On the very day of the Bright Sunday of Christ, one should: rejoice, forgive all those who have offended, after a long forty-day fast, meet with family and relatives, glorify God, congratulate everyone, invite guests, give to the destitute, please the poor and sick people and etc. In general, all week you should behave as befits a kind and merciful person.

What can not be done in this celebration? What does the church say about what not to do on the day and the whole subsequent week of glorifying God?

First, the church says that the Bible says that not even a bird nests on this day. This suggests that on Christ's Resurrection and throughout the week you should not engage in difficult tasks that require physical activity. For this reason, on this day and the next week, it is better to postpone all the hard things that you can. So, washing a car, building a house, doing physical things without a special need for it (only if it is not connected with the constant work activity of a person, for which he receives the means for his existence) is impossible. It will not be a sin that a person works on Bright Sunday for the benefit of society. On the contrary, if a person approaches his work on a holiday with humility and calmness, calmly fulfills his duties, the Lord will be able to touch his heart and send, perhaps, a miracle.

Another thing is if a person asks: is it possible to fish for Easter. The question is moot. On the one hand, the Bible says that when the disciples went out on land, they saw "... coals laid out and fish and bread lying on them ...". Christ sat down with them, and in order to show that he was not a ghost, he began to eat fish with them. Thus, we conclude: that you can eat fish. So, you can catch fish in order to break the fast. However, since fishing is a physical activity, if it is possible to postpone fishing until the day before the holiday, then it is better to do so.

Secondly, if you answer the question: is it possible to listen to music on headphones on Easter, you can definitely answer like this - you can’t. The goal of any believer is to connect with God, connect with the Light of Tabor, and the Resurrection of Christ is the day when you can comprehend all the mysteries and be with Christ. It is impossible to feel God when music is playing in the ears. The same goes for listening to music and dancing. The Church does not forbid having fun on this day. But the words in the songs should glorify God, and the dances should symbolize the union with him. If music with dancing glorifies his name, then you can do it.

Thirdly, it is impossible to fry kebabs for Easter on the holiday itself. Sunday is allowed. God can only require ""exceptional devotion""; he can be offended if we do bad deeds (according to Exodus 20:5). In general, it is worth breaking the fast with bread, fish and wine, as the apostles did when Jesus came to them to show that he had really risen.

And lastly, playing sports on Easter is not forbidden by the church. Whether it's a matter of going to the cemetery, drinking alcohol before the holiday and making love.
