passed all stages without remarks becomes a traffic inspector, a traffic inspector - a driver. The game is repeated. Drivers who have left the game receive new driver's license coupons and are included in the game.
Game "Be Careful"
Children remember what to do and when. They walk in a circle and carefully listen to the signals of the traffic controller. At the signal: "Traffic light!" - we stand still; on a signal: "Transition!" - we walk; on a signal: "Car!" - hold the steering wheel in your hands.
Game "Funny Tram"
We are funny trams
We don't jump like bunnies
We ride the rails together.
Hey, sit down with us, who needs it!
Children are divided into two teams. One team - trams. The tram driver holds a hoop in his hands. The second team - passengers, they take their seats at the bus stop. Each tram can carry only one passenger, who takes his place in the hoop. The final stop is on the opposite side of the hall.
Game - attraction "Attention, pedestrian"
To play this game, you need three wands, painted in three colors of traffic signals.
The traffic controller - educator - shows the guys who lined up in front of him in a row, alternately one of the three wands. Participants in the game at the sight of a red wand take a step back, at the sight of a yellow wand they stand, at the sight of a green wand two steps forward. The one who makes a mistake is fined by the traffic controller - deprives him of the right to participate in the game. The one who has never made a mistake wins. The chip is awarded to the winner.
Game "Garage"
Content: 5-8 large circles are drawn in the corners of the site - parking lots - garages. Inside each parking lot, draw 2-5 circles - cars (you can put hoops). The total number of cars should be 5-8 less than the number of players.
Children walk in a circle, holding hands, to the sound of music. As soon as the music ends, everyone runs to the garages and takes places in any of the cars. Those left without a place are out of the game.
Truck game
Content: The players are holding car steering wheels in their hands - these are trucks. They need to deliver an urgent cargo. On the head of each is a small bag of sawdust or sand. Who will be able to run so fast as to overtake all their rivals and not drop the load - this bag?
Game yes and no
The teacher turns to one or the other child with some question, for example: “Do you cross the road at a red traffic light?”, “Do you ride a scooter in the yard?”, “They say that you do not give up your seat in transport to elders . It's true?" It is necessary to answer quickly, briefly and be sure to insert the words “yes” or “no”. Answering the question positively (“Yes, I ride a scooter only in the yard”), you must simultaneously turn your head from left to right, and answering negatively (“No, I give way to elders in transport”), shake your head from top to bottom (as, for example, adopted by the Bulgarians). Since these movements are completely unusual, many people make mistakes and involuntarily accompany the answer with the wrong head movements, causing laughter and animation of those around them.
The game "Road, transport, pedestrian, passenger"
Children become in a circle, in the middle of it there is a traffic controller. He throws the ball to one of the players, while uttering one of the words: road, transport, pedestrian, passenger. If the driver said the word "Road!", The one who caught the ball must quickly name any word associated with the road. For example: street, sidewalk, roadside, etc. To the word "Transport!" the player responds with the name of any transport; to the word "Pedestrian!" you can answer - traffic light, transition, etc. The ball is then returned to the traffic officer. The wrong player is out of the game.
The game "Road - non-road"
The playing field is drawn in a line, where each line is separated from the other by one step (you can play on a wide ladder), the players stand behind the last line and the driver throws the ball to them in turn, naming different words. If the “road” word sounds - the player must catch the ball, “off-road” - skip or discard, if the player’s actions correspond to the named word, the player goes to the next line (to the next step). The one who first crosses the last line wins and becomes the driver.

Game "Hare"
A bunny rides a tram
A bunny is going, talking:
"If I bought a ticket,
Who am I: a hare or not? (A. Shibaev)

The "conductor" of the tram sells tickets to passengers who sit on chairs - seats in the tram. But chairs, one less than the passengers. As soon as all tickets are sold, and someone is left without a ticket, the conductor catches up with this “hare”, and the stowaway runs away.

The game "Remember the signals of the traffic controller"
Here, at the post, at any time,
There is a familiar guard.
He manages all at once
Who is in front of him on the pavement.
No one in the world can do that
With one hand,
Stop the flow of passers-by
And skip the trucks.

Training. Children are divided into teams, in each of them they choose a captain. Teams are located behind the starting lines - one opposite the other. The distance between the teams is 20-30 m.
In the middle of the site, between two lines that limit a strip 2-3 m wide, flags are laid out in a checkerboard pattern. Game content. At the signal of the traffic controller (red light - arms extended to the sides or lowered - stop; yellow light - right hand with a rod in front of the chest - get ready; green light - the traffic controller is facing pedestrians sideways, arms extended to the sides or lowered - go) players quickly run up to the flags and try to collect them as much as possible. After a set time, at the command of the traffic controller, the children return to their places, quickly line up. The captains collect and count the flags brought by their players. One point is awarded for each flag. The team with the most points wins.
Rules of the game:
1. During the run, the player is allowed to collect any number of flags lying on the ground.
2. It is forbidden to take flags from each other.

3. You must not step over the lines that limit the place for flags.
4. Team captains play on an equal footing with everyone.

The game "Knowing Pedestrian"
There are many rules of the road in the world,
It would not hurt us to learn all of them,
But the main of the rules of motion -
Know how the table should multiply:
"On the pavement - do not play, do not ride,
If you want to stay healthy!
The game is played on the site in the form of an excursion with an element of competition. Children line up in teams. They must go the way, for example, from the garden to the library. Approaching an intersection or a footpath, the children should stop and complete the practical task set in connection with the approaching transport and the current traffic light, then ask: “Street, street, can we cross the road?”
To which the street (educator) replies: “It is possible if you answer one question for me.” Asks one question about the rules of the road. And so it is at every intersection.
The detachment that correctly answers all the questions will arrive earlier at the designated point, where it will be awarded the pennant "Pedestrians-excellent students."
The game "I'm walking along the path"
Players walk along the path, naming for each step, for example, the names of road signs, etc. The one who takes the most steps and names the most words wins.
The game "Who was called - he catches"
The players sit in a circle. In the center is a traffic controller (driver). He calls the name of one of those standing in a circle and throws the ball to him. The named one catches the ball, names some form of transport and throws the ball to the traffic controller. The one who did not catch the ball, or did not name the word, becomes the driver. The winner is the one who has never been a traffic controller.
Game "Catch - don't catch"
Participants of the game, 6-8 people, line up half a step from each other. The host is 4-5 steps from the players with the ball, throws it to any player, while pronouncing words, for example: “road”, “transition”, “road sign”, etc. (in this case, the ball must be caught), or words denoting any other objects (in this case, the ball should not be caught).
The one who makes a mistake takes a step forward, but continues to play. If he fails again, he is out of the game. It is very important that the driver first utters the word, and then throws the ball.
Game "Name the sixth"
Several people are playing. The driver addresses someone to whom he throws the ball into his hands: “Name the sixth” - and lists, for example, five modes of transport (or road signs, etc.). The one who was asked to continue the list should catch the ball and quickly add another name without repeating what was listed before. If the words follow immediately, the answerer himself begins to ask questions, if not, the driver remains the same.
Game "Find the Wand"
The teacher, before the start of the game, hides the traffic control stick in plain sight. Players stand in a line or column one at a time.
At the signal of the teacher, the players move in a column one at a time, and everyone tries to be the first to notice the hidden object. The player who saw the object first puts his hands on his belt and continues walking without showing others where the hidden object is. The teacher, to make sure that the player really found the item, can approach him and ask quietly. The game ends when all or most of the players have found the item.
The player, having noticed a hidden object, must not stop, slow down, touch or in any other way indicate to other players the location of the hidden object.
Game "Find a Pair"
The players are given strips of paper with images of road signs. Without talking, everyone must find a mate, that is, a partner with the same picture. The couples become in a circle. Complications: each couple tells what their road sign means.
Game "Unusual road sign"
In this game, children are invited to come up with an unusual road sign.
You need to select one of the objects of the surrounding world and try to transfer its properties to the road sign. At the same time, the most fantastic, the most incredible options are possible. The teacher invites the children to think of some object of living or inanimate nature (cat, tree, flower, house, etc.). The teacher asks: “Can an unusual road sign somehow resemble a cat?” Children answer: "Maybe!"
The game "Traffic Lights"
The traffic lights are red! The path is dangerous - there is no passage! And if the yellow light is on, he says “get ready”. Green flashed ahead - the path is free - go over.
In the game, all children are "pedestrians". When the traffic controller shows a yellow light at the “traffic light”, then all the children line up and prepare for movement, when the green light “lights up” - you can walk, run, jump around the hall; at a red light - everyone freezes in place. The one who makes a mistake is out of the game.
When you cross the street, follow the traffic lights.
Game "Spider web"
Children sit in a circle. The driver, the traffic controller, has a ball of thread in his hands. He throws a ball to any of the children, naming the cause of accidents on the roads: “Sasha, walking along the roadway in the presence of a sidewalk is dangerous,” Sasha holds the thread, and throws the ball further: “Sergey! An unexpected exit from behind a standing car can lead to an accident, ”Sergey holds the thread, and throws the ball further:“ Olya! Children playing on the roadway are very dangerous.”
When all the children take part in the game, they have a “cobweb” in their hands and a long story about the causes of accidents on the roads.
Game "Trip to Moscow"
Chairs are needed for the game - one less than the number of players. Chairs are placed tightly in a circle, one next to the other, with the seats facing out. Each player takes a free seat. The driver does not have a chair. He walks around the players, holding a flag in his hand, and says: "I'm going to Moscow, I invite those who wish." All the guys join him one by one. The driver says: “We are going to Moscow by bus (by train, plane),” and at the same time speeds up the pace. “The bus is picking up speed,” the driver continues and starts running. “Moscow is already very close,” he announces (the run slows down). "Attention, stop!" - the command of the driver is suddenly distributed. At this command, everyone runs to the chairs. Everyone tries to take any free place. The driver also tries to take a seat. The one who is left without a chair becomes the driver, receives a flag and repeats the game. The leader can take the students away from the chairs, lead them through the hall, etc. and give the command "Landing!" unexpectedly anywhere.
Game "Crossroads"
The leader stands in the center of the intersection - this is a traffic light. Children are divided into two groups - pedestrians and cars. The leader's whistle blows. The intersection comes to life: pedestrians are walking, vehicles are moving. If traffic violations are allowed, the presenter whistles, calls the name of the violator. He is out of the game. Those who make no mistakes win.
The game "Search for the Wand"
Two chairs are placed at a distance of 8-10 m from one another and a wand is placed on each. Near the chairs are playing, turning to face each other. They are blindfolded. At the signal of the educator, each of them must go forward, go around the chair of his friend and, returning back, find his rod and knock it on the chair. The one who completes it first wins.
Game "Different cars"
The leading traffic controller exclaims: "Trucks!" - and trucks quickly go to their line. And passenger cars start after them, trying to overpower them. The facilitator remembers (or someone notes) the number of tagged. It is the turn of cars to go to their own road. And among them there will be losers who were overtaken by trucks. And so several times. The host does not necessarily call commands strictly in turn - it will be more interesting if he unexpectedly calls one several times in a row. It is only important that the total number of departures for trucks and cars eventually turns out to be the same. To create more tension in the game, team names should be pronounced in syllables. It sounds like: “Ma-shi-we are easy ...”
Game "Controller"
While walking in a column one at a time, the teacher (he goes first) changes the position of the hands: to the side, on the belt, up, behind the head, behind the back. Children perform all movements behind him, except for one - hands on the belt. This movement is prohibited. The one who makes a mistake falls out of line, stands at the end of the column and continues the game. After some time, another movement is declared a prohibited movement.
Physical education minute
The guard stands stubborn (we walk in place)
Waves to people: Don't go!
(move arms sideways, up, sideways, down)
Here the cars go straight (hands in front of you)
Pedestrian, wait! (hands to the side)
Look: smiled (hands on the belt)
Invites us to go (we walk in place)
You machines take your time (clapping hands)
Skip the pedestrians! (jumping in place)
Game "Collect a traffic light"
The teams are given a baton and the task is explained: each team member must participate in assembling a traffic light from rectangles. The winner is the team that completed the assembly of the traffic light earlier and without errors. Two boxes contain seven gray rectangles and one colored one each: red, yellow and green. On a signal, team members run up to the boxes, take out rectangles from the boxes, return to their place, passing the wand to the next one, each next participant takes another rectangle from the box, continuing to assemble the traffic light. Rectangles are laid one on top of the other in the following sequence: gray, gray, red, gray, yellow, gray, green, gray, gray, gray.
Game "Traffic Light"
The field is limited on 4 sides (depending on the number of players), like a footpath, beyond which it is impossible to run. The driver in the center of the playing field, turning away, assigns a color, those players who have this color on their clothes calmly pass, the rest - the “violators” must run across the “road”, the salted “violator” becomes the driver.
Game "Traffic Lights"
Two teams of 12-15 people line up in a semicircle, one to the left, the other to the right of the teacher. The teacher has a traffic light in his hands - two cardboard circles, one side of which is yellow, the other side of the circles is different (red and green).
The teacher reminds the children how important it is to follow the traffic rules on the street, to cross it only in the designated places where the inscription "transition", first look to the left, then to the right to make sure that there are no cars nearby, and where the traffic light is installed, carefully follow him. He reads poems by S. Mikhalkov to the children. The missing words are suggested by the guys in unison.
If the light turns red
So move... (dangerous).
Light green says:
“Come on, the way ... (open).
Yellow light - warning -
Wait for the signal for... (movement).
Then the teacher explains the rules of the game:
- When I show a green traffic light, everyone marches in place (you need to start with the left foot), when it's yellow, they clap their hands, and when it's red, they stand still. Anyone who confuses the signal takes a step back. Signals should change unexpectedly, at different intervals. The team with the most members remaining at the end of the game wins.
The game "Let's get the driver's license"
The game involves 5-7 people: traffic inspector and drivers. The players choose the driver (traffic inspector). He is given road signs (from the set "Wall Road Signs"), on the reverse side of the sign is written its meaning. The traffic inspector shows road signs (familiar to children), changing them one by one, and the drivers explain the meaning of the signs. For the correct answer, they get a point (a colored token, a piece of cardboard is issued). At the end of the game, it is calculated which of the drivers received the most tokens. He is awarded the title of driver of the 1st class, others, respectively, of the driver of the 2nd and 3rd class.
The player who takes first place becomes a traffic inspector.
The game is repeated.
Game "Collect the picture"
From each team (“Traffic Light”, “Car”, “Pedestrian”, etc.), a player is selected with the help of a rhyme to participate in the game. It is necessary to collect parts of the picture scattered on the road to get a picture with the same image as the team name.
Game "Taxi"
The group of children is divided into pairs. Each pair (“Taxi”) stands inside one hoop (“Taxi”). Each child holds their own half of the circle (usually at waist or shoulder level).
Children run while standing inside the hoops while the music plays. Two children must move at the same speed and in the same direction. Every time the music stops, the children from two different hoops join together. The game continues until the maximum number of children fit inside the hoops (up to 6-8 people).
"Colored Cars"
Along the edges of the playground are children with colored circles in their hands - these are rudders. The teacher is in the center with colored flags. He raises a flag of some color. Children with a circle of the same color run around the playground in any direction, buzzing, turning the circle like a steering wheel. When the flag is lowered, everyone returns to their seats. Then the teacher raises a flag of a different color, other children run. You can raise two or three flags at the same time, and then all the cars leave.
"Cars"
Each child receives a hoop. Children run around the playground, turning hoops - rudders right and left, trying not to interfere with each other.
Sparrows and car
Purpose: To teach children to run in different directions without bumping into each other, start moving and change it at the signal of the teacher, find their place.
"Tram"
Purpose: To teach children to move in pairs, coordinating their movements with the movements of other players; teach them to recognize colors and change their movement in accordance with them.
"Traffic lights"
Two teams of 12-15 people line up in a semicircle, one to the left, the other to the right of the leader. The teacher has a traffic light in his hands - two cardboard circles, one side of which is yellow, the other side of the circles is different (red or green).
The teacher reminds the children how important it is to follow the traffic rules on the street, to cross it only in the designated places where the inscription "crossing", first look to the left to make sure that there is no car nearby, and where the traffic light is installed, carefully monitor it . He reads poems by S. Mikhalkov to the children. The missing words are suggested by the guys in unison.
If the light turns red
So, move ... .. (dangerous).
Green light says:
"Come in, the way……(open)."
Yellow light - warning -
Wait for a signal for .... (movement).
The leader then explains the rules of the game:
- When I show a green traffic light, everyone marches in place (you need to start with the left foot), when it's yellow, they clap their hands, and when it's red, they stand still. Those who confused the signal take a step back.
Signals should change unexpectedly, at different intervals. The team with the most members remaining at the end of the game wins.

"We are young drivers"
The traffic police inspector (educator), after checking the knowledge of the children of the rules of the road, hands each of them a driver's license.
Having received the rights of a motorist, children of senior and preparatory groups move around the playground, observing the rules of the road:
1. Keep right-hand traffic
2. Correctly respond to traffic signals
3. Let pedestrians pass (children of the younger group with a teacher)
"Stop"
The participants in the game move in accordance with the words and color signals of the host: "Step together" - a green circle,
"Look, don't yawn" - yellow circle,
"Stop!" - red circle.
