  • 2 pcs. potatoes;
  • 1 l. chicken broth;
  • 1-1.5 l. water;
  • 400 g of tomatoes in their own juice;
  • ½ teaspoon oregano;
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin;
  • 1 medium zucchini (250 g);
  • A couple of drops of lemon juice;
  • Spices to taste;
  • Fresh parsley and cilantro for garnish.

Albondigas Soup Instructions

Step 1. Cooking meatballs. Mix all meatball ingredients in a large bowl. With wet hands, form small meatballs about the size of a walnut. This will make about 35 meatballs, depending on how big you make them. We put the meatballs in the refrigerator.

Step 2. It's time to prepare our vegetables for the soup. We clean the onion from the husk and cut into small cubes. We clean 2 cloves of garlic, after which it must be chopped on a garlic press or on a grater. We clean the carrots and cut into thin strips. Next, you need to wash and cut into small pieces of celery and zucchini cubes, also clean and cut the potatoes into medium-sized cubes.

Step 3. Soup preparation. Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until softened, about 2-3 minutes. Then add minced garlic, carrots, celery and potatoes. Cook for about 5 minutes, or until vegetables begin to soften. Don't forget to stir often.

Step 4 Pour the broth, water and a jar of tomatoes into a saucepan with vegetables. Add cumin and oregano, stir. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat to medium to low, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 5. We take out the meatballs from the refrigerator and throw them into the boiling soup. Stir and cover, cook over medium heat for another 10 minutes. Then add the zucchini and cook for about 5 more minutes or until the zucchini is soft.

Step 6. Add lemon juice and season with pepper and salt to taste. Serve with chopped cilantro or parsley.

But very often we leave behind all these trends and those wonderful items that designers offer us from the category of something extreme, new, exclusive. The most controversial and tough texts of the rapper, which once attracted the American public, were "fueled" precisely by these relationships, which lasted more than twenty years. early years

Kim Mathers was born in 1975 in Warren, Michigan, and was one of the twin sisters born to Caitlin Slack. Although not much is known about the girl's childhood, information about her teenage life begins to emerge from the moment she met Eminem in 1987 - then just Marshall.

Kim first met Eminem at thirteen, at a party with mutual friends. The girl was fascinated by a fifteen-year-old boy who rapped while standing right on the table. - the song “I’m Bad” by rapper LL Cool J. Love immediately broke out between teenagers and soon Kim, along with her twin sister, ran away from home to live with Marshall and his mother Debbie Mathers.

In parallel with their romance, which lasted throughout the 90s, Eminem worked tirelessly on his career, began participating in rap battles in the famous Detroit Hip-Hop-Shop. And soon the aspiring rapper caught the attention of a producer named Mark Bass, who really wanted to work with a young guy full of determination and a desire to succeed.

Marshall and Kim's affairs seemed to be on the mend, and then they were overtaken by an unexpected event - Kim suddenly became pregnant.

Birth of Haley Jade Scott-Mathers

Kim's unplanned pregnancy came as a shock to Eminem, but despite this, the young guy did everything to support Kim and their child. By the time Hailey was born, on Christmas Day 1995, Eminem was working sixty-hour weeks, and it almost killed his then-untiled rapping career.

Although Kim herself never mentioned this difficult period of her life, it is important to note that this is when the couple's relationship began to falter.

Life from hand to mouth with a small child in her arms was the "last straw" of Marshall's patience, whose ambitions literally seethed. This was the reason for their first breakup in 1996. Eminem returned to his mother, and Kim and her daughter returned to a one-room apartment.

Kim explained that the second marriage was a celebration of the 15th anniversary of their relationship: “We decided to get married on January 14th. Marshall wanted this because it was the 15th anniversary of our first date. I remember I said then: "Let's just have a ceremony, without official marriage." Because I was afraid of what might happen to our children if we went through a divorce again. And then 41 days later, on February 25, Marshall left." Although the second marriage was doomed, it was after him that the couple began to build friendly relations for the sake of their little daughter Haley.

Other relationships

After her first marriage to Eminem ended in divorce, Kim met a man named Eric Hatter, with whom she had a daughter, Whitney, in 2002. A few months before her death, Dawn told Radar Online that Kim and Marshall refused to help her during the most difficult times: “My brother-in-law is a millionaire, my sister has money to hell, but they refuse to help me. This is a betrayal. Mathers has been a member of our family since he was 15!”

Everyone waited by the car until they found out who was in it. It was Kim Mathers - Eminem's ex-wife. She was under the influence of alcohol. According to her, she drank a whole quint of rum in broad daylight.

One of the reasons that many curious dirty-clothes enthusiasts have shown great interest in this story is that the Kim suicide case itself and court documents were hidden from prying eyes.

Later, Eminem's ex-wife admitted that she tried to commit suicide by getting into a car while intoxicated and intentionally trying to get into a fairly serious accident. In May 2016, Kimberly spoke about this in an interview for Mojo in the Morning. During the conversation, she explained why the documents in the court case regarding the accident were closed, insisting that it was not because of privileged treatment, but only because the papers contained medical information about her suicide attempt. Regarding the accident and suicide attempt, Kim said that she planned the accident and collision in advance so that there would be no injuries, and admitted that she mixed alcohol and drugs before getting behind the wheel of her Cadillac Escalade SUV.

The very reason why Kim decided to commit suicide, she did not tell. But she said that during this difficult period for her (after the death of her sister and after this accident), Eminem supported her very well. At the end of 2016, Kim was convicted. The process lasted for many months and was kept secret from the people. Kim Mathers was given a suspended sentence for drunk driving, which caused an accident on the road.
