A series of marches and platforms of stairs reinforced concrete. Flight of stairs. Manufacturing and installation of products

Series 1.050.1-2 issue 1 “Prefabricated reinforced concrete marches, platforms and treads for multi-storey public buildings, industrial and auxiliary buildings of industrial enterprises. Flights, landings and treads" contains working drawings of prefabricated reinforced concrete elements of stairs - flights, landings, overhead treads and support frames.

Prefabricated elements of the 1.050.1-2 series, issue 1, which are assembled into reinforced concrete stairs, are interspecific and are used in large-panel public buildings and auxiliary buildings of industrial enterprises; frame-panel public buildings, industrial and auxiliary buildings of industrial enterprises, built in ordinary areas and in areas with seismic activity of 7, 8 and 9 points in non-aggressive, slightly and medium aggressive gas environments.

Stairs series 1.050.1-2 issue 1, made of reinforced concrete, have many advantages over structures made of other materials (for example, wood or metal). Reinforced concrete stairs are strong and durable - subject to all the conditions for the manufacture and operation, they will last a long time. Reinforced concrete does not require maintenance and regular diagnostics, it is resistant to aggressive environments, the effects of precipitation and moisture. The most important advantage of reinforced concrete stairs is their fire resistance - in the event of a fire in the building, the stairs will not collapse and will serve as a reliable means of leaving the area affected by fire. In addition, reinforced concrete stairs are economical to manufacture - the cost of concrete raw materials is relatively cheaper than other materials. That is why stairs are widely used in many areas of construction, whether it is industrial, industrial or residential construction.

Series 1.050.1-2 issue 1 contains the following reinforced concrete elements of stairs:

  • LMP - ribbed flights of stairs with half platforms;
  • LPP - ribbed landings;
  • LR - stair support frames;
  • 1LN - overhead treads for laying on the lower and ordinary steps of marches;
  • 2LN - overhead treads for laying on platforms and upper steps of marches;

Reinforced concrete staircases series 1.050.1-2 issue 1 are designed for buildings with floor heights of 2.8; 3.3; 3.6; 4.2; 4.8; 6 and 7.2 m. The estimated width of the marches is determined by the overhead treads laid on the marches with a length of 1210 and 1350 mm. According to the constructive solution, flights of stairs are ribbed with half-platforms, with steps for overhead treads, ribbed stair landings and overhead treads. Marches and platforms with index C are used for buildings erected in seismic regions and have additional embedded products. Support frames are used only in seismic areas.

Prefabricated reinforced concrete stairs series 1.050.1-2 issue 1 are made of heavy concrete class B22.5 in terms of compressive strength. Concrete classes for frost resistance and water resistance are assigned depending on the operating conditions and the construction area and are accepted, respectively, from F100 and W2 - for internal stairs of residential buildings, from F200 and W4 - for other stairs, including external ones.

Reinforced concrete stairs made of prefabricated elements of series 1.050.1-2 issue 1 are reinforced with welded spatial frames and meshes made of reinforcing steel of class A-I and A-III and reinforcing wire of class VR-I. Lifting loops for ease of installation and embedded products are made of class A-I fittings.

The company Iolite M manufactures prefabricated reinforced concrete marches, platforms and treads for multi-storey public, administrative and domestic buildings and industrial buildings, industrial enterprises according to series 1.050.1-2.

Series 1-050-1-2, issue 1 contains working drawings of prefabricated reinforced concrete elements of staircases, platforms, overhead treads and support frames. Stair elements are interspecific and are intended for use in large-sized public buildings and auxiliary buildings of industrial enterprises; frame-panel public buildings, industrial and auxiliary buildings of industrial enterprises, built in ordinary areas and in areas with seismic activity of 7.8 and 9 points in non-aggressive, slightly and medium-aggressive gas environments.

When changing the elements of stairs under the influence of an aggressive environment, the requirements of GOST 9818.0-81 and SNiP P-28-73 must be observed. Flights of stairs are designed for buildings with floor heights of 2.8; 3.0; 3.3; 3.6; 4.2; 4.8; 6.0; and 7.2 m. The estimated width of the marches is determined by the overhead treads laid on the marches, 1210 and 1350 mm long.

Manufacturing and installation of products

The manufacture of flights of stairs is provided by the cassette method. The rise of flights of stairs from the mold is carried out in 4 loops using a self-balancing traverse. The rise of flights of stairs when installed in the working position is carried out with the help of 4 inventory loops, threaded through special holes and covering the bearing ribs. Transportation and scaling of flights of stairs is carried out in the position on the "side".

Stairs from prefabricated reinforced concrete steps on steel stringers for multi-storey industrial buildings of industrial enterprises

Series 1.450-1. Stairs from prefabricated reinforced concrete steps on steel stringers for multi-storey industrial buildings of industrial enterprises

Volumetric album of a typical series, which includes materials for the design of staircases for industrial and industrial buildings. The 1.450-1 series contains recommendations for the design of two-flight and three-flight stairs, as well as drawings of standard projects. The use of steel and reinforced concrete structures of the series is recommended in any climatic conditions, including conditions of extremely negative temperatures and under the influence of aggressive environments.

Currently, instead of series 1.450-1, 1.050.9-4.93 "Stairs for multi-storey public, administrative buildings and industrial buildings of industrial enterprises" is in force.

It is these stairs that have become part of many industrial facilities in the country. In addition to diagrams and calculation tables, Series 1.450-1 contains drawings of the main reinforced concrete structures and requirements for their production. So, in issue 1 there are drawings of landings and stairs. Flat landings LL, which are mounted on steel beams and reinforced concrete steps LL, which are attached to steel stringers. Products for the construction of stairs have always been in a special account with the developers of standard series of reinforced concrete products. Flights of stairs, landings, steps - all these products must first of all be reliable and convenient, therefore rather high requirements are imposed on their production. These are the special composition of concrete, and the requirements for reinforcement, reference geometry and the aesthetic side of steps and platforms. It is a decorative layer of 15 mm, fixed with series 1.450-1. gives the steps and platforms an attractive look. Polished steps or a mosaic layer - you decide. And the special components of concrete do not allow the steps to wear out quickly, despite the high throughput of the stairs of industrial enterprises.

A significant part of the 1.450-1 series is devoted to product quality control. Every conscientious manufacturer and pragmatic buyer should know how the quality of concrete products is determined. Reinforced concrete stair steps and flat stair landings must meet the standard for strength, rigidity and crack resistance. Mechanical strength tests are carried out by loading the plate and measuring the crack width. Transportation of reinforced concrete products and concrete steps should be carried out in a working horizontal position as correctly as possible, in compliance with protective measures that prevent damage to concrete products. Reinforced concrete stair steps must be packed in bags to avoid damage to the decorative layer. You can buy landings and stair steps in series 1.450-1 using this website.

Series 1.450-1 Issue 1 contains reference tables detailing the characteristics of each step and landing size. As well as the features of the placement of embedded products and the nuances of the operation of products for special objects.

Series Issue 2 of series 1-450-1 included in the standard album drawings of steel stringers, landing beams and working drawings of stair railings. The nomenclature of steel stringers and beams is given in issue 0. Steel stringers, platform beams and elements of stair railings are made of carbon steel in accordance with GOST 380-71. In a specific project, steel should be ordered: carbon steel for welded structures, grade B, Art. 3 kp 2. Rolled steel for stringer beams must meet the requirement of a 180 C bending test in a cold state according to the standards specified in Table. 2 GOST 380-71. Steel elements are designed for buildings with a normal (non-aggressive) environment. In the presence of an aggressive environment, the structures must be protected in accordance with the "Guidelines for the design of anti-corrosion protection of building structures" (SN 262-67). Transportation of metal structures and fencing elements must be carried out in compliance with measures to prevent their damage. Fencing panels must be bundled.

Series 1.450-1 is currently used for the production of concrete products, which are involved in the repair and reconstruction of existing industrial facilities.

stairs

Classification of stairs

Stairs serve to communicate between floors or different levels.

According to the purpose of the stairs are divided into:

The main ones - employees for permanent use and evacuation; - auxiliary - for service communication between floors; - emergency - external evacuation stairs; - firefighters - arranged, openly, outside the building.

The design of the stairs consists of alternating platforms and marches.

The march consists of a series of steps supporting them with inclined beams and railings.

The beams are called stringers (if the steps rest on them from above) and bowstrings (if the steps adjoin them from the side).

The bearing elements of the march are based on the bearing elements of the platform - platform beams.

Landings are storey (located at the level of floors) and intermediate.

The upper and lower steps of the march, serving as a transition to the platforms, are called frieze.

Depending on the number of flights within the height of one floor, the stairs are single-flight, two-flight, three-flight. Most often used two-march.

With a three-flight staircase, it is convenient to locate elevator shafts between flights.

In residential buildings up to 5 floors, the staircase leading from the level of the upper floor to the attic is arranged in the form of a steel stepladder.

Over 5 floors of stairs leading to the attic are a continuation of the main one.

Depending on the application of the material, the stairs are:

Wooden;

From prefabricated reinforced concrete (or stone) steps on metal supporting structures;

Solid reinforced concrete - prefabricated and monolithic;

Steel.

Wooden stairs are used in class III and IV stone buildings, up to 2 floors high.

Stairs with metal bearing structures and monolithic reinforced concrete stairs, in order to save metal and industrialization, are allowed to be used only in public buildings with a complex shape of stairs.

Prefabricated reinforced concrete stairs are used in the mass construction of typical residential and public buildings.

Emergency and fire ladders are made of steel.

Stair structures

Stairs on steel beams

Performed with reinforced concrete steps. Steps made of natural stone, such as granite, are mainly used for outdoor stairs and for stairs with especially heavy traffic.

Reinforced concrete stairs

Monolithic reinforced concrete stairs. These stairs are very strong, but require complex formwork and delay the progress of construction. Therefore, they are used very rarely.

Prefabricated reinforced concrete stairs from small-sized elements. Communication is achieved by welding embedded elements. The steps are laid along the stringers on a cement mortar. Fences made of steel posts (embedded in steps) and inclined gratings.

Reinforced concrete stairs made of large-sized elements are very widespread. Elements (marches and platforms made at the factory) of the stairs are installed by a crane in place and fastened by welding embedded parts. Such stairs are made either with textured surfaces of steps and platforms or with overhead treads.

Staircases should not have storage or other premises, exits from the shafts of forklifts, industrial gas pipelines and pipelines with flammable liquids.

For a sufficient passage in the staircase, the floor level of the 1st floor is raised above the floor level of the entrance area by 0.5-1.0m.

Basic requirements for stairs

This is the safety of movement and the convenience of walking on them. To this end, in addition to ensuring the strength and rigidity of structures, a number of rules must be observed when designing stairs.

The slope of the march should be taken according to SNiP (depending on the purpose and number of storeys of the building) for the main stairs 1:2 - 1:1.75, and for auxiliary stairs up to 1:1.25; all steps in the march should have the same dimensions, convenient for walking. Marches, if possible, should be unified. The number of steps in the march is assigned no more than 18, but not less than three. Usually marches have from 10 to 13 steps.

Marches and platforms are fenced with railings 0.9m high; the height of the passages under the platforms and marches is made at least 2 m; Stairwells should have natural light.

The width of flights of stairs is accepted according to fire safety requirements at the rate of at least 0.6 m per 100 people. Where there are elevators, the requirements are different.

The width of the landing of the staircase must be at least the width of the march.

For residential floors of 10 or more floors, there must be at least two evacuation routes, or the installation of so-called "smoke-free stairs" is necessary.

Smoke-free staircase is provided by the creation of an open air zone at the entrance to it in the form of a balcony or loggia, which prevents the spread of smoke to other floors of buildings. At the same time, instead of two conventional stairs, one smoke-free one can be designed.

Another technique: the creation of an artificial air pressure that excludes the penetration of smoke into the stairwell; portable ladders communicate through a cold airlock.

In the stairwell, the external entrance doors open towards the exit from the building. Entrance doors to apartments from the stairs should open inwards.

The steps of the stairs are divided into ordinary and frieze, adjacent to the platforms; upper and lower frieze steps.

The horizontal plane is called the tread, the vertical one is called the riser. Step height 130-200mm, width not less than 250mm.

The strength and reliability of the joints of prefabricated reinforced concrete structures of stairs is achieved by welding embedded parts, which are located in the connected elements, respectively, one against the other.

Intra-apartment stairs are made of wood. Separate steps are laid on stringers or cut into bowstrings, starting from the lower frieze and ending with the upper frieze. The railings of the stairs are also made of wood.

Winder steps and spiral staircases are allowed in intra-apartment staircases.

Fire and emergency ladders in public and residential buildings are taken out.

Fire escapes to the roof are made straight and not brought to ground level by 2.5 m. The width of fire escapes is taken at least 0.6 m.

Emergency ladders are structurally similar to fire ladders, but they are subject to additional requirements: the slope of the ladders must be no more than 45 °; the width is assumed to be at least 0.7 m. Each floor has a dedicated area.

Ramps. For communication between different levels and floors in public buildings, along with stairs, ramps are used - flat inclined structures without steps. They are given a slope of 5 to 12 ° (1/12 - 1/5).

With large slopes, it is difficult to use the ramp due to slipping.

Ramps with a low slope cause a large loss of usable building space. The clean floor of the ramps must have a non-slip surface (asphalt, cement, relin, mastic, etc.).

Elevators and escalators. They refer to mechanical devices for organizing communication between floors. The most widely used elevators are intermittent (intermittent) action.

Depending on the requirements, non-passage cabins with one entrance to the elevator or walk-through cabins with the location of entrances from opposite elevator shafts are used.

The machine room of an elevator can be located above the shaft (upper location) or below it (lower location).

The elevator shaft should not adjoin directly to living quarters; to locate the engine room of elevators directly above and below the living quarters, as well as adjacent to them.

At present, the so-called external suspended structure elevators, which are used in residential buildings of old construction, in public buildings for various purposes, have become widespread.

Elevators, low speed, continuously operating (not stopping) are called paternosters.

An escalator is a moving staircase related to; to the class of continuous lifting devices. Buildings often use multi-flight escalator layouts.

A single-flight escalator consists of tensioned chain-steps resting on load-bearing inclined metal trusses. Traction chains and steps, each of which moves on four runners, form an escalator canvas. The upper branch of the web is working, and the lower branch is idle.

The design includes moving handrails, 90 cm high. The most common are escalators with a web width of 0.6 to 1.0 m. The angle of inclination of the canvas can be arbitrary, but not exceeding 30 degrees. Escalators in the building should be duplicated with conventional fire safety stairs.

Series 1.050.1-2 issue 1

That is why reinforced concrete stairs are widely used in many areas of construction, whether it is industrial, industrial or residential construction.

Series 1.050.1-2 issue 1 contains the following reinforced concrete elements of stairs:

  • LMP - ribbed flights of stairs with half platforms;
  • LPP - ribbed landings;
  • LR - stair support frames;
  • 1LN - overhead treads for laying on the lower and ordinary steps of marches;
  • 2LN - overhead treads for laying on platforms and upper steps of marches;

Series 1.050.1-2. Prefabricated reinforced concrete marches, platforms and treads for buildings

A typical series that contains design drawings and design diagrams for ribbed flights of stairs and landings, overhead treads and stair frames. These are elements of stairs of public and industrial, administrative and commercial buildings. Without comfortable and wide stairs, it is difficult to imagine any building higher than 1 floor.

Sample Album Series 1.050.1-2 includes design drawings and design diagrams for:

  • Flights of stairs LMP (Z-shaped);
  • Landings are ribbed;
  • Stair frames LR
  • Stair treads LN.

Modern builders cannot do without ready-made flights of stairs, since the creation of high-strength stairs on the site is almost impossible. Unlike prefabricated stairs, precast concrete stairs are very easy to handle and install. Prices for flights of stairs with semi-platforms can reduce the cost of stair installation. In the company "Complex-S" you can buy flights of stairs at GOST9818-85, issued specifically for your object. Frost resistance and water resistance of concrete are set depending on the requirements of the project. You can also buy stair landings with holes, consoles and additional embedded products, as well as colored stair treads from us.

Stair flights with platforms

LPP platforms are slabs with solid reinforcement, which must withstand pressure from marches and people on the platforms. The type of products that include series 1.050.1-2, provides quick and easy docking of the march with the platforms. These are ribbed marches and BOB grounds, which have more endurance than flat marches. Platforms and marches have stiffening ribs that allow them to carry high vertical loads and constant throughput.

So, the working drawings define ribbed landings with a thickness of 240 mm, which have grooves for docking with marches. And the flights of stairs of the LMP have half-platforms, which are mounted in the recesses of the platforms. Thus, in a short time, with the help of BOB platforms and marches, we get ready-made stairs of the required number of storeys. Factory reinforced concrete is always a guarantee of quality, load-bearing capacity and reliability. This procedure also goes through concrete stair frames. Therefore, factory-certified GOST 9818-85 flights of stairs and landings always have guaranteed reliability, durability and aesthetics.

Prices for flights of stairs

Series 1.050.1-2. Contains bills of steel and concrete consumption, from where we can find out how much this or that part cost us. The cost of reinforced concrete products, and the price of flights of stairs, is formed on the basis of the consumption of materials and energy carriers. Remember that the production cycle of marches and platforms, and even treads, is 28 days, so you should buy flights of stairs in advance.

Series 1.050.1-2. includes elements, the bearing capacity of which is higher than that of their flat counterparts and reaches 5 kPa. Structural options for flights of stairs allow you to arrange one-, two- and three-flight stairs, which can be different in slope and length. These are thirteen standard sizes of marches that satisfy the demand of modern construction. There is a parameter that GOST 9818-85 "Marches and platforms of reinforced concrete stairs", keeps unchanged. These are the height of the steps, the width of the steps and the requirements for the quality of materials. Like other concrete goods flights of stairs, ribbed landings and steps are tested for strength, rigidity and crack resistance.

You will find typical solutions for stairs in the drawings of issue 1 series1.050.1-2. Length (height) of marches from 1400-1650, 1800 mm. They allow you to form flights of stairs in buildings with floor heights from 2.8 to 7.2 meters. Marches are used for stairs in brick and large-panel buildings with various operating modes. Series 1.050.1-2 very flexibly stipulates the possibility of constructive changes to marches. So, marches with LMP half-platforms can have a very different set of embedded products. With regard to reinforcement, reinforcement with meshes and frames provides the marches with considerable endurance, but keeps them not too massive.

Stair treads

Modern concrete steps are used with decorative overhead treads LN. These are thin (50 mm) elements that protect the steps and give them a respectable look. Ready-made treads for stairs are actively used to decorate public buildings, to improve external and internal stairs. Decorative architectural concrete, which is used for stairs and steps, has low porosity, high density and good water resistance. Therefore, the service life of modern stair treads, marches and platforms is much higher. In addition, today there is no need to use ordinary gray treads and pads, you can buy colored, white, sanded and mosaic pads. Architectural expressiveness of staircases using products of the series 1.050.1-2. much higher than it was in Soviet times. You can buy treads for stairs, marches and BOB platforms with delivery by order on this site.

(definition according to SP 118.13330.2012 Public buildings and structures): an inclined structure connecting horizontal platforms at different levels, consisting, as a rule, of kossours with a continuous series of steps on top. A staircase from one march is called a single-flight.
Flights of stairs are used in the construction of multi-storey public, administrative and domestic buildings and industrial buildings of industrial enterprises. Prefabricated flights of stairs are elements of stairs.

Types of flights of stairs (brands of flights of stairs)

Flights of stairs are divided into the following types in accordance with GOST 9818-85:
LM - flat flights of stairs without frieze steps
LMF - ribbed with frieze steps
LMP - ribbed with half platforms

Staircase markings

Marches are marked in accordance with GOST 23009-78, which applies to prefabricated concrete and reinforced concrete structures and products, and establishes the rules for the preparation and use of symbols for these structures and products in the developed standards, specifications and project documentation.

The mark must indicate the designations of the main characteristics of reinforced concrete structures and products. The number of groups of characteristics is allowed no more than three.

The first group should contain: designation of the type of construction and product; main overall dimensions (span, length, width, height, thickness, diameter, etc.) or designation of the standard size of the structure and product. For structures that have several standard sizes, the symbolic letter designation of the name of the reinforced concrete structure may be supplemented with a number in front of the designation of the type of structure.

The second group should contain: the bearing capacity of the structural element; prestressing reinforcement class; type of concrete. In the brand of structures and products made of heavy concrete, the type of concrete is not indicated.

The third group should contain additional characteristics that reflect the special conditions for the use of structures and products: seismic resistance; resistance to aggressive environment; resistance to high and high temperatures; design features (the presence of additional embedded products, openings, holes, cutouts, etc.). In the third group, it is allowed to give other characteristics that reflect the conditions for the use of structures and products.

The march type designation consists of alphanumeric groups separated by a hyphen.
