Live bread

Pour the wheat into a saucepan, fill to the brim with plain water, mix, discard everything that has floated to the surface, drain the water. Soak the grain overnight in a clay pot with water infused with shungite (fill it completely, over 5 cm). Wheat should be taken from northern varieties (for example, Siberian), it contains less gluten. The southern grain usually looks larger, lighter and "fuller". Northern - smaller, darker and somewhat "wrinkled".

In the morning, drain the water, cover the pot with a lid and leave until evening at room temperature. If in the evening it is already clear that the grains have hatched, put the pot in the refrigerator. If not, pour the grains again with shungite water, stir, drain the water and leave in a pot until morning at room temperature.

The sprouts should be ready in the morning. The size of the sprouts should not exceed 1-2 mm. Before use, they should be washed with drinking water to remove by-products that are released during germination.

Pour seaweed with cold water, stir so that the sand settles to the bottom, put in a colander. Repeat this procedure two more times. The last water must be clean drinking water. You need to rinse the algae quickly so that they do not have time to swell too much.

Grind seaweed. Then grind the wheat germ twice. Dill, parsley, bell pepper, tomatoes, chop garlic, add half a glass of water, seasonings and grind everything in a blender at low speed. If there are no tomatoes and bell peppers, you can replace the same amount of carrots.Cumin seeds must be ground into a powder.

It is advisable to take Japanese soy sauce, low in salt and without monosodium glutamate. Seasoning for Korean carrots is best done by yourself, because salt and toxic monosodium glutomate are added to the factory seasoning.

Seasoning for Korean carrots should be mild. Who likes it spicier, you can add a pod of hot pepper, or chopped peas of colored pepper (black, white, red, green). Then mix it all together with a spoon in a large bowl.

Grind flax seeds in four steps in a coffee grinder. If there are no seeds, you can take the same amount of flaxseed flour. Pour the flour into a bowl and mix thoroughly with everything else.

The resulting dough is divided into three parts. Grease a baking sheet with linseed oil. Put one part of the dough on it and spread it with your hands evenly over the entire area, moistening your palms from time to time so that the dough does not stick. Then take a metal spatula and divide the dough into 5x5 cm squares. Lubricate the second baking sheet with oil, and put the squares from the first on it. Thus, there will be three filled baking sheets. Dry in the oven for 6-8 hours on the lowest heat with the door open.

After drying, let the loaves cool and put them in a box, covering the top with a paper towel. Live bread is tastier than regular bread. And about how much more useful they are, it’s even unnecessary to talk.


Live oatmeal

Pour the oats into a colander, rinse with running water. Then pour shungite water in a large saucepan overnight. In the morning, transfer to a colander and cover with wet gauze in two layers. In the evening, rinse with a stream of water without removing the gauze. The same evening, soak the wheat in a pot. Wash the oats again the next morning. Proceed with wheat in the same way as in the previous recipe. Wash the oats again in the evening. The next morning, wash the oats and wheat, the seedlings are ready.

Thus, it takes two days for oats to germinate - twice as long as for wheat. The size of oat sprouts should not exceed 1-1.5 cm. Oats and barley usually germinate unevenly, but this should not bother you, all the necessary transformations in the grain will be in time. The main thing is to soak them overnight for at least 12 hours. If barley grains do not hatch at all, it is better to germinate only oats.

Now, load the seedlings in small portions into the blender, adding water, and grind to a fine fraction, starting at low speed and ending at the highest, but not for very long, so as not to overheat the device. In total, this should take 2.5 liters of water.Grind wheat twice through a fine grate, oats once through a medium grate, and if it does not go (chewing), then through a large grate.

Next, grind cumin and dill seeds in a coffee grinder. We combine the ground sprouts and all the seasonings in a large bowl and leave for one hour, stirring from time to time. If jelly is supposed to be given to children, pepper should be handled sparingly.

The next step is to squeeze out all the cooked mass. The most convenient option is a simple double boiler, consisting of a saucepan and a pan with a grate. A sieve, (choose according to size), is placed on this tray, the jelly mass is poured into it and first rubbed a little with a wooden spatula, and then squeezed out by hand. Ready jelly at the same time flows into the pan. The cake is deposited in a large bowl. When the whole mass is squeezed out, the cake is poured with a liter of water, kneaded, and again squeezed through the same sieve.

The result is 4 liters of jelly with the consistency of good cream. You can pour it into bottles and put it in the refrigerator. Store no more than two weeks. In the refrigerator, on the third day, the jelly slightly sours and acquires a pleasant taste, with sourness. Shake the bottle well before use.

Live jelly is a biologically active product, so it should be taken carefully at first, gradually accustoming your body, and not mixed with other food. If it causes indigestion, then the intestines are very clogged. What to do? Cleanse the intestines, what else. Or continue to eat dead food, but forget about living food. Sauerkraut without salt

  • Two small cabbages

Recipes for sauerkraut without salt are widely known. However, when I tried to follow them, nothing good came of it. Therefore, I had to develop my own technology, which I present here, and from which it is better not to deviate. There is no point in adding any additional ingredients to the recipe, because this only distorts the taste in an undesirable direction.

How to cook:

Coarsely chop the cabbage (about 4 cm), and cut the carrots into circles. Cut the cabbage stems near the stalk and discard, chop the stalk itself. Mix everything together with seasonings in a large bowl. Mint is not necessary.

At the bottom of two three-liter jars put a cabbage leaf. Fill both jars tightly so that at least 10 cm remain to the neck, and close with cabbage leaves on top.

Fill jars with distilled or plain drinking water to cover the leaves. Put narrow half-liter plastic bottles filled with water into the jars as a load. Top with a cotton napkin.

Water should cover the leaves so that air does not get to them. Put in a warm place with a temperature of 25-27 degrees Celsius. After a while, the water in the jars will rise. If it starts to overflow, reduce the load, or remove it altogether.

The exposure time is from two to three days. This time depends on all components and conditions, and it must be determined intuitively. If underexposed, the cabbage will not ripen. If overcooked, it will be soft and sour. In any case, you can let it ripen in the refrigerator. Before you put it in the refrigerator, you need to put a shungite stone in each jar. And of course, the water should cover the leaves. You can use it after a week of storage in the refrigerator.

Sauerkraut without salt is perhaps the only exception to the strict rules of raw food cuisine, which do not recommend the systematic use of "fermented" products.

sea ​​kale

  • Dried seaweed 100 g

Algae should be kept in the last water for one or two minutes, no more, so that they swell enough, but not too much. If overcooked, they become tasteless.

Put in a colander and let the water drain. Then add seasonings, oil (if there is no cedar oil, you can use sesame or linseed - cold pressed), and mix. Seaweed is ready. Obviously, cooking it is not only pointless and harmful, but also just stupid, because all the taste is lost.

live green soup

  • Tomatoes 2 pcs.

  • Tops of beets, radishes, carrots, onions, spinach - in a small bunch

  • Juice of a third of a lemon (or 2 tablespoons of natural apple cider vinegar)
  • Amaranth oil (cedar, linseed or sesame) 1 tbsp. a spoon
  • Water 1 glass

How to cook:

Cut tomatoes, bell peppers, garlic, radishes, dill, parsley, onions, load into a blender. Add chopped dried seaweed (kelp, that is, which is sold in pharmacies), seasoning, oil, lemon juice and a glass of water. For spiciness and flavor, you can add colored pepper peas (black, white, red, green) crushed in a mill.

Run the blender for a minute at medium speed. Then cut the rest of all kinds of tops (you can also tops of garlic, sorrel, etc.), only so as not to overload the blender, and run it first at medium speed, then at high speed.

Vegetable tops contain tens and hundreds of times more proteins, vitamins and microelements than the vegetables themselves. Spinach is especially useful. This soup has a very high nutritional value and cleanses the body well. If after it you feel twitches in the liver area, it means that the stones are coming out of you.

live vinaigrette

  • Cauliflower or broccoli, small head
  • Beetroot 1 pc.

Divide the cabbage into small inflorescences. Cut carrots and beets into strips. Cut the onion into slices, and the tomatoes into small cubes. Squeeze the garlic with a crusher. You can also put fresh or frozen green peas.

In winter, you can cut a little sauerkraut. Put all this in a large bowl and mix, adding seasoning. For spiciness, you can add a little cayenne pepper (chili). Then pour in soy sauce, vinegar and mix. Lastly, pour in the oil and mix again.

Live cutlets

  • Yellow millet in a shell 200 g
  • Pumpkin seeds peeled 200 g
  • Sunflower seeds peeled 200 g
  • Flax seeds 1 cup
  • Carrots 2 pcs.

  • Tomato 1 pc.

Soak millet for 12 hours in shungite water. Then put in a fine metal sieve in the shape of a cup and cover with wet gauze in two layers. Now soak the seeds in shungite water. After half a day, you can start cooking. Millet should hatch, seeds do not need to germinate.

Put a fine grate on the electric meat grinder and grind the seeds first, then, quickly falling asleep, millet (so that it does not have time to fly out of the grate), grind it twice. After that, grind carrots, tomatoes, bell peppers and garlic. Finely chop the greens. Add seasoning, soy sauce, oil and mix everything in a large bowl. For spiciness and flavor, you can add colored pepper peas (black, white, red, green) crushed in a mill.

Grind flax seeds in a coffee grinder. Put half of the flaxseed meal into the dough and stir again. After that, you can mold cutlets, roll them in flaxseed flour, put them in a food container and put them in the refrigerator. Serve along with tomato sauce.

Recipe for tomato sauce. Three large tomatoes, two bell peppers, a head of garlic, a pod of hot pepper or half a teaspoon of ground red, two or three tablespoons of soy sauce, and you can beat one or two tablespoons of horseradish in a blender.

Winter salad

  • Ice cream green peas 150 g

Separate food. Do not mix incompatible foods, such as proteins with carbohydrates, at the same time. Proteins are digested in an acidic environment, carbohydrates in an alkaline one. If they are mixed, the food will not be digested, but will rot. Foods of different types - fruits, vegetables, nuts, cereals - should be consumed separately. It is permissible to mix products of the same type, but do not get carried away very much. Recipes should be as simple as possible. Seaweed can replace fresh greens. Greenhouse plants are also a suitable option, only here you should be more careful and legible. There is an opinion that greenhouse greens and vegetables should be rejected altogether, that everything is saturated with chemistry, etc. However, this is not quite true. Indeed, sometimes you can run into "chemistry", but now organic fertilizers are used more and more often in many greenhouses.
