Esipovo industrial park official. There will be no hazardous industries on the territory of the Esipovo industrial park

About 8.1 thousand new jobs will be created thanks to two major industrial parks "Esipovo" in the Solnechnogorsk district, the press service of the government of the Moscow region reports.

“According to the instructions of Governor Andrey Vorobyov, by 2020 two large Esipovo industrial parks for 8,100 new jobs will be built in the rural settlement of Peshkovskoye. One of them will be located near the village of Spoons, and the second - near Esipovo. The total investment in the creation of an industrial cluster with an area of one million square meters of commercial real estate will be about 30 billion rubles.

The relevant projects before the new year were approved by the City Planning Council of the Moscow Region.

“They are a priority for the Moscow region, as they are aimed at creating a new generation of industries in the region - high-quality places for applying labor,” says German Yelyanyushkin, Deputy Prime Minister of the region.

Esipovo industrial parks will turn the rural settlement of Peshkovskoye, Solnechnogorsk district, into a large production and logistics center. Within five years there may appear pharmaceutical production, the industry of building materials and furniture, as well as the production of road construction equipment. Currently, negotiations are underway with potential residents on the creation of relevant industries. Foreign and domestic investors are interested in their development, and the share of foreign interests prevails.

According to the press service, the total building area is 340 hectares, it combines two large plots on the Leningrad Highway - one of them is located near the village of Lozhki, and the second is near the village of Esipovo. These sections are located along the federal highway M-10 "Russia", 30 kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road and 7.5 kilometers from the Central Ring Road.

The Esipovo Industrial Park near the village of Lozhki will be built on a plot of 284 hectares. It is planned to build 753.6 thousand square meters of commercial real estate here. The park will include production and storage buildings with built-in administrative and amenity premises (590.4 thousand square meters), public, business and recreational buildings (163.2 thousand square meters), as well as engineering and transport infrastructure facilities, including a helipad and parking for 983 cars. This industrial park will create 6.6 thousand new jobs.

The project is carried out by JSC "Corporation for the Development of the Moscow Region". This management company is a state institution of the regional government, created to attract investment to the region, support and implement investment projects, develop industrial parks and increase the investment attractiveness of the Moscow region, the press service reports.

According to the source, the total amount of financing for IE Esipovo near the village of Lozhki is estimated at 20 billion rubles. A significant part of the investments will be invested by the residents of the park. The region, in turn, will finance the creation of the engineering and transport infrastructure of the new industrial zone (main roads and networks), that is, it will form a building site for future residents. The Moscow Region Development Corporation plans to complete the engineering preparation of the territory by the end of 2017. By that time, a pool of resident investors will also be formed, who will be engaged in the development of production. It is planned to complete the filling of the industrial park in 2020.

In 2019, the second Esipovo industrial park, which is located to the north, on a plot of 55.14 hectares near the village of Esipovo, should start operating. It is planned to build 200 thousand square meters of commercial real estate here - production and storage buildings (193.1 thousand square meters), a shopping center (6.9 thousand square meters), as well as engineering and transport infrastructure facilities. This industrial complex will provide 1.5 thousand jobs.

The total investment in the project near the village of Esipovo exceeds nine billion rubles, its developer is Smart Development.

Even at the beginning of spring, residents of the urban settlement of Povarovo sounded the alarm - next to the settlement, deforestation is taking place on a gigantic scale. Caring townspeople could not find any more or less intelligible information on this matter. The information vacuum, probably not without someone's secret intention, began to be filled with various rumors and conjectures. Residents excitedly started talking about the alleged preparations for the construction of a new chemical plant. Povarovtsy bombarded with appeals - both personal and collective - the authorities, both local and regional. Through letters, e-mail and social networks, people demanded explanations - who, what, why and why?

In order to dispel the anxiety of the residents, Alexander Yakunin, the Head of the Solnechnogorsk District, took the initiative to hold a meeting with the population and answer all the residents' questions: who, and most importantly, why cut trees. Deputy head of the Solnechnogorsk district Azer Mammadov, deputy general director of the Moscow Region Development Corporation JSC Denis Tkachenko and head of the Povarovo urban settlement Andrey Tikhomirov answered the questions of the population in the Geophysicist Palace of Culture.

At the meeting, residents were told that the Moscow Region Development Corporation, established by the regional government, is involved in the construction project of the Esipovo park.

This industrial complex will provide 1.5 thousand jobs.

As part of the industrial park, 52 production and storage buildings with a total area of 590.4 thousand square meters are planned to be located. m with a built-in administrative part, as well as 19 separate 2-3-storey public and business buildings with a total area of 163.2 thousand square meters. m. “Specially in order to exclude any provocations and reduce tension, we held a meeting with local residents and informed them about the plans to build the park. Production facilities for enterprises of the engineering industry will appear in Povarovo, and all cut down trees on the site will be compensated. On the territory of the industrial cluster there will be no chemical and environmentally harmful industries, but only high-tech enterprises. This is the position of the Government of the Moscow Region, which we share,” said Alexander Yakunin.

In turn, the residents of Povarovo appealed to the leadership of the urban settlement, as well as to the head of the district, with a request to tell residents in time about any projects related to such global (and not only global) changes on the scale of a particular settlement. This, in their opinion, will help to avoid social tension in the future.

Based on the materials of the printed publication "Common Cause".

On Sunday, April 17, at 12:00, residents of the settlement of Povarovo, Solnechnogorsk district, will gather on the street. Lesnoy to discuss large-scale deforestation (about 300 hectares) near their homes.

As officials told them at a meeting in the Geophysicist Palace of Culture (Povarovka microdistrict) on April 6, a giant "industrial park" with an area of almost 300 hectares for 6,000 jobs will be built on the site of the forest according to the project of the Governor of the Moscow Region Andrei Vorobyov. Also the authorities of the Solnechnogorsk region declare , which is on 35 hectareshousing will also be built for future employees. That is, jobs are not intended for local residents.

Apparently, we are talking about the Esipovo industrial park. What kind of production will be located on the territory of the "park" is unknown, no clear answer has been received by the residents from the authorities. There are rumors that it could be both a plastics recycling plant and an incinerator.

Here is the planned Esipovo park on the map (the area is almost 300 hectares):

The entire territory of the industrial park is located on forest lands. Felling is carried out on the border of Povarovo, next to the street. Forest, near the school. Residents are perplexed: why is it necessary to cut wood for construction, because in the Moscow region there are a huge number of abandoned industrial zones and enterprises that have stopped working, provided with all the infrastructure and access roads?

Mercedes will assemble one sedan and three crossovers at its own plant in Russia. The German side chose the Esipovo industrial park (40 km from Moscow) as the site for the construction of the plant. The assembly site, which will attract more than a thousand workers, will work according to the full cycle method with welding and body painting. The plant will be managed by a new enterprise, Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Rus, headed by Axel Benze. In total, until 2019, the "Germans" will invest 250 million euros (about 15 billion rubles) in the plant.

During today's laying of the first stone, it was said that the cars will start rolling off the assembly line in 2 years - in 2019. To this end, 95,000 square meters of production and storage buildings and a test track will be built on an area of 85 hectares.

Andrey Vorobyov, the governor of the Moscow region, who was present at the stone-laying ceremony, said that the plant's project had been approved by President Vladimir Putin.

When Mercedes approached us, it was a big challenge for all parties involved. Then I turned to President Putin for advice, and he blessed this project, says Andrey Vorobyov, governor of the Moscow region.

The governor also expressed his confidence that the first cars will roll off the assembly line within the specified time frame. At the same time, he added that the Moscow region has reserved additional space in case the German side needs expansion.

In addition, it became known which models will be produced by the plant near Moscow: this is the E-class, as well as a whole line of crossovers - GLC, GLE and even the flagship GLS. According to representatives of the brand, the assembly of other models by the “screwdriver method” is not planned. Also, the company does not yet have plans to export products that will be produced at the new plant.

According to Axel Benze, General Director of Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Rus, it is still difficult to say how the company's pricing policy may change after the commissioning of the plant. “Ultimately the market decides everything, there is still a long time until 2019 to make any assumptions,” he said.

Recall that in early January, the head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Denis Manturov, told reporters that, starting next year, the German company Daimler will begin building an enterprise in the Moscow region: “Entering the production of cars themselves traditionally takes about three years,” the official added then. A month later, the governor of the Moscow region announced via social networks that the contract for the construction of a Mercedes-Benz passenger car plant had been signed by the authorities near Moscow, and a total of nine signatures appeared under the document.
