  • one fresh cucumber;

Preparing the salad:

  • a jar of pickled champignons;
  • 0.2 kg smoked sausage cheese;
  • two heads of onions;
  • a bunch of greens: parsley, dill;
  • mayonnaise.

Preparing the salad:

  1. Open the jar of mushrooms and drain all the liquid. The mushrooms will need to be cut into small slices.
  2. Boil the chicken fillet with the necessary spices and tear into fibers.
  3. Cut the onion into small cubes and chop the greens.
  4. Mix all ingredients and season with mayonnaise.
  5. Place pineapple rings on a tray. Roll the lettuce into small balls and place them in the center of the canned fruit. A wonderful appetizer salad is ready.
