For dinner, I eat a salad without dressing and 5% fat cottage cheese. Of course, in the evening you want more, but it's all the head haunts the stomach. He (stomach) is already full of salad. Moreover, fruit salad with sour cream does not give rest!

The evening passes quietly. I drink green tea and water. Tomorrow, I finally need to measure how many glasses of water I drink a day.

I do my favorite miracle exercise, which tightens the stomach, I twist the hoop. Before going to bed, I decide to re-read the cheat sheet of losing weight. At the end it says: the more weight, the faster it goes away. The first most extra pounds fly off instantly. The fuller the person, the faster he loses weight!
