Wiring diagram of the TV model 2197 shivaki. Shivaki TV repair manual and diagrams

SHIVAKI 143 In principle, the malfunction is the same as in Funai, Rekorah and Akayah. In the power supply, the loss of capacitance of the capacitor (it seems C-508) is 47 microfarads x 25 V. Because of this, the voltage is too high and as a result: exploded capacitances 100x160V, a broken line transistor, today even a broken personnel TA8403K.

SHIVAKI skips stations when tuning, does not hold APCG. Adjusting the contours does not help. Capacitors inside the circuits are faulty (capacitance decreases). Repair: unsolder the circuit, remove the capacitor, solder the circuit in place and select the capacitor capacity empirically. The second option: if space permits, you can put the circuit from our SMRK (this is so as not to suffer with the selection of containers)

Shivaki STV-209. At the maximum volume level, the sound is weak, barely audible. Resistance between 13 vyv. is. TA8701 and mass = 5 ohms. The amplitude limiter diode inside the microcircuit is broken.

Shivaki STV-1463. When turned on, it immediately shows the service menu, cannot catch channels

Shivaki STV-2189(TMPA8891CPBNG6NA3). The raster is narrowed horizontally, the upper part of the image (frame) is distorted (inversion). The cause of the malfunction is a type V512 transistor in a switching power supply

SHIVAKI STV2810 After switching on, the key image and four bars for entering the code (Watchdog function) appear on the screen. After turning on the TV, press simultaneously on TV (P + P-). With each press, the bar is crossed out, after the last one, TV is turned on. Processor ST6387B1

Shivaki STV-2110M4. The power supply starts up unstable, if it starts up, then the voltages are about half as low. Checking and replacing the strapping of the STRS-6707 chip, replacing the chip itself did not lead to anything. The reason turned out to be in the optocoupler, through which the feedback comes from the secondary windings of the BPI to the STRS-ku.

The standby indicator is on, but the device cannot be removed from the standby panel or from the keyboard. The reason turned out to be a break in a low-power 100 kOhm resistor - it is in a transistor switch that switches 112 V from the power supply to the TV circuit.

TV SHIVAKI 209. The voltage of the power supply is jumping with all the consequences. The raster breathes, inversion, etc. The voltage on the light bulb does not change, but it is lowered 80 instead of 103. I change the TDKS the same. I change the STR, there is no voltage. I think I got it broken. I put another, the lamp is on, the voltage is normal, after 2 minutes it turns off. It turned out that to stabilize the power supply, the voltage is removed from the stitcher, a special winding, straightened and used to control

STR. We replace the capacitance of 1 microfarad x 160 V in the circuit of this winding and everything returns to normal.

There was a malfunction in several TVs "AKAI", "SHIVAKI"" and in some Chinese: after 5-15 seconds of operation, the device stopped responding to any buttons on the panel and remote control, turned off spontaneously, terribly whistled TDKS, etc. Quartz generation , power supply, ROM polling, etc. everything was normal. Replacing with a new processor would have cost too much for the client's pocket. TV turned on by supplying power to the control processor through a diode 1N4001., that is, the power supply was not 5V, but about 4, 4V In the same way, sometimes it is possible to launch "buggy" videos.

Shivaki CTV-143M4. The power supply does not start, the fuses do not burn. The voltage at the base of Q504 (2SD1545) is 0.4 volts, which is clearly lower than it should be to open Q504. When checking the details, a faulty capacitor C510 (internal break) was found connected to the autogeneration winding 10-9. After replacing the C510 everything is OK. This advice applies to BP. TV.AKAI, CONTEC, RECOR, etc. with known drying capacitors 47/16v. in the key base.

Shivaki STV202 The voltage at the output of the power supply is greater than 150 volts. If replacing the tanks did not help - check R504-6k8 - it can increase to 12k

SHIVAKI STV-143M4 When turned on - squeak, failure of synchronization page, after 5-10 minutes. works fine - cause C435.

Shivaki STV-206M4 There is no sound and there is no color in the SEKAM system, but there is color in Pal. After a rather lengthy troubleshooting, it turned out that the voltage on the TDA1940 chip was 5 pins. overpriced, a capacity of 0.22m * 50v is connected to it. After the replacement, the performance was completely restored.

SHIVAKI STV208M4. I often come across these TVs due to the drying of the containers in the PSU. In this one, there was such a manifestation: the raster has the shape of a trapezoid - narrowed at the top and wrapped along the line, noticeably strong non-convergence, SR and BP squeak from overload. In addition to the capacitors in the PSU and the broken transistor BUT11 - standby mode (replaced by KT854A), the deflecting system turned out to be faulty. Moreover, for all TVs of this model, the kinescope has a wide neck, and this one was narrow! I didn’t find a suitable OS, I put some for a wide neck, winding cloth tape. It turned out not very well - a large dilution of green and magenta lines along the edges of the raster, but this suited the client.

SHIVAKI STV-141M4. When turned on, the TV goes into standby mode. The output voltages are too low. When checking the voltage on the TDA4601 chip, only 7v was found on pin 9, which is not enough to start the power supply. The reason, as always, is bonal, C807 dried up. Also in this TV, the power supply of the VU was only 100v instead of 180v, C431 dried up.

TV Shivaki: in the center of the screen there is a bright horizontal strip, above and below which a strongly distorted (in the sense of vertical linearity) image is viewed, while the vertical size of the raster is reduced, and when you try to adjust it, it wraps up. There is no horizontal distortion, the size is about the case (slightly large). According to the owners, the defect arose suddenly during the operation of the TV. When checking the output voltage of the PSU is normal. The defect turned out to be not in the CD: the microcircuit and the harness are working, the 100mf X 160V capacitor is faulty (in the open), which is directly at the "+" input of the TDKS. Voltage removed from the TDKS: 12V - 12V, 25V - 21V, 40V -36V, 180V - 230V.

Shivaki STV-2012M4. Processor - M34300-230SP. In addition to secrets 1069, 1072. Not controlled, gives 1 channel indication. The reason is that several diodes leaked next to the processor in the button circuits. Diode leakage is on the order of a kiloohm. (Water has entered the machine.)

Daewoo Shivaki. Radio channel on TA8701AN.

1 - The sound is either completely absent, or at the maximum. Replacement for TA8701AN.

2 - periodically there is a deterioration in reception on all channels. The reason is ring cracks on the AGC trimmer.

Shivaki STV1459. No sound, poor image, no signal identification - the capacitance in the L1 circuit is faulty. Change to 22 pF

Shivaki STV-143M. Does not respond to the PROGR + - and VOL + - buttons. Roasted TMP47C434 - did not help. Changed memory - OK. But after 2-5 seconds, the channel tuning frequency goes away, then abruptly returns back. The VT signal on the tuner changes from tuning voltage down. The day wore on. In conclusion, he took out the conder from the APCG circuit, but did not install a new one, because. everything became normal after spinning the core!

Shivaki STV208M4. The classic BPI (Amcol, Akai, Rekor, :) does not start the power supply, the output voltages are zero. The standard check of the scheme did not give anything. After checking the TPI on the generator, the unit started up and worked for several hours. Then it turned off and stopped working again. Replaced TPI TL3913-52 with HL-4025B. I take MP3-3 as a generator, I load the 125 V output from the transformer with the investigated TPI, turning off the power switch collector.

SHIVAKI STV-217MULTI does not go into standby mode completely, but only partially. When this function is enabled, the sound and image are turned off, but the lowercase remains completely in operation (there is high voltage, kinescope glow, etc.) The reason is that Q605 (2SC2335 or equivalent) is broken in the 115 volt circuit.

Shivaki STV208M4. The personnel TDA3653B was broken. The reason turned out to be, as usual, due to the overvoltage of the power supply. After replacing the dried-up conders in the PSU, the power returned to normal. A month later, the re-flight of TDA3653B.BP is the norm. When measuring the power supply personnel 50v instead of 28v (under load). At the same time, all other power supplies from TDKS 154-165D are normal. (channel + 16v, glow). Lowercase frequency is normal. I tried to replace the power supply conduits lowercase. There is no such conder as in DAEWOO DMQ (DTX) -2195, 21C2, 20B1 on the CP-330 chassis and DMQ-2127, 2157 on the C-50 chassis (There is a C435 33x160V on the 4th leg of the TDKS). Why did the personnel voltage double? It was on New Year's Eve (I'm still sober, but the roof is going). I disconnected everything from the power supply channel, replaced the diode, loaded the channel with a load of 1-2 amperes, Power was 40-50 V. The poor TDA3653B usually immediately smokes under such conditions. TDKS was not at hand. I took a sin on my soul, at the request of the owner to make a TV set for the holidays at least somehow temporarily, stuck Rogr \u003d 100 ohm 20W into the TDA3653B power circuit. The power on it became 28v. The TV worked. Now there is one problem - to force the owner to bring the box back and pay extra for the TDKS. I think that the reason is in it, although the physics of the defect is not clear.

Shivaki STV208M4. When switching channels, a high-quality picture appears and the setting immediately floats until the signal disappears completely. With warming up, the defect is eliminated. The radio channel on the TA7680AP .L202 L203 breaks out the built-in conduits and suspends 100 and 130 pf, respectively. The tuning of both circuits is very fine. When setting up, be sure to connect an external speaker. (You can get a high-quality picture but no sound).

Supra STV 2112W aka Shivaki STV-2017M4. Noteworthy defect. Came in for repair with broken HOT. After the replacement, by the evening, when decommissioning the standby mode, the transistor was knocked out again. During further repairs, an interesting feature was noticed. When switching the device to the duty room, the line is not turned off. When turned on, as in American cinema, the TV started to work instantly. In standby mode, on m / s TDA2579V, (master) in standby mode, there is no supply voltage. I shorted the m / s output to ground on the page, the lower case still works. I planted the base of the pre-output tr-ra on the mass, one hell works in full mode. The defect was in the power supply of 115 volts. Made in the same way as in the old GoldStar, two capacities, one after the diode, the second after the inductor. The second one was dry. The power supply of the TMS is also taken from 115, and the pickup from the line scan was enough to support the generation on the TMS.

Shivaki STV208M4.After a couple of hours of operation, it turns off. The mode indicator lights up at full heat, does not turn on with the remote control. After disconnecting from the network, it can turn on only after a while. The reason is the zener diode D114 (5.2v). He hooked up the processor power to 2 volts.

SHIVAKI STV-2119 does not turn on, outwardly all parts are intact, for verification too, replaced PC817 and SE120 TV started working.

Shivaki STV-2016. The power supply does not start, the reverse resistance of the diode D804 (1N4937 600V, 1A) is too low. After replacing the diode, the PSU starts up, but turns off after 2-3 seconds. Optocoupler LV 817 is faulty. In standby mode B + 40V, in working mode 103 V.

Shivaki STV1414 multi Manifestation of a malfunction: there is a sound, it reacts to the remote control, there is no raster. No horizontal trigger, based on 0V output transistor. Reason: open TMS (primary winding). I restored it, I didn’t have to rewind, there was a break near the leg, after the restoration everything is ok.

SHIVAKI VT-14MK-II monoblock. Fault: does not turn on. The power supply is assembled on two TEA2261 controllers and

TEA5170. I checked the presence of start pulses on the 14th leg of the TEA2261. The generator relaxes, as if trying to start, but there is no start. Pulses jump with an interval of 1 sec. In time with this, the supply voltage also jumps. The output transistor BUV48B is OK. The TEA5170 secondary controller and its circuits are OK. I also checked the entire harness: capacitors, resistors, and so on. All parts were in good condition, and checked by replacement method. But this did not bring any results either. Only after replacing the pulse transformer 151-480A did the monoblock work normally. In fact, pulse transformers fail quite rarely, but nevertheless, they sometimes apparently take place in this apparatus.

Shivaki STV-143M4 Does not turn off in dezh. mode. Only the sound is turned off. The reason is the capacitor 47 microns 160V installed before the key transistor, which switches the supply of 120V to horizontal scanning. The capacitor broke due to overheating due to excess power in standby mode. The reason is the notorious 47 microns in the UPS key base circuit.

Shivaki STV-143M4 The tuner bands switch spontaneously. When the board is bent at the place where the tuner is installed, the defect is eliminated. The owner of the device has already reached the point of hanging the weight to the tuner, but the breakdown has progressed. The reason was a factory blunder. The output of the resistor was bent and, in the place of the board sled, was pressed against the adjacent conductor on the board. After 8 years of operation of the TV, he pushed through the varnish and began to contact by supplying 16v to the input of the tuner range switch.

Shivaki STV210M4. The raster is compressed vertically. On the screen there is a wide black bar in the form of an arrow. Personnel scanning is collected on m / s TDA1170N. Faulty capacity C305 (470.0x25V)

Shivaki STV-1439. The EASTKIT 87CK38N 2B46 controller (V supply 5v) gradually refused to work, at first it began to rebuild itself, and then simply turned off the TV. The remote did not respond at all. In the parametric stabilizer, the supply controller is connected in series with the zener diode with a diode in direct connection V pit. became 5.6 in. everything came alive.

Shivaki STV-208M4. Rustles and crackles on the sound channel, interference on the image. You can see how the contact sparks at the junction of the radiator of the horizontal transistor with the mass of the TV. Interestingly, the transistor is in an insulated case. Installed an additional mica insulator.

Shivaki STV-208M4. When turned on, a short circuit squeak is heard in the CP. The output voltage is about 80 V. A kinescope with a narrow neck. The OS was replaced during a previous repair with OS for a wide neck. The deflection system failed again. The reason is the incorrect installation of the new OS. She pressed with all her weight on the upper coils, where she burned out.

Shivaki STV-1489 There is no TV control from the buttons on the front panel, everything is fine from the remote control, everything turned out to be ridiculously simple - apparently in Kaliningrad, where this TV was assembled, they forgot to insert the connector from the control board to the main board, and the TV is still under warranty. By the way, this is not the first time that imported Russian-assembled equipment with this type of "defects" comes across.

SHIVAKI STV-2999 After turning on, periodic clicks are heard in the speakers, similar to breakdowns of high, after a few minutes the image disappears, then the frame rate, stops responding to control, after resetting the processor, everything is restored for a while ... Our assembly, soviet (LLC Radioimport- M Kaliningrad) continuous non-solder. And the reason was in the ceramic capacitor, which is parallel to the diode of the power rectifier + B on the line - periodic internal breakdowns, calculated by heating and tapping.

SHIVAKI STV-2029 Fault: no color in Secam (normal in PAL). It turned out that the Secam identification voltage was not enough. The defect is eliminated by installing a resistor between the video input and the 5 volt supply.

SHIVAKI STV-2024M4 Fault: small horizontal size, vertical inversion voltage from the PSU - 75v instead of 115v. Loss of capacitance of the filter capacitor. C610 (47.0 * 50V) was replaced in the base circuit of the power transistor, D605 - (to the heap) there were cases when it periodically leaked! (there was a variable component in this case, the capacitor is heated)

SHIVAKI STV-142M4, chassis PC-04A. Fault: Horizontal colored lines jump in SECAM, sometimes blue, sometimes red. In PAL the color is normal. The AN5633K (SIC501) chip needs to be replaced. After the replacement, the TV worked fine. The defect arose after the failure of the power supply.

Shivaki STV2029. Malfunction: the TV arrived with a broken line-scan power transistor - HOT (partial breakdown, which indirectly indicates overheating). After the replacement, I noticed the wrong shape of the pulse based on the HOT. The reason is the filtering electrolyte in the TMS power circuit (47x16V). After replacing revealed a strange glitch. The device seems to work normally, but after turning it off to the duty room, the line continues to work (the raster disappears, but there is high and glow. The personnel line also works (a rumble is heard). On the 27th leg of the LA76810A, some strange impulses, despite the fact that the power The reason turned out to be in the pre-output cascade of strings - the RC circuit from the 2SC2331 collector to ground turned into a DC circuit - instead of a resistor, a 1N1448 diode was installed with a cathode on the collector. Soldering is factory, a resistor is drawn on the reverse side of the board. The com is working fine. What is this, a glitch during assembly? And why did the TV work before that for a couple of years?

SHIVAKI STV-2010 Multi. Fault: Reverse lines at the top of the image to the middle of the screen. Faulty C307 4.7x160V, completely dry.

Shivaki CTV 1414 Communication with the owner revealed the operation of the TV in conditions of low temperature, such conditions were created, arranged a simple draft. After 20 minutes, the TV went into standby mode. After turning it on again from the remote control, it worked for some more time and turned off, the LED on the front panel blinks, the voltage at the input of the 5v stabilizer is underestimated. I checked the voltage at the input of the STR-S6707 power stabilizer, it turned out to be insufficient, examining the soldering of the output of the srart power supply transformer (as indicated on the board) revealed it was not soldered, loose soldering, this is in the D809 anode circuit.

Shivaki STV2965 (prodused in Kaliningrad) Fault: no screen, normal sound. When checking, it was found that on the accelerating electrode (G1) the kinescope is zero! The reason lay in the interelectrode short circuit on G2, which is electrically connected to a common bus. It was possible to solve the problem only by connecting G2 through the MLT-2 2MΩ resistor to the ground, having previously removed the jumper on the kinescope board instead of C630. As a result, the entire voltage drop fell on the additional resistance. Complete isolation of G2 from a common bus, just like its connection through a capacitance, only led to the appearance of discharges inside the kinescope socket. After such a trick, the image quality did not change. The kinescope was TOSHIBA.

SHIVAKI STV2139 Chassis H-702. Fault: the power supply on the STRF6654 does not start. On the 4th leg, the power supply is 9.5 V, which is clearly not enough. The problem is in one of the two optocouplers with the cunning name RS-17K1 940V. The phototransistor of the optocoupler is in a leak, it is called 1.5-1.6 kOhm. It is designated according to the I802 scheme and is responsible for stabilizing the power supply (the second one is for the standby mode). Replacement for PC817. All OK.

Shivaki STV-202M4 chassis PC-91A. Fault: when turned on, sound appears, but the screen is dark. The image appears with a delay of one to three or four minutes. The reason is the capacitor C904 on the kinescope board 47uF 16V.

Shivacki STV-2139, chassis H-702V. Fault: when turned on, it immediately goes to the other side. Dead memory 24С04. Without memory, the TV turns on. The net is stitched with a process. It remains only to adjust the service. Entry into SERVISE: from the slave. Dir. Press: display-mute-sleep-fuzzy. Adjust R,G,B: Display; geometry adjustment:sleep;selection of adjustment parameters-ch+,ch-; Change-vol+,vol-.

Shivaki STV208 MK4-II, Fault: arrived with a tightly punched HOT. The voltage from the MP is normal - 115V, there are no jumps. The casts in the MP are new, replaced during the previous repair, soldered TDKS, tanks in the HOT collector. When replacing the transistor burns instantly. Everything is checked again: TDKS, OSka, capacitors in the collector - the norm! I turned on the line through a 200W lamp, I measure the signal on the collector with an oscilloscope: shocked: the pulse duration is not 64 ms, but 80! In the heat of the moment I wanted to change the TA8659 processor, but it turned out to be the increased ESR of the processor power filter capacitor on the 40th leg (line start). After the replacement - a beautiful 64 µs waveform!

59.) SHIVAKI 143. In principle, the malfunction is the same as in Funai, Rekorah and Akayah. In the power supply, the loss of capacitance of the capacitor (it seems C-508) is 47 uF x 25 V. Because of this, the voltage is too high and as a result: exploded capacitances of 100x160V, a broken line transistor, today even a broken personnel TA8403K.

102.) SHIVAKI skips stations when tuning, does not hold APCG.

174.) Shivaki STV-209. At the maximum volume level, the sound is weak, barely audible. Resistance between 13 vyv. is. TA8701 and mass = 5 ohms. Broken amplitude limiter diode inside IS.

188.) SHIVAKI STV2810 On the screen after switching on, the image of the key and four bars for entering the code (Watchdog function) appear. After turning on the TV, press simultaneously on TV (P + P-). With each press, the bar is crossed out, after the last one, TV is turned on. Processor ST6387B1

266.) I would like to make some generalizations about the repair experience of many TVs: SAMSUNG, FUNAI, AKAI, SHARP, SHIVAKI, ORION and other companies regarding the defect of tuning frequency drift, sound reduction (distortion) and loss (flashing) of color in SECAM. This refers to the case when the tuner and processor are in order, which most often happens. So, all these defects are caused by low-quality circuits: for the 1st IF in the "AFT" tuning circuit, the sound IF reference circuit and the SECAM identification circuit, respectively. (See also secret nos. 6, 65, 102, 122).

I distinguish 3 stages of failure.

1 - Initial. All of the above defects are easily eliminated by a small (+ - 1 turn) adjustment of the corresponding circuits (the circuits are located according to the inscriptions on the board, either by analyzing the TV circuit, or, in extreme cases, by the sample method).

2 - Increasing. The actions are the same, but the settings are not so unambiguous, very critical and over time (weeks, months) require repeated manipulations.

3 - Chronic. By adjusting the cores of the contours, it is not possible to achieve any acceptable quality and reception stability. So, most likely, in all cases, the ceramic capacitor built into the circuit is to blame (the appearance of conductivity and a change in the electrical permeability of the dielectric and, as a result, a change in capacitance, and the coil core [secret No. 122] probably has nothing to do with it).

Recommendations. At the 1st stage, you can limit yourself to adjusting the core of the circuit. At the 2nd stage - adjustment with subsequent observation, or replacement of the circuit. At the 3rd stage - replacement (repair) of the circuit. I am repairing the circuit in secret. No. 102. I solder the circuit, break out the capacitor in its lower part (cylindrical on ceramics without a protective coating). I install the circuit in its original place and solder a mounted capacitor (KM, KT) 43 - 56 pF from the side of the tracks (I had no problems with the selection, usually 47 or 51 pF [for f = 38 MHz] go immediately). Then it remains to adjust the core according to the image or sound (so far I managed with color only by adjusting the native contour) and check the operation of AFT on different channels. This defect in TV appears, according to my observations, somewhere after 3-5 years of operation and probably in more than 50% of devices of this class.

282.) Shivaki STV-2110M4.

283.) TV Shivaki STV-140M4 MK2. The standby indicator is on, but the device cannot be removed from the standby panel or from the keyboard. The reason turned out to be a break in a low-power 100 kOhm resistor - it is in a transistor switch that switches 112 V from the power supply to the TV circuit.

359.) TV SHIVAKI 209. The power supply voltage jumps with all the consequences.

449.) Shivaki's TV got to be repaired in a lifeless state. After opening, it turned out that the PSU was faulty. The scheme turned out to be standard about it was repeatedly told in the secrets of repair (30). The circuit is reliable and is used in many TVs (AIWA, RECOR, AKAI, etc.). The fuse turned out to be intact. There are no output voltages, and the key transistor heats up as if in working condition. It turned out that the TPI (inter-turn circuit) failed. In the presence of this or similar was not in the workshops either. I had to get out of the situation by adapting TPI 8-1 from ALPHA TV in its place. The main problem is in the installation. TPI 8-1 is larger than native, but this problem is also solved by manufacturing a transition board from textolite. Having connected the conclusions of the TPI 8-1 according to the scheme, the TV has earned and has been working for more than a year.

559.) There was a malfunction in several TVs "AKAI", "SHIVAKI" and in some Chinese: after 5-15 seconds of operation, the device stopped responding to any buttons on the panel and remote control, turned off spontaneously, terribly whistled TDKS, etc. "Crystal generation, power supply, ROM interrogation, etc. everything was normal. Replacing with a new processor would have cost too much for the client's pocket. TV started by supplying power to the control processor through a diode 1N4001., that is, the power supply was not 5V, but about 4.4 V. In the same way, sometimes it is possible to launch "buggy" videos.

596.) Shivaki CTV-143M4.

604.) Shivaki STV202 The voltage at the output of the power supply is greater than 150 volts. If replacing the tanks did not help - check R504-6k8 - it can increase to 12k

630.) SHIVAKI STV-143M4 When turned on - squeak, failure of synchronization page, after 5-10 minutes. works fine - cause C435.

650.) Shivaki STV-206M4 There is no sound and there is no color in the SEKAM system, but there is color in Pal. After a rather lengthy troubleshooting, it turned out that the voltage on the TDA1940 chip was 5 pins. overpriced, a capacity of 0.22m * 50v is connected to it. After the replacement, the performance was completely restored.

675.) SHIVAKI STV208M4.

701.) SHIVAKI STV-141M4.

741.) TV Shivaki: in the center of the screen there is a bright horizontal strip, above and below which a highly distorted (in the sense of vertical linearity) image is viewed, while the vertical size of the raster is reduced, and when you try to adjust it, it wraps up.

1104.) Shivaki STV-2012M4. Processor - M34300-230SP. In addition to secrets 1069, 1072. Not controlled, gives 1 channel indication. The reason is that several diodes leaked next to the processor in the button circuits. Diode leakage is on the order of a kiloohm. (Water has entered the machine.)

1111.) Daewoo, Shivaki. Radio channel on TA8701AN.

1 - The sound is either completely absent, or at the maximum. Replacement for TA8701AN.

2 - periodically there is a deterioration in reception on all channels. The reason is ring cracks on the AGC trimmer.

1190.) Shivaki STV1459. No sound, poor image, no signal identification - the capacitance in the L1 circuit is faulty. Change to 22 pF

1218.) Shivaki STV-143M.

1260.) Shivaki STV208M4. The classic BPI (Amcol, Akai, Rekor, ...) does not start the power supply, the output voltages are zero.

1263.) SHIVAKI STV-217MULTI does not go into standby mode completely, but only partially. When this function is enabled, the sound and image are turned off, but the lowercase remains completely in operation (there is high voltage, kinescope glow, etc.) The reason is that Q605 (2SC2335 or equivalent) is broken in the 115 volt circuit.

1286.) Shivaki STV208M4.

1287.) Shivaki STV208M4.

1340.) Supra STV 2112W aka Shivaki STV-2017M4. In standby mode for ms TDA2579V, (setting) in standby mode there is no supply voltage. I shorted the ms output to ground on the page, the lower case still works.

1357.) Shivaki STV208M4. After a couple of hours of operation, it turns off. The mode indicator lights up at full heat, does not turn on with the remote control. After disconnecting from the network, it can turn on only after a while. The reason is the zener diode D114 (5.2v). He hooked up the processor power to 2 volts.

1614.) SHIVAKI STV-2119 does not turn on, outwardly all the parts are intact, I also replaced the PC817 and SE120 TV for testing.

1628.) Shivaki STV-2016.

1658.) Shivaki STV1414 multi Manifestation of a malfunction: there is a sound, it reacts to the remote control, there is no raster. No horizontal trigger, based on 0V output transistor. Reason: open TMS (primary winding). I restored it, I didn’t have to rewind, there was a break near the leg, after the restoration everything is ok.

1676.) SHIVAKI VT-14MK-II monoblock.

1696.) Shivaki STV-143M4 Does not turn off in dej.

1697.) Shivaki STV-143M4 The tuner ranges spontaneously switch.

1707.) Shivaki STV210M4. The raster is compressed vertically. On the screen there is a wide black bar in the form of an arrow. Personnel scanning is collected on m / s TDA1170N. Faulty capacity C305 (470.0x25V)

1765.) Shivaki STV-1439.

1925.) Shivaki STV-208M4. Rustles and crackles on the sound channel, interference on the image. You can see how the contact sparks at the junction of the radiator of the horizontal transistor with the mass of the TV. Interestingly, the transistor is in an insulated case. Installed an additional mica insulator.

1926.) Shivaki STV-208M4.

1996.) Shivaki STV-1489 There is no TV control from the buttons on the front panel, everything is fine from the remote control, everything turned out to be ridiculously simple - apparently in Kaliningrad where this TV was assembled, they forgot to insert the connector from the control board to the main board, but the TV still under warranty. By the way, this is not the first time that imported Russian-assembled equipment with this type of "defects" comes across.

2138.) SHIVAKI STV-2999 After turning on, periodic clicks are heard in the speakers, similar to breakdowns of a high one, after a few minutes the image disappears, then the frame rate stops responding to control, after resetting the processor everything is restored for a while ... Our assembly, soviet ( LLC Radioimport-M, Kaliningrad) solid non-solder. And the reason was in the ceramic capacitor, which is parallel to the diode of the power rectifier + B on the line - periodic internal breakdowns, calculated by heating and tapping.

2217.) SHIVAKI STV-2029 Fault: no color in Secam (normal in PAL). It turned out that the Secam identification voltage was not enough. The defect is eliminated by installing a resistor between the video input and the 5 volt supply.

2222.) SHIVAKI STV-2024M4 Fault: small horizontal size, vertical inversion voltage from the PSU - 75v instead of 115v. Loss of capacitance of the filter capacitor. C610 (47.0 * 50V) was replaced in the base circuit of the power transistor, D605 - (to the heap) there were cases when it periodically leaked! (there was a variable component in this case, the capacitor is heated)

2400.) SHIVAKI STV-142M4, chassis PC-04A. Fault: Horizontal colored lines jump in SECAM, sometimes blue, sometimes red. In PAL the color is normal. The AN5633K (SIC501) chip needs to be replaced. After the replacement, the TV worked fine. The defect arose after the failure of the power supply.

2421.) Shivaki STV2029.

2463.) SHIVAKI STV-2010 Multi. Fault: Reverse lines at the top of the image to the middle of the screen. Faulty C307 4.7x160V, completely dry.

2467.) Shivaki CTV 1414. Malfunction: entered for repair, turns off, 14 hour run at elevated temperature did not give anything. Communication with the owner revealed the operation of the TV in conditions of low temperature, such conditions were created, arranged a simple draft.

2570.) Shivaki STV2965 (prodused in Kaliningrad) Fault: no raster, sound is normal.

2670.) SHIVAKI STV2139 chassis H-702. All OK.

2690.) Shivaki STV-202M4 chassis PC-91A. Fault: when turned on, sound appears, but the screen is dark. The image appears with a delay of one to three or four minutes. The reason is the capacitor C904 on the kinescope board 47uF 16V.

2749.) Shivacki STV-2139, chassis H-702V.

2922.) Shivaki STV208 MK4-II, Fault: arrived with a tightly punched HOT.

3025.) Shivaki STV-2029. Fault: when setting up programs, it is impossible to enter the first 2/3 of the scale of the 1st range. Faulty digital tuner DT5-BF14D, successfully replaced by DT5-BF18D.

3203.) Shivaki STV-2029 LA76810 LA7642N Fault: if you remove saturation, a normal black-and-white image fills with green when saturation is added without reverse until the image disappears completely, a beautiful green raster remains. Replacing LA76810 with LA76810A fixed the problem.

3283.) SHIVAKI STV 2012 M4 Malfunction: the image is low-contrast and oversaturated. The output of information on the screen is normal. The TV could spontaneously start working normally and work normally for several hours. After soldering the board and replacing the TA8659AN (installed on the panel), suspicions fell on the delay line of the brightness signal L201. Faults of this type were also encountered in tube and semiconductor domestic color TVs. LZYAS was soldered, carefully cleaned and soldered the joints and soldering. Often faced with complex equipment and complex malfunctions, unfortunately, you forget about the simple.

Repair of electronic equipment usually begins with its external examination and diagnosis of a malfunction. In this case, you should inspect all the internal components of the SHIVAKI STV-19LEDG7 TV, as well as the external elements of the case. Often, according to certain external signs, it may be possible to draw certain conclusions about the reasons for the failure of certain elements of the circuit even before the necessary measurements are taken, which will make it possible to determine a further algorithm for troubleshooting and localizing the defect. In some cases, faulty elements are visible to the naked eye, for example, charred resistors or swollen metal-ceramic capacitors, or electrolytic ones in rectifier filters. The resulting ring cracks in the soldering of the leads of transformers or heating elements of the circuit are also frequent sources of many malfunctions with a wide variety of external manifestations.

If the power supply module fails, external manifestations may be different, for example, SHIVAKI STV-19LEDG7 does not turn on at all and there is no indication of control lights on the front panel. With the same symptoms, the power regulator (converter) of the control processor may be faulty. When diagnosing and repairing the power supply, first of all, you should replace the swollen filter capacitors of the secondary rectifiers and check the fuse and, if it is broken, you need to identify the cause. Often in such cases, an avalanche (thermal) breakdown is detected in the power semiconductor elements of the module - rectifier diodes and transistors in the primary circuit.
The reasons for the breakdown of the power switch in switching power supplies (SMPS) can be different, for example, a malfunction of semiconductor elements or electrolytic capacitors in the stabilization circuits of the primary circuit, as well as a failure of the PWM controller microcircuit or breaks of resistors in its piping.

If SHIVAKI STV-19LEDG7 has no picture, but there is sound, there may be a malfunction of the LQ185T1LGN3 panel backlight LEDs or their power converter. You should also make sure that the electrolytic capacitors of the secondary rectifiers of the common power supply are in good condition.
Often there is a need to disassemble the panel to check the health of the LEDs, as well as the contact connections in the connectors and soldering.
When trying to detect a break in the LED lines, it should be borne in mind that it is difficult to do this without disassembling the panel. For example, a current source is needed to open PN junctions connected in series.

On the MSD309PX-LF-Z1 LTM185AT01 motherboard, in the event of a malfunction, you should first check the performance of all stabilizers or microcircuit power converters and, if necessary, update the software (software).

Remember! Self-repair attempts by SHIVAKI STV-19LEDG7 TV users without the appropriate qualifications and necessary experience can lead to serious negative consequences!

Repair of electronic equipment usually begins with its external examination and diagnosis of a malfunction. In this case, you should inspect all the internal components of the SHIVAKI STV-24LED4 TV, as well as the external elements of the case. In some cases, visible external damage to elements can suggest directions for troubleshooting and localization of a defect even before the necessary measurements are taken at the control points of electronic circuit nodes. Swollen electrolytic or ceramic-metal capacitors, charred resistors, annular cracks in the soldering of the terminals of the elements - all this can significantly help the master determine the causes and consequences of the problems that have arisen in the operation of the TV.

If the STV-24LED4 TV does not turn on, does not make any sounds when turned on, and no indicators on the front panel are lit or blinking, then there is a high probability of a malfunction in the power module. In some cases, only the stabilizer or power converter of the control processor may be faulty, which is typical for some SHIVAKI models. Diagnostics and repair of a common power supply should always begin with checking the mains fuse and the condition of the electrolytic capacitors of the filters of the secondary rectifiers. Faulty and swollen capacitors should be replaced with new ones. If the fuse breaks, it is advisable to check for breakdown, first of all, all the power semiconductor elements of the converter and the diode bridge of the mains rectifier, as well as the large electrolytic capacitor of the mains rectifier filter.
If a breakdown of the power switch is detected, it should be remembered that in a switching power supply (SMPS) it does not fail on its own without reasons that should be looked for by checking other elements of the primary circuit - electrolytic capacitors, PWM controller, which can only be checked replacement, as well as other semiconductor elements (diodes, transistors, zener diodes).

If, when you turn on the TV, the image appears and immediately disappears, or is absent initially when you turn it on, but there is sound and other functions work, there is a high probability of a malfunction of the LED driver (power converter for LED backlight M240HW01 v.B). In such cases, the common power module is also subject to verification, in which the electrolytic capacitors of the rectifier filter that feeds the LED driver should be checked.
In most cases of lack of backlight, it becomes necessary to disassemble the panel in order to check the LEDs, connectors, cables and all contact connections. If one or more LEDs do not work in one line, therefore, they are broken and should be replaced.
It should be remembered that it is not possible to determine a break in the LED lines without disassembling the panels using a tester or multimeter without an additional device, for example, a current source. To open all PN junctions connected in series at once, a voltage of several tens of volts may be required.

Once again, we remind users! Attempts to independently repair the SHIVAKI STV-24LED4 TV without the appropriate qualifications and experience can lead to its complete non-repairability!
