Win new directions. Low-cost airline Pobeda wants to get permission to fly to Pisa, Italy. Flights within Russia

For Russia, the Pobeda airline is a phenomenon. You can love them or not love them. You can tell everyone that you will never use this infernal organization again ... But they have changed the air travel market in Russia. And it's stupid to argue with that.

Yes, they were not the first. But only they were able to gain a foothold and not only continue to work, but also actively expand, adding new directions of flights.

In this article I will analyze how to fly "Victory" with pleasure and not complain about anything :)

Well, in general, let's see what benefit this airline can give us.

Flights within Russia

To begin with, let's consider their work in the domestic air transportation market.

As of August 2016, Pobeda flies direct flights to the following destinations:

From Moscow to the following cities of Russia: Anapa, Astrakhan, Belgorod, Vladikavkaz, Volgograd, Gelendzhik, Yekaterinburg, Kirov, Krasnodar, Makhachkala, Nazran, Nalchik, Novosibirsk, Perm, Rostov-on-Don, Samara, St. Petersburg, Sochi, Surgut, Tyumen , Ufa, Cheboksary, Chelyabinsk. And, accordingly, from all these cities to Moscow.

From St. Petersburg to Vladikavkaz, Yekaterinburg, Kirov, Krasnodar, and to Makhachkala. And in the opposite direction.

And also from Yekaterinburg to Novosibirsk, Sochi and Anapa. And back:)

Also from Sochi to Chelyabinsk, Yaroslavl, Perm, Volgograd, Vladikavkaz, Yekaterinburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Naberezhnye Chelny, Kazan, Kirov, Cheboksary, Tyumen. And vice versa.

And also from Anapa in Ufa, Yekaterinburg, Perm. And vice versa.

The list is impressive! Maybe I even missed something. And thanks to Pobeda, people really began to fly more often. Yes, even before it was possible to get from many cities, for example, to Sochi only through Moscow, and now - directly. It's much more convenient.

And, most importantly, sometimes (unfortunately, not always) these tickets are very, very cheap.. The sale of tickets for 500 rubles per ticket was especially thunderous.

Personally, I managed to buy tickets for 1,000 rubles round-trip to Arkhangelsk and Volgograd. I flew to Arkhangelsk, but changed my mind to Volgograd (*here it is minus the low price - you can easily refuse the flight). And ... I liked it :) Good planes, great attitude. You can fly, in short. And even necessary.

It is important to always remember that despite the statement about the budget, the company's air travel is not always so.
Very often Pobeda flights are much more expensive than competitors. Sometimes "Victory" is only 1000 rubles cheaper, but at the same time it arrives at an airport that is much further than the one where competitors arrive ... and as a result it comes out more expensive :) We will discuss this further in the article.

In the meantime, a simple rule - always double-check prices and offers for the flight you need in the ticket meta search engines:

If the offer really turned out to be the most profitable, then it remains to understand the rules of the company.

And here it is important to always remember that this is not just a standard airline. This is a budget airline. Officially. And it has very specific limitations.

If you know and follow the rules of a low-cost airline, then your flight will be easy and simple. And the rules, in fact, are incredibly simple and clear. Although the text description can take up a lot of space.

What is possible and what is not. Rules of the budget "Victory".

One of the main complaints against the airline is that it allegedly constantly introduces some new rules, or clarifies the current ones. But it is not so. In fact, the airline's website describes in some detail what is possible and what is not.

Super-detailed rules are described on this page of the official Victory website. We are interested in what you can carry for free. And, most importantly, where - in the cabin or luggage.

The most important, from my point of view, bonus is that despite the budget of the company, everyone has the right to carry one free piece of baggage.

1. In the luggage compartment

Luggage weighing up to 10 kg - FREE OF CHARGE.

At the same time, the size of a free piece of baggage should not exceed 158 centimeters in three dimensions. (when I flew in 2015, the dimensions were not actually checked - I don’t know now).

First, I don't know of any low cost airline in the world that has free baggage allowance. (maybe there is someone in Asia, but I can't remember)
Secondly, this is an excellent limitation for those who still have not understood that 10 kg is more than enough for a short 2-7 day trip to another city or country. If you do not think so, then you are either very inexperienced, or you have specific needs, such as medicine, business, shopping, etc. (* And then it is not clear why you are looking at the budget company at all - with special requests to you in an ordinary expensive airline).

You really do not need so many clothes)))

2. Into the aircraft cabin

Personal belongings according to a _concrete list_ - free of charge in the salon.

First of all, it is the clothes you are wearing. (Yes, you can put on at least 5 pairs of pants and 2 jackets - they won’t be able to refuse you. Well, you like to dress warmly, what can you do.)

At the same time, everything that is in the pockets of your clothes - also no one will check (because they have no right) if you have passed the security control check. Even if all your clothes consist of only pockets :)

Secondly, by the list:

Ladies handbag or briefcase; folder for papers, umbrella, cane; bouquet of flowers;
outerwear, a suit in a suitcase; printed publications for reading in flight;
camera (without case), video camera (without case), laptop;
baby food (in a handbag or briefcase) for the duration of the flight and a baby cradle or stroller when transporting a child;
crutches, stretchers or a wheelchair when transporting a passenger with reduced mobility.

That is, there are no problems with devices - phones, cameras, laptops. It's all free and in the salon.

Once again - if the camera is in a special bag-case for the camera - you will have to pay for it! Cover, if you have one - only in luggage.

Immediately there is a remark about what is still impossible with all this:

Backpacks, packages of all types and sizes, boxes packed in separate containers, food,
Beach bags and sports bags are only allowed in the cabin for a fee.

That is, if you put the laptop in a bag, then before boarding the plane, you will be asked to pay for it.
But if you immediately take the package out of your laptop, and fold the package and put it in your pocket, it will already be free.

Yes, it's dumb :) I agree. But this measure has its reasons. On the other hand, it’s not difficult for you to do this, is it? :)

Everything that is not in these lists is paid.

Yes, alcohol from duty free is also charged. If you can put it in your shorts so that it doesn’t fall, then it’s probably free)))

About duty free even separately on the site it is written:

Payment for the transportation of goods (luggage) purchased in Tax / Duty free stores is carried out at the boarding gate according to the tariffs published on the website of Pobeda Airlines LLC.

And that's not it :)

Regarding the list of free things in hand luggage, there is even more clarification for those in the tank:

A "lady's handbag" means a small narrow bag of a rectangular, oblong or soft shape, as well as in the shape of a crescent or a semicircle (including a baguette bag, an envelope bag (clutch), a minaudière bag, a clutch bag, a pouch bag) designed for carrying small improvised items or cosmetics. A handbag can be equipped with a shoulder strap or chain, have handles made of leather, textile, metal, plastic or bamboo, the dimensions of which do not exceed 75 cm in the sum of three dimensions.

A “briefcase” is a narrow rectangular bag designed to carry documents (papers), books, a laptop computer, as well as small items, and having appropriate compartments in the interior. The briefcase, as a rule, is equipped with a handle on one of the end surfaces and has a strap for carrying over the shoulder, the dimensions of which do not exceed 75 cm in the sum of three dimensions. Backpacks and packages of any kind are not included in the list of items carried free of charge in the cabin.

That is, a huge bag thrown over the arm and called a handbag - will not work. Alas and ah. If you want to carry a lot of things - buy extra luggage or fly with another airline. Everything is direct and honest. Why try to outwit everyone and then throw tantrums that you were allegedly deceived? Everything is written very clearly and clearly.

Seats on the plane

Here, too, everything is very clear. Seats on the plane can only be chosen for money. Dot.

In the process of booking a ticket, a seat is assigned automatically, based on the optimal location of passengers in the cabin (aircraft centering). If you wish to select the seats of your choice, you can do so during the booking process or add a seat to an already issued ticket.

Seats with increased legroom are the most comfortable. If you want to get comfortable, make a reservation.
The service is paid and for safety reasons is not provided to passengers under 18, pregnant women and persons with reduced mobility.

Accordingly, you can also transfer from place to place on the plane only for money :)
You can't transfer for free. For the choice of a place is paid initially.

Why, then, do some people think that if they are already on the plane, then suddenly seat selection is free, simply on the basis that there are empty seats in the cabin? Doesn't become. Even if your child was placed far away from you.

If you cannot sit far away from your child, you must reserve a seat for an additional fee. Everything is simple and clear. There is no need to hope. (*Theoretically, you can be asked at the front desk to be seated together if there are empty seats nearby and if you are very nice, friendly and smiling:) but without guarantees, of course).

However, even if you buy an emergency exit seat, but someone on the reservation is under 18 years old, someone is a pregnant woman, or a passenger with limited mobility, then ... this person will be transferred despite the payment. Rules are rules.

Ignorance is no excuse, is it? Too bad we keep forgetting about it.

And therefore, if you know these fairly simple rules, then you will have nothing to complain about :) There will be no reason for angry reviews and suffering. Smile and fly :) The main thing is to fit into the indicated conditions and, if necessary, pay extra for the necessary services.

(!) And, by the way, it is important to know in advance - the seat backs in all Pobeda aircraft DO NOT recline. They are firmly fixed. (*what it was made for is a mystery)

Now that we have figured out the rules, and it turned out that not everything is as complicated and confusing as it might seem at first glance, we can move on to the most interesting :)

Foreign flights

In addition to flights within Russia, Pobeda is very interested in international destinations.

And not only by the fact that you can fly cheaper, but also by the fact that Pobeda has already influenced the price level. Some European companies that used to put horse price tags on flights now fly cheaper than 10,000 rubles round-trip. Not everyone had this even before the collapse of the ruble :) From recent examples - Brussels Airlines, which suddenly decided to fly to Moscow / from Moscow to Brussels for 9,000 round trip.

So where does Pobeda fly to?

To Spain, Slovakia, Austria, Germany, Italy, Cyprus, Montenegro.

More specifically, the list is as follows:

Barcelona (Girona), Bratislava, Vienna (*to Bratislava and then by bus to Vienna),
Cologne / Bonn, Larnaca, Milan (Bergamo), Milan Center (* to Bergamo and then bus to the center),
Munich (Memmingen), Paphos, Tivat.

And here it should be immediately remembered that Pobeda is a low-cost airline. And this means that they are trying to save on airports. So you need to check which airport the airline flies to.

For example, the destination "Barcelona" has "Girona" in parentheses. This means that "Victory" does not fly to the city of Barcelona itself, but to the airport, which is very relatively related to Barcelona :) It rather belongs to the city of Girona. And it is located 90 kilometers from Barcelona!

On the one hand, this means that you will still have to get to Barcelona on 2 buses with a transfer :) And, yes, you will also have to pay extra for this. (*Unless you're an avid hitchhiker, of course)
- But on the other hand, if you want to rent a car, then you don't care :) And the benefit from such a flight can cover 1-2 days of car rental.
- On the third hand, maybe you don’t need to go to Barcelona at all;) (and there is something to do there and near Girona - believe me) Then it’s definitely all the same.

If you buy air tickets to Europe at Pobeda's special sales, when they set incredibly low prices, then it is always profitable. But, at the time of publication of the article, a round-trip ticket to Barcelona from Pobeda cost only 1,000 rubles cheaper than the same ticket from competitors arriving at the main airport in Barcelona.
Therefore, it would still be worthwhile to seriously think about your plans and goals.

Same is the case with Munich. In fact, the plane arrives in Memmingen, which is 110 km from Munich!
From Memmingen it’s just right to go to Switzerland, and not to Munich :) It’s very close there.
But on the other hand, it's a bonus!
Because, as I said, the same 100 km to Switzerland as to Munich. And also about 100 km to the Austrian mountains! Which are beautiful both in summer and winter. And what to do in the Austrian mountains in winter is a no-brainer :) In addition, in Memmingen, of course, you can rent a car.

But if we talk about other areas, then the benefits are obvious even without any sales.(*what to say about sales)

The most interesting foreign directions of "Victory" are, of course, Bratislava and, already described above, Munich (Memmingen).

From Bratislava, you can easily and close to Budapest, Krakow, Prague, etc. And the Austrian Vienna is just an hour away :)
From Memmingen - already described above. But the disadvantage of this direction is the remoteness from big cities and points of attraction. And near Bratislava, the airport, in fact, is located within the city. Yes, and Bratislava itself - consider the satellite city of the Austrian Vienna)) Only 70 km.

At the time of writing (August 2016) a one-way ticket for these destinations cost only 2,886 rubles!

At the moment, these are perhaps the only truly budget foreign destinations for the budget "Victory" :)
But due to the location of Bratislava airport, in fact, only it is a really cool and profitable destination.

And these cheap destinations are worth using!

For the same dates, for example, the cheapest ticket to Munich is offered by the "S7" company - for almost 12,000 round trip and without any luggage included at all. "Victory" with their 5700r and 10kg of luggage looks like a reasonable solution :) Even taking into account transport from Memmingen to Munich itself.

But if there are no minimum prices in the Victory calendar, then ... I would really, really think about whether it is worth flying with this company with all its restrictions. To be honest, I sincerely do not understand people who buy a ticket to Pobeda for the same money that you can fly on the same "S7". And the airports will be better, and even packages, even duty-free, even backpacks can be brought into the cabin.

The low-cost carrier Pobeda (part of the Aeroflot group) is considering opening flights from Moscow to Pisa, a source in the Aeroflot group told Gazeta.Ru. According to him, the company has already filed a relevant application, which will be considered at the next Interdepartmental Commission. The interlocutor added that the airline requested a frequency for flights to Pisa in the amount of 7 times a week.
The representative of Pobeda declined to comment on this information, stressing that the airline is considering various directions for the development of the route network.

The Russian low-cost airline already flies from Moscow to Italian Bergamo (located next to Milan). According to a representative of the air carrier, this city is one of the most popular international destinations for Pobeda, with an average load of 80% per flight.

Pobeda may also open several international destinations from Russian regions. As stated in the documents on the website (Rosaviatsia), Pobeda applied for flights to Tbilisi from Rostov-on-Don three times a week.

In addition, Pobeda has already received permission to fly from Rostov-on-Don to Baku (Azerbaijan) and Yerevan (Armenia).

The airline plans to fly these routes four and three times a week, respectively.

The airline has already received permission for routes from this Russian city to Tbilisi, Yerevan and Baku, follows from the documents on the website of the Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsiya). The frequency of flights to Tbilisi and Baku will be three times a week, to Yerevan four times a week.

“The growth of passenger traffic to Georgia and Armenia began about two years ago, and since then the popularity has not subsided. Even now, many fly from Moscow to Vladikavkaz, transfer to a minibus, and in a few hours reach Georgia. The popularity of these countries is high, if Pobeda provides inexpensive fares, I think that the passenger flow from Moscow will be large, ”said Yanis, a representative of the online search engine Aviasales. According to the executive director of the Aviaport agency, theoretically, a flight from Moscow to Tbilisi, Baku or Yerevan with a transfer in Rostov-on-Don will be of interest to Muscovites, subject to an attractive price offer.

According to Rosstat, in the first quarter of this year, 106,000 tourists from Russia visited Georgia, which is 27.7% more than in the same period last year. The same 106,000 tourists came to Azerbaijan over the same period (+2%). During the first quarter, 54,000 people from Russia visited Armenia.

In addition, Pobeda wants to open flights to Indian Goa.

So, judging by the data on the website of the Federal Air Transport Agency, the airline asked the agency to reduce the frequency of flights of Rossiya, which is also part of the Aeroflot group, to Goa. According to the bilateral agreement on air communication between Russia and India, the maximum number of flights with a frequency of 11 times a week. Currently, it is "Russia" that has access to such a number of frequencies. At the same time, Pobeda asks the department to reduce the frequency of Rossiya flights from 11 to 9 times a week.

According to a Gazeta.Ru source close to Pobeda, the request is explained by the fact that Rossiya does not use frequencies at all, and the low-cost airline can open regular flights there. The interlocutor specified that flights could start not from Moscow, but from the regions, refusing to name which ones.

Technically, Pobedy's fleet, which now consists of 12,737, will not allow the company to fly directly from Moscow to Goa.

The distance between these points is more than 5.5 thousand km. And the flight range of the Boeing 737 with a maximum load is 5.4 thousand km. However, the company could open these flights from the regions, for example, from the same Rostov-on-Don or Astrakhan. Thus, the distance between Rostov-on-Don and Goa is about 4.8 thousand km, and from Astrakhan to this Indian state - 4.2 thousand km.

As calculated for Gazeta.Ru in the online search engine Aviasales, the cheapest charter from Moscow to Goa, of those that are on the site, costs 26 thousand rubles.

“This is a non-stop flight back and forth with luggage,” said the representative of the search engine, Janis Dzenis. He added that the minimum cost of a Pobeda flight from Moscow to Astrakhan and back is already 4.07 thousand rubles, if you add luggage to this - 5.99 thousand rubles. for 4 segments of the flight, seat selection - 596 rubles. for 4 segments, 2% transaction fee.

“If we take into account that in the absence of sales now, the cheapest Pobeda ticket to Milan round trip costs at least 11 thousand rubles, and flying to Goa even from Astrakhan is much further, it’s hard to believe in the attractiveness of this whole structure for a mass traveler ", - complained Dzenis.

Now Pobeda flies to eight international destinations and only from Moscow. Earlier, the company has repeatedly stated that it is ready to open flights abroad from Russian regions. However, last year the head noted that Pobeda should develop domestic routes, and the total volume of international flights would not exceed 10-15% of the total number of flights.

Pobeda Airlines is the main Russian low-cost carrier that offers the lowest prices for air tickets, which are often cheaper than a taxi ride to the airport.
In Pobeda Airlines, you can buy a ticket for only 999 rubles. Low prices, popular destinations, make them the most popular and sought-after air carrier.
Reviews about Pobeda Airlines in 2016 are different. Many negative reviews are written due to the lack of information before the flight. We collected and analyzed passenger reviews, rules and nuances to understand whether it is worth buying tickets from the Pobeda company?

Pobeda Airlines - basic information

The low-cost airline Pobeda appeared in September 2014 as a subsidiary of Aeroflot.

Aircraft "Victory"

A huge plus for passengers is the Pobeda fleet, which consists entirely of new Boeing 737-800s, which makes any flight from the Pobeda airline safe and comfortable,
despite the low ticket price. In total, the Pobeda airline purchased 13 Boeings, by 2018 there will be 40 of them.

In 2016 reviews, Pobeda passengers often praise the carrier for new and clean aircraft.

The main hub (base) of Pobeda Airlines is located at Vnukovo Airport in Moscow.
Summer hub - Anapa (Vityazevo) or Sochi airport.
In winter, the Pobeda airline is based in Mineralnye Vody.

Pobeda Airlines operates daily and regular flights to 40 Russian cities, as well as to Europe in 8 directions.

Special offers from all Airlines

In fact, the Pobeda airline took the place of the disbanded Dobrolet airline, which was closed due to sanctions. For the same reason, Pobeda Airlines
does not operate flights to the airport of Simferopol, Crimea.

Low cost air travel is popular around the world, especially in Europe. In Russia, tickets for flights with the Pobeda airline are in high demand,
Passenger reviews about the Pobeda airline are contradictory, in more detail we will return to the Pobela reviews a little lower in the review.

Pobeda is part of the Aeroflot group and the main mission of the company is to provide cheap and safe transportation of passengers within the country from various regions of Russia.
The airline also plans to enter the top five largest air carriers in Russia by 2018 and carry 5 million passengers a year.

Flights of Pobeda Airlines

Where can you fly with Pobeda and from which cities do you fly?

Since the main base is located in Moscow, most of the Pobeda flights depart from there.

From Moscow and back, Pobeda operates flights to Sochi, Astrakhan, Gelendzhik, Makhachkala, Yekaterinburg, Nizhnevartovsk, Arkhangelsk, Vladikavkaz, Volgograd, Belgorod, Perm, Surgut, Tyumen, Ufa, Anapa.
From many of these cities, you can fly to the resorts of the Krasnodar Territory - to Sochi and Anapa.

Pobeda operates international flights from Moscow to Vienna, Milan, Barcelona, Cologne, Bonn, Larnaca, Bratislava.

The main priorities are low ticket prices and safety, the airline performs easily. Low ticket prices from Pobeda are achieved by reducing all services to a minimum,
and safety - strict observance of all rules of passenger transportation.

When buying tickets from Pobeda Airlines, people often do not think that a cheap ticket means certain restrictions and additional fees for comfort and other services.
They rarely read the rules, so very often passengers of the Pobeda airline and employees of the company break out conflicts that turn into negative reviews about Pobeda.

Positive feedback from passengers about Pobeda Airlines

Positive feedback about Pobeda mainly consists of stories about cheap tickets that helped the passenger save a significant amount of money, and in the reviews people praise clean and comfortable aircraft, the company's sympathetic staff.

True, the bulk of the positive feedback about the Pobeda airline comes from passengers on international flights. Such as Moscow-Cologne or Moscow-Vienna-Moscow.
Is it really that the flight attendants of these flights are nicer and more polite than those who work on domestic flights, or is it just a coincidence. At the same time, in 90 percent of cases, negative reviews about Pobeda
- these are reviews of flights in Russia.

Positive feedback from passengers about Pobeda Airlines

1. Low ticket prices, from 999 rubles.

2. New, clean and safe aircraft. Comfortable armchairs.

3. Possibility to carry additional baggage for a small surcharge.

4. Friendliness and friendliness of flight attendants on international flights

5. Allowed to use electronic gadgets on board

Negative reviews about Pobeda Airlines

Bad reviews about Pobeda Airlines are mainly related to the rules of baggage check-in, flight check-in, lack of understanding and contact between the passenger and the company's staff.

After analyzing the negative reviews about Pobeda Airlines, you can protect yourself from a spoiled trip and lost tickets:

1. Legendary women's small backpack-handbag. Most of the negative reviews about the flight by Pobeda are connected with it.
No matter how small this backpack is, even though it only fits a passport and cigarettes, flight attendants will not let you take it on a plane for free in most cases.
Naturally, passengers are outraged by non-compliance with the rules of the FAP (federal rules for air travel) and the payment of such a micro-backpack for 2000 rubles, which is sometimes more expensive than the flight itself.
The problem with a backpack and luggage in general is solved by simply reading the rules of Pobeda Airlines on the website. More on this below.

2. Lack of any nutrition. For those who are used to flying low-cost airlines, the lack of food on board is not news. But many passengers are not aware that Pobeda Airlines does not feed passengers
and you even have to ask for water. Such a moment is especially annoying for travelers with children.

3. The slightest delay leads to the fact that you will not be put on the plane. In negative reviews about the Pobeda airline, passengers complain that the carrier deliberately does not announce landing,
in order not to put passengers on board, as it sells more tickets than it should be on a flight. Like it or not, is unknown.
Any bickering with Pobeda employees rarely ends in favor of the passenger. They can take away the boarding pass, waiting for the payment of hand luggage, a refund
there is no lost ticket, you can complain by phone (for a fee), there is no understandable feedback from the client-carrier.

4. If you were late, you were not allowed on the flight, and tickets were bought both ways, often passengers in their reviews of the Pobeda airline talk about the fact that they were refused at the return route
in departure, although the passenger came to boarding on time.

Baggage rules of Pobeda Airlines

Pobeda Airlines is a low-cost carrier. Budget airlines have their own baggage rules and cheap plane tickets are achieved by refusing all services that can be subsequently
purchase for a fee.
Many passengers are outraged by this option, but there is nothing to be done. But you have a choice - to fly for 1000 rubles without anything and drink some water, or pay for your comfort.

It is very important to know the rules for carrying hand luggage and luggage at Pobeda Airlines ,
otherwise, you risk not only flying away with a spoiled mood, but not flying at all.

1. Be vigilant when buying a Pobeda airline ticket. By default, the company includes a paid carry-on baggage allowance of 10 kg in the ticket.
Thus, you can overpay the extra 999 rubles for each segment of your luggage and luggage.
2. The Pobeda airline fee does not mean that you cannot take anything into the cabin without additional payment. Pobeda Airlines must comply with the FAP rules
(Federal Aviation Regulations) on the Free Shipping List for Certain Items.
This list includes: a handbag, an umbrella, a telephone, a laptop, a cane, a bouquet of flowers, clothes, prints, a bag, baby food for the trip, a camera, a video camera, a baby cradle, crutches,
stretcher or wheelchair.

* It is worth adding that although the FAP rules exist, there are also reviews of passengers who tried to fly with Pobeda Airlines and knew their rules and rights. In the same story with a backpack-handbag,
(there are more than a dozen of these stories), the girls either paid 2,000 rubles for transportation, or remained on the ground, since no debate, defending the straps from the handbag, its tiny dimensions, did not help
to convince the staff that it is a lady's bag that can be carried duty-free.

So, although the FAP assumes that, according to the rules, you do not have the right to weigh and make claims to its dimensions (its weight and parameters are not specified anywhere), in reality
it might be completely different.

3. In the winter of 2016, new rules entered into force at Pobeda Airlines regarding goods purchased at Duty Free. Even a scandal flares up that people departing with Pobeda simply do not buy anything in duty-free shops. And that's why.
If flying with another airline you can safely take a package of duty free on board without registering, then in the case of Pobeda, you will have to pay 2000 rubles. Carrying packages on board is strictly prohibited.
(again, read the rules). If you have something tiny, like a box of chocolates, you may be allowed to carry it around for free.

Paid and free services and rules from Pobeda Airlines

Free baggage allowance at Pobeda Airlines

1. Free. One piece of baggage weighing up to 10 kg. Do not stack with passengers flying with you. Dimensions
up to 158 cm in three dimensions.

2. All of the above things that are included in the FAP list.

Paid services for the transportation of luggage, hand luggage, etc. from Pobeda Airlines

1. Telephone communication with the company is paid, up to 60 rubles per minute.

2. Keep in mind, if you are going to pay for extra baggage, hand luggage, extra kg, transportation of an animal or something else, the cheapest way to do this is on the Pobeda airline website or through a call center.

Let me give you an example: 1 piece of baggage in the aircraft cabin up to 10 kg in the sum of three dimensions up to 115 cm.

On the site - 999 rubles. At check-in at the airport - 1500 rubles. Before boarding - 2000 rubles.

It is now clear why the feedback from passengers is full of collusion and fraud. There is no direct fraud here, but if the passenger who bought the ticket is not too meticulous, he will have to spend a lot of money.

Rates for the carriage of paid baggage from Pobeda Airlines

The same. 1499 rubles when buying a place on the site. And already 3000 rubles at the airport. Pretty significant, right?

Prices and rules for the carriage of special, oversized baggage of Pobeda Airlines

Conclusions and summary about Pobeda Airlines

Keep in mind that although Pobeda Airlines is considered and is a budget carrier, it is not always the one that offers the cheapest tickets to the destinations you need.

Do not be lazy to look at offers from 700 other airlines on the site before buying Aviasales, and compare on the site Skascanner.

At the same time, you can use the usual services for free, such as free baggage (20-40 kg), free hand luggage (7-10 kg), as well as meals on board.

Conclusions about Pobeda Airlines

The main problem of people, of course, is ignorance and misunderstanding of the rules and laws of the low-cost airline.
Of course, you should not refuse smoked air travel just because on board, instead of a piece of chicken, they just gave you a glass of water. Moreover, Pobeda Airlines flights last no more than 1-3 hours.

Read the carrier's rules, baggage rules, hand luggage, check-in rules and more. This will at least help you fly away and avoid a situation in which you have to conflict
with flight attendants.

Pay attention to those points in the reviews in which passengers criticize the Pobeda airline, correct their mistakes. And then your trip for 999 rubles will be easy, comfortable and enjoyable.
What we wish you with all our hearts.

Did you fly with Pobeda Airlines? If yes, please share your experience and impressions in the comments!
