How difficult it is to look at the world around us, not through our own prism, which distorts everything in our own way, but from the side: more objectively, wider. How can we help our children? How to nurture that seed of tolerance in their hearts, which gives powerful shoots? By our own example, by creating the necessary conditions for the development and strengthening of all the brightest, kindest and most beautiful that is in children's hearts.

But children also live in this world full of contradictions, and as they grow older, their souls are overgrown with conventions that we adults often impose on them. It's always harder to relearn...

That is why there should always be people next to them who are ready to help in difficult times, to gently push in the right direction, to the road where Mercy, Wisdom and Beauty will be their companion. Alas, modern society has not yet learned to show a sufficient degree of tolerance towards people. Passengers of minibuses are still rude to each other (sometimes getting personal, touching on the flaws in appearance, the nationality of a person, speaking badly about his parents, whom they don’t even know), random passers-by can poke their fingers at an overly eccentrically dressed person or a disabled person (which is also done it is impossible, because the first can dress as he sees fit, and the second is not to blame, which differs from healthy people in appearance), etc.

Even when looking for a job, a person may encounter a lack of tolerance. Of course, the dress code of the company is an understandable rule. But is it important, for example, the hairstyle of an employee, if he agrees to wear a uniform and responsibly perform his duties, becomes a hardworking and diligent employee? In theory, no. Accordingly, the requirements of superiors for employees to wear the same hairstyle can also be called a lack of tolerance. Because, unlike clothing, it cannot be radically changed after the working day is already over.

An example of a lack of tolerance can also be called insults to other people's feelings and beliefs - for example, the persecution of Hare Krishnas or African Americans by those who do not accept any trends and nationalities. Do they have the right to do so? Of course not. After all, they didn’t create this world, they didn’t give life to these people - accordingly, no one has the right to harm their health or even take their lives because of the “wrong” skin color or views that are different from generally accepted ones.

As for the representatives of the human race, sometimes they tend to feel hostility or express direct aggression towards someone who differs from them in some way. But why is “dissent” in the style of clothing, in life position, atypical appearance perceived so hostile? When will people finally understand that everyone deserves a free life on earth, without oppression and persecution, if he does not harm anyone?

Tolerance, for starters, is a very beautiful, serious and even a little fashionable word, in my opinion. And it's good that he has such a wonderful sense, kind. It after all means acceptance of other sights, a way of life.

Often people's problems come from the fact that they know how to live ... others! And even better they know how not to live! They immediately notice that the neighbor lives not at all correctly. Someone eats meat - this is wrong, and someone eats - also wrong. Vegetarians, by the way, without meat should be less aggressive, and they sometimes almost rush at those who eat meat. And they can say unpleasant things and scare ... It's unpleasant from this!

There is even more of this in religion and politics when there is no tolerance. It seems silly to someone to congratulate on religious holidays, and to someone to stand idle in the church ... If people have it, then they calmly accept different skin colors, different views. Nobody throws stones! Nobody will discriminate. There are even excesses abroad. If there it seems to a black man that, for example, he was not hired because of his color, then he can sue!

I think tolerance is good. It relieves tension in society, with it it becomes more diverse. People are not afraid to show their individuality, to express their ideas and feelings.

Only here it should not be too much, otherwise everything becomes more complicated. And they are even afraid to ban something strange, otherwise it will not look very tolerant.

I think we need normal tolerance. So people will think more about themselves, and not about how others should live. And yet, when we find aliens from different planets, then we also need to be very tolerant. Do not quarrel with an alien civilization! Otherwise, we can start teaching them how to live ... But even before space flights, tolerance is important, since people will soon be able to teleport. Thus, sincerity is those actions and words that a person says and does from the heart and soul, not for his own benefit, but in order to improve relations with another person.

In the word "understanding" lies the ability of a person to understand the reasons for others and their actions. Understand a person, support him in difficult times.
Mindfulness means the ability to notice that a person needs your help. If a person is attentive, then he can notice his own misconduct and apologize.
Friendliness is a word with a root friendship... In the heart of a friendly person there is no place for evil, for such a person friendship is above his own interests. A person who values ​​friendship and a friend is always ready to help him in difficult times.
The word "tolerance", in my opinion, will make many of us think, are we living the right way? Is modern society right? How are people of a different race or nationality treated now? In my opinion, some people in our society have no idea about the concept of the word "acceptance". People do not know how to accept the customs and habits of others. Meanwhile, the concept of "tolerance" is already given in many dictionaries as obsolete. Is it fair? Is it really possible to have a world in which there is no place for respect for other people's opinions, cultures, and languages?

It has now become fashionable to demonstrate one's tolerance, and even better, to talk about it as loudly as possible. The word "tolerance" comes from the verb "endure", and patience is far from being the most pleasant feeling. When we tolerate someone, we experience awkwardness, irritation, sometimes even hatred. Therefore, I prefer to understand the word "tolerance" as understanding and respect, and not as patience.

First of all, tolerance is manifested at home, at school. Everyone knows that we need to live together, but sometimes it's hard to hold back when we see the shortcomings of others. Sometimes we get the feeling that we are being picked on. At school, as elsewhere, we are all different: there are small, big, thin, fat, Russians, Kazakhs, Armenians, gypsies. Why do we sometimes laugh at each other? Real tolerance is manifested, first of all, in human behavior. In the feeling with which we accept the habits of other people. All people have a different attitude towards those who are not like them, who look or think differently, believe in other gods, belong to a different nationality. Someone is indifferent, someone is trying to understand, to accept. And someone, on the contrary, does not accept what is alien to him. They call it differently now: racism, Nazism, extremism….

I read that during the Great Patriotic War, when the Nazis captured Russian cities, many Russians were evacuated to the south, where the war had not yet reached. They were warmly received by people of other nationalities: Tajiks, Uzbeks, Georgians, Armenians. Russians were provided with housing, food, clothing and other necessary things. People did not look at the fact that the refugees were not of their nationality, with a different eye and skin color! And that is why our country won such a hard and terrible war. People helped each other, did not let the weak die, all united together against the common enemy - the Nazis.

Previously, the problem of tolerance was not as acute as it is now. In the conditions of the emergence of freedom of choice for each person - how to dress, how to behave, what to believe in - society has turned into a mass of people completely different from each other.

I believe that it is wrong to divide people along national or religious lines. Is there a difference where a person was born and what faith he professes?

On the one hand, how are we different? Two arms, two legs and a head, all the same as the others. We are all people, this is our main similarity, this is what we should respect each other for. So nothing!

And when you meet a person of a different nationality on the street, you do not need to look at him with contempt or with a smile. His nationality, appearance is not a reason to hate him. Once our grandparents lived in the same country and it was called the Soviet Union. They told me that all peoples were friendly, respected each other, were friends. We went to each other in sanatoriums, on excursions. The children met at the Artek camp. It was a place where the best students of different nationalities came to. Why has everything changed now? Well, not one president for all small nations, but each has its own. This is not a reason to end friendship!

Is it just necessary to treat everyone as it used to be, and then there will be no “strangers” among us? Every nationality has bad people with whom it is undesirable to meet on the street in the evening. You just need to treat a person like a person, live like a human being and it doesn’t matter what nationality you are - Russian, Kazakh, Chechen, Azerbaijani or Uzbek. What do we lack to live humanly? And the fruit of my thoughts was the conclusion that it turns out to be tolerance. We all live in one world, where there are many countries and many different people, where everyone is friends in their own way, so let's live together! It turns out tolerance for me is friendship, respect. Fight violence together, understand each other to build a peaceful future. If we now think about it, then there will be no wars, terrorist acts on Earth. And then there will be peace on our planet, and humanity will survive, and we will all be calm for the future of our children, the future of the Earth, and we will rejoice at every new day with a blue sky, a bright sun. I have a tolerant attitude towards all people and urge everyone around me to be the same.

Tolerance - what does it mean? Let's start our discussion with this concept. Tolerance is a synonym for the word tolerance, only this concept is something more than ordinary "tolerance"; tolerance is tolerance towards the outside world: people, situations, etc. Tolerance is the basis of our society, its unity and understanding. But there are people whose concept of the word "tolerance" implies the destruction of the individual. Those. tolerance is nothing but a way to eradicate the individual qualities of a person. I cannot agree with this. Tolerance is not only simple tolerance towards others, but also respect for their personality and individuality, freedom.

The concept of "tolerance" is very diverse, it can be: tolerance towards people of a different nationality, religion, towards people of all classes and ages. Tolerance allows you to unite people, creating mutual understanding between them. We must learn different points of view without mutual insults and come to an agreement. But unfortunately this does not always work out, because how many people, the same number of opinions and worldviews; some people perceive such actions as a way of bending them under themselves. You need to know the measure, because some may take someone else's tolerance for ordinary patience and take advantage of it, while the other side will consider that it is not tolerant enough in relation to the first.

Tolerance can be not only in the sociological and psychological concept, but also in the same way: immunological tolerance, environmental tolerance, pharmacological, immunological and narcological, mathematical, etc. Tolerance is almost everywhere! But the concepts are sometimes radically different, for example: if in sociological terms the term tolerance is patience, then in immunological terms it is the immunological state of the body in which it is not able to synthesize antibodies in response to the introduction of a certain antigen while maintaining immune reactivity to other antigens; environmental - the ability organisms to endure the adverse effects of a particular environmental factor; mathematical - reflexive, symmetric, but not necessarily transitive (unlike the equivalence relation) binary relation. The variety of tolerance is limitless. It is in the exact sciences and the humanities, in society and nature.

The conclusion can be drawn that tolerance is everywhere. The whole world is the embodiment of tolerance. People, plants, animals, nature - everyone has tolerance, at least at the molecular level, at least in behavior.
