Here are some simple tips to help you find a compromise between drinking coffee and caring for your baby's health.

  • Try to hold out for at least three months. At this age, the baby spends a significant part of the day sleeping, which means the mother can also be attracted and rested, this is much more useful than cheering herself up with caffeine.
  • Since instant coffee is too harmful, you have an excellent reason to finally switch to a natural drink, which is much tastier and more aromatic than its instant counterpart.

Considering that large amounts of coffee are dangerous for your baby's health, you can afford to buy some natural coffee of the highest quality.

  • It is also important when exactly you are going to drink a cup of aromatic drink. It is better to do this in the morning, after feeding. Then, by the time you need to feed your baby, the caffeine will have time, at least partially, to leave your body. It's even better if you express milk for your next feeding before drinking coffee.
  • Train yourself to drink coffee with milk or cream to replenish lost calcium. Eat more foods rich in this element.

Remember that even the best coffee is effective only when your body is not exhausted by regular lack of sleep, do not forget about the need for proper rest, not only you, but also your baby needs it.
