The elder scrolls iii morrowind artifacts. Morrowind artifacts and alchemy. The best equipment for your character in Morrowind

I’ll make a reservation right away that now the lists are outdated, because they are related only to the main Morrowind. Compiling this for additions is a stupid task for me now ... Although, you can still add a lot more.

Alchemy.

To get potions with some effect, you need to combine 2 identical effects from different components. Since there is a coincidence in the components, more than one sign, then you get a potion with several effects. Some ingredients, like bread and a small kwama egg, have only one effect. When compiling, the effect can even be made quadruple, if you successfully choose a combination. Have you ever thought that potions are good because they can combine several effects at once - this is often necessary in critical situations. For example, telekinesis can be combined with invisibility, and stamina recovery with an increase in intelligence.

Develop enchantment - (repeatedly use item charges; create simple items; charge them) - to create items with a constant effect, you need the strongest souls (a risen sleeper, for example). It is quite difficult to create an item even with a skill developed to "100". In the Tribunal add-on, a spell like "increase skill" appeared. Create a ring, for example, to start increasing the "enchantment" skill by "10" or "20", use it on yourself, and try to create the same ring, even more powerful, for example, up to "30" increasing the skill. Using this method, create rings that raise the "enchantment" even up to "100" additionally. After that, you can theoretically create any item. It is interesting to enchant weapons or armor for a permanent effect - they are more powerful and weigh nothing...

Practice the "sneak" skill - with a successful sneak, if the enemy does not see, the bow hits with critical hits...

The skill of "safety" is trained with the spell "Fenric's Lock" - go to a place where there are a lot of barrels or baskets, close them all and then open them with master keys.

If you understand well - when raising the level, if you developed skills from different areas (strength, agility, endurance, etc.), then half of their performance may be wasted - after all, at a new level, you can only increase 3! parameter, and the rest, even if they are highly developed, will simply be lost, but the skill levels have already been raised and they cannot be lowered back! , "attractiveness" and "willpower". Now we stand in a corner and using spells such as "witchcraft", "illusion" and "mysticism" we raise, for example, 10 levels of each skill. This provides "5" points each for intelligence, attractiveness, and willpower when the level rises. (do not forget that if the level is "already" raised, then subsequent skill upgrades will be taken into account at the next level, so first increase the "secondary", and only then the "main" skills to raise the level).

First, I will give the most useful compositions of potions: (numbers with an asterisk, these are compositions without negative effects)

1. Nyx Hound Meat + Swamp Cane + Communication + Felled Scribe
2*. Trama root + rider's feathers + biscuit + scrib jelly
3*. Ash yam + fat spore + crabmeat + salted rice
4*. Scamp leather + heather + scuttle + salted rice
5. Daedric Heart + Kagouti Skin + Communication + Shalk Resin
6. Raw glass + bone meal + rubrash + load soap
7*. Green Lichen + Warbler Petals + Emerald + Willow Anther
8*. Daedra Heart + Communication + Sload Soap + Kagouti Hide
nine*. Pest + Scribe Jelly + Ash Salts + Whiskey
10*. Communication + Fire Salt + Sload Soap + Daedra Heart
eleven*. Thick Spore + Ectoplasm + Ash Sweet Potato + Pearl
12*. Crab Meat + Corkscrew Root + Salted Rice + Guar Skin
13*. Sload soap + fire salt + black lichen + rat meat

By the way, it may not be superfluous to recall that "Endurance" affects the chances of all spells, and this important parameter should not be neglected.

The staves of the wizard, for the guild of magicians, are not so few - one of them is where it is advised to look for it; the second in the burial caves, Urshilak, under the very dome, will have to fly (this is where, according to the plot, you need to get a bow); the third staff is on the table behind the second door in the Ramimilk Shrine - it's southeast of the Motley Butterfly Legion Fort, pretty close.

Have you noticed that merchants run out of money so that they cannot sell much. There are some interesting merchants that have special features - in the Caldera in one of the Orc houses, on the second floor, there is a scamp who buys everything at a real price, in the amount of 5 thousand. There is a blacksmith in the Fighters Guild in Balmora who gets 2,000 coins every day, so he can often sell items worth that amount. There is also a Mudcrab Trader on an islet east of the Mzanch Ruins. And finally, there is a merchant with 9000 coins - Zainab camp, Ababayel Timdar Dadisun yurt

Do you want to "for nothing" learn to trade at least up to level 100? All you need is the skill "conclusion" and stones with souls more expensive than 9000 coins. (or any items) With him, go to the Zainab camp, to the yurt of Ababael Timdar Dadisun. Sell him a stone and use that money to study. When you spend all 9 thousand, then sell another stone - the merchant will have money again and he will buy it. Repeat this until skill level 100...

I will also say that at the beginning of the game you can resort to tricks - this allows you to dramatically increase the "Luck" parameter. You need to shape your skills so that luck would exceed the rest of the parameters by at least one, then you need to go to Ald Redaynia for a bitter cup that will increase the highest parameter and reduce the lowest ... I don’t know how you like this prospect, but it’s very like.

For lovers of codes, I can advise (although codes are not welcome in Morrowind): Press "~". For any item write:

player->AddItem "xx" 1

Letter case and all indentation matters. The name of the item must be in quotation marks (e.g. "amulet of igniis"). There is no problem with how to find out the name of the item - open the "TES Construction Set" (editor, in the game folder), load the Morrowind module into it and look at the items there for their "ID" - these are their names.

I love archery, so my first cash contribution to learning to shoot up to level 50 is in Ebonheart.

By the way, really (didn’t get to this before) if all 27 skills reached the value of “100”, then in order to further increase your level, you will need to go to jail to reduce your skills?

Characters that teach some skills:

up to 100

Arena, Vivec - heavy armor
Fortress Valenvarion, arched hall - Alchemy and Sorcery

Sadrith Mora, Mages Guild, Procyon Nigilius - Illusions
Yurt of Adibael - bottom of Molag Mar - Athletics

Create from the very beginning of the game spells of each kind of schools, so that they require the least amount of magic to use - these spells are needed to train your skills by repeatedly using them. It is also useful to create spells of level 100 to open locks.

Practice using magic at the altars of temples - if you are wearing something to absorb spells, then by touching the sanctuary you can endlessly restore your magic (best of all is Almsivi Restoration). Another way is to call creatures attacking with magic, then beat them forcing them to attack (the glove "Arion's Helper" is good - calling three types of atronachs at once ...)

Protection can be trained while in the lake, with fish, or in a room with rats, stop the session in time - the shield is easily destroyed.

In Valenvarion they sell all the supplies for the "grandmaster" alchemy, as well as all the supplies are in Tel Mora, the Dailali Dren tower. The Grandmaster's Retort is sold in Tel Vos by Andil. There is a Grandmaster's Mortar in Holamayana.

Strangely, there is a second fake soul gem in the game, it is in Habibanthus, on Dagon Fel.

Glass armor, it is very convenient to pick up at the beginning of the game from the Aldrun Fighters Guild, there they are behind the door with a level 75 lock, in a chest. They are sold at the Ghost Gate. The glass tower shield can be found in Urshilaku Burial Caverns.

Very good, Necromancer's Amulet - located at the head of magicians in Vivec. By killing him, you will not become a guild master, so you will have to take the amulet after completing all the missions of the magicians. And take it right away, otherwise Trebonius will disappear.

Only an inexperienced beginner can kill by attacking first. Allow the opponent to strike the first blow, preliminary, several times, insulting him. Or using angry spells on it.

To solve the task of the Archmage Trebonius (about the disappearance of the dwarves), you need to find 3 books, and together with them apply for a translation to Baladas Demnivanni (tower in Gnisses). The books lie in such a way that when you complete the tasks of the mages of Aldrun, you will definitely stumble upon them. The first book, Divine Metaphysics, lies in the Gnissis egg mine. The second book - the Egg of Time, lies in the Ruins of Mzanch. The third book - Hanging Gardens, lies in the Ruins of Nchulefting. Do not forget to report to the Archmage on completion.

After passing the game, for example, for Telvanni, after the death of Dagoth Ur, you can go through it for Hlaalo. You need to go to Duke Vedam Dren in Ebonheart, and talk about Camonna Tong. Each time you access this link, it will increase your status in Hlaalo, regardless of the completion of tasks. (In my opinion, this should only work if Orvas Dren stays alive.) At the first press, he will accept you in Hlaalo, then you can go to complete tasks from their guild and already "raise" yourself in rank yourself, without using the duke. But unfortunately you will only reach the place when you need to build a fortress - the second time they will not give permission ...

After completing the task of Terana from Tel Branora (asked to bring Auriel's bow), she unexpectedly becomes generous with a Daedric cuirass and greaves (enchanted).

The scrolls of the execution order of the Morag Tong have a strange property - after completing the tasks, they all remain with you, and are able to convince the guard that you are acting according to the law - and the type of your crime can be anything. (In my opinion, this should work if you have at least one active task "hanging" on you, or you are in the city from the "Tribunal").

The Ring of Akatosh, the Amulet of Maran, the Stendarran belt and several other items of a similar type (actually they are nonsense in themselves) are given when completing the missions of the Imperial cult - the collector of alms and herbs in Ebonheart. Moreover, some items are given only if the tasks are performed as well as possible. (Better not spare your own money).

Quite a lot of gold lies in Vivec, Telvanni department, on the Plaza, in the Tower (it seems). There, if you look, near the prison cells, there is a door, behind this door there are two more doors with traps and a level 75 lock. So, if you open them under the guard's nose, you will enter a room with two lightning atronachs. When you kill them, you will have to go out through the same door that you entered, and it is again closed accordingly ... Behind it is a very good room with residents and armor. There's even a Daedric Claymore, a few artifacts, and full ebony armor.

What is reputation? It's just that there are some people who thank you for supposedly saving them from Dagoth Ur, and they are able to increase your reputation often by 2-3 points (with a tribunal and a bloodmoon, it seems, only by 1). For example:
Balmora - Rararin Radaris

Umber

Umber- a sword that takes possession of the mind of its owner, if this owner is not a player. The wielder of this sword assumes the name Umbra and becomes obsessed with killing, feeding the souls of enemies to the sword. According to legend, this sword was enchanted by the witch Naenra Vaer with the soul of the hero Umbra, and in the novel by Greg Keyes "Lord of the souls" it turns out that the mysterious witch could be reincarnated Sheogorath.

However, this sword is able to enslave the mind of its owners. Most of those who wield it become furious and bloodthirsty berserkers, living for the sake of battle and sowing death of people and mer to feed their souls to the sword. Soon they even forget their own name, preferring to be named after the sword.

Sword Damage:

  • Chop: 10-50
  • Slash: 10-45
  • Stab: 10-40

Sword, artifact. Featured in several games in The Elder Scrolls series.

The Paladin's Blade is an ancient claymore whose offensive abilities are only surpassed by its defensive abilities. It gives the wearer health, protects them from fire, and reflects any spells cast on them back at the mage. Chrysamer does not go overboard with hosts, serving the master for an unlimited time.

- Yagrum Bagarn, Legends of Tamriel

Cleaver of Saint Felms

Cleaver of St. Felms - artifact Temple Tribunal, an ax that once belonged to one of the saints - St. Felms. Its last owner was Mendel Eves, the Eternal Guardian, who died in the depths of the Tureinulal fortress, fighting against the monsters of the Sixth House.

Uvu Llaren, an attendant from the Ghostgate, will ask you to find and return this artifact to the Temple. The relic remained lying on the body of the fallen Guardian in Tureinulal, in the Clovis Bubble location. If you like this ax, don't be discouraged - when you reach the rank of Patriarch, Uvu will give you the artifact back.

Judgment of Veloth

Judgment of Veloth- a unique enchanted Daedric hammer, which is a relic of the Temple of the Tribunal. The protagonist receives this artifact as a gift from Tarer Rothelot, steward of the Temple in the fortress of Molag Mar.

Word reached Rotelot that the vampires of the Berne clan had settled in the Dwemer stronghold of Galom Deus. The temple leads an irreconcilable enmity with vampires, so Tarer ordered the hero to clear the dungeon from vampires and kill the leader of the Raxle Berne clan. To help with this difficult task, he gave him several items from the equipment of a vampire hunter, including this hammer.

It is not necessary to kill vampires with this hammer on purpose, just as no one requires you to return the artifact - from now on it is only yours, do with it as you please.

- A weapon that belonged to a powerful wizard. Hasedoki was a magician with a competitive spirit. He wandered the earth in search of a magician who would be stronger than him. But Hasedoki was very strong, and never met anyone who would accept his challenge. In the end, he became lonely and unhappy - so many people feared him - and trapped his own life force in this staff, where his soul remains to this day. Mages across Tamriel are passionately searching for this magical staff. It gives the wearer protection from magic - a gift for any wizard.

- Yagrum Bagarn, Legends of Tamriel

This staff is found in the Gimothran Ancestral Tomb, in the possession of the hostile orc sorcerer Koffutto Gilgar. The tomb itself is located in the Molag Amur region, south of Falensarano.

  • Chop: 5 - 10
  • Slash: 1 - 10
  • Stab: 5 - 15

Enchantment:

  • Magic resistance 30-40% for 30 sec. using.

Staff of Magnus- one of the oldest artifacts of Tamriel, was created by Magnus as a kind of metaphysical battery. When used, it absorbs the magical energy of the victim and restores the wearer's life energy. This is the only artifact in the world that has the power to hold the power of Magnus.

The staff is able to absorb an unimaginable amount of magical energy, which makes the wearer dangerous for any magicians. Where the energy goes and what it is converted into is unknown. There are many theories about this, however, given the connection of the staff with the Eye of Magnus, it can be assumed that all the energy goes into the Eye.

In the game, this staff is wielded by the sorceress Hlaren Tree of the Assu Cave, in the mountains northwest of Molag Mar. She does not tolerate uninvited guests and will immediately attack. About where to look for the artifact, Azira, a Khajiit alchemist from the Balmora Mages Guild, will hint when the main character advances enough on the career ladder. However, you can find the cave on your own, stumbling upon it while wandering around Molag Amur. The staff has the following characteristics:

  • Slash: 5-15;
  • Slash: 1-10;
  • Stab: 5-15.

Effect when using:

  • Absorb Magic 25–50 pts. for 60 sec;
  • Restore health 1 pt. for 60 sec.

Bow of Auriel

Bow of Auriel- This is one of the most powerful artifacts that ever existed in Tamriel. Like his "brother", Auriel's Shield, he was created by the great elven god-hero. In the Altmeri legend "Heart of the World" it is said that Anu gave the bow and shield to Auriel so that he could save Aldmeris from the human hordes. When Auriel tore out the heart from Lorkhan, he first tried to destroy it, but could not, since it was also the heart of Nirn. Then Auriel fastened the heart to an arrow and launched from his bow as far as possible, and where it landed, the volcano Vvardenfell was formed. This bow can turn any arrow into flying death. Even without the power of Auriel, the bow retains its magical properties using its own energy reserve.

The bow is in the possession of Ralin Otravel, who serves the Temple of the Tribunal in Ghostgate. Lady Therana of House Telvanni wants this artifact. To do this, you will either have to steal the bow, or kill Poison. Terana will pay 5,000 Septims. However, you can leave this quest and keep the relic for yourself.

Unlike the rest of the games in the series, here Auriel's bow is not enchanted. Perhaps this is a defect of the creators. In the GFM patch plugin from 1C, the following enchantment has been added to the artifact (the effect on the target, when used):

  • "Lightning strike" 10-25 pp.
  • “Take away strength” 10-20 pp. for 5 s.
  • "Absorb magic" 2-5 pp. for 5 s.

Charge / Power Consumption = 210 / 42 = 5 uses.

  • In addition The Elder Scrolls III: Tribunal the bow can be donated or sold to Thorasa Aram at the Mournhold Artifact Museum for 15,000 gold (much more profitable than giving it to Terana).
  • Mrs. Terana claims that the onion literally stinks of ashy sweet potato, whose smell irritates her. Maybe this is the nonsense of a Dunmer woman surviving from her mind, but Thoras Aram, when buying an artifact, also talks about the aroma of sweet potato.
  • If you are playing without GFM_1С and plan to sell the bow to the museum, do not enchant it yourself - when enchanting, the weapon ID will change and the game will no longer recognize it.

Mage's Bane

Mage's Bane- unique glass claymore. Apparently, she got this name for her magical properties, with the help of which you can get a small resistance to magic for a short time.

The warrior, Tyrgnarr Assi, took part in a conspiracy against the great king of a distant land, who set out to put a new leader on the throne. The plot failed, and Tyrgnarr was captured. Since then, the Ice Blade has fallen into the hands of many criminals. This sword freezes anyone it touches with the blade.

~ Artifacts of Tamriel ~

Translation: Sergey Senyuk
Corrections and additions: Santera

These are notes I have made over the centuries in which I have collected stories of the most powerful magical items in Tamriel. All of them have been found, used, and lost again from time to time - again and again, all over Tamriel. Some of them may be a myth, others are just a hoax, but despite this, many have lost their lives trying to find these items.

Overlord's Mail
Sometimes referred to as the Armor of Morihaus or the Gift of Kynareth, this ancient cuirass has properties unimaginable. It grants the wearer the ability to restore health, reflect spells, and, with special use, heal from poisoning. It is said that if Kynareth finds the bearer of this cuirass unworthy, he will take away the Lord's Mail, and it will be hidden until the appearance of the next chosen one.

Ebony Mail
The Ebony Mail is a piece of armor created in the prehistoric era by the Dark Elf goddess Boethiah. Only she determines who can wield this armor and for how long. The power of the armor grants the wearer protection from fire, magic, and a magical shield. Not only does Boetia determine who will wear the Ebony Mail and for how long, but she can also be very capricious.

Spell Breaker
The Spell Breaker looks like a large Dwemer shield, but is actually one of the most ancient relics of Tamriel. In addition to playing a big historical role in the Battle of Rourken-Shalidor, this shield protects the wearer from almost any spell - reflecting magic or casting a spell of silence on the one who tries to cast spells. It is said that the Destroyer is looking for its first owner and does not stay with anyone for long. But for most, even a brief wielding of the Destroyer provides great power.

chrysamere
The Paladin's Blade is an ancient claymore whose offensive abilities are only surpassed by its defensive abilities. It gives the wearer health, protects them from fire, and reflects any spells cast on them back at the mage. Chrysamer does not go overboard with hosts, serving the master for an unlimited time.

Staff of Magnus
The Staff of Magnus, one of the oldest artifacts in Tamriel, was created by Magnus as a kind of metaphysical power source. When used, it absorbs the health and magical energy of the victim. The staff always leaves the wearer before it becomes too strong and destroys the magical balance it is supposed to protect.

Ring of the Warlock
Ring of the Warlock Archmage Siraban is one of the most popular artifacts described in myths and fairy tales. According to the tales, Siraban saved the entire continent using this ring, and since then it has been helping adventurers achieve lofty goals. It grants the wearer the ability to reflect spells, increases speed, and restores health. No one can wear it for too long, because it completely and willingly obeys only Siraban.

Ring of Finaster
Finaster's ring was created hundreds of years ago by a man who needed good protection to keep his adventure-filled life alive. Thanks to the Ring, Finaster lived for several hundred years, and since then it has changed owners from time to time. The ring enhances protection against poison, magic, and shock. Finaster has skillfully enchanted the ring so that it always unexpectedly leaves any of its owners - except for Finaster himself - and goes to a secret place.

Khajiit Ring
The Khajiit Ring is an ancient relic, hundreds of years older than Rajin, the thief who made this ring famous. Rajin used it to become invisible and move faster than the wind. The use of this Ring made him Elsweyr's most successful thief. The end of Rajin's journey remained a mystery, but according to legend, the Ring rebelled against continued use and disappeared, leaving Rajin defenseless at his side.

Mace of Molag Bal
Also known as the Mace of the Vampire, this mace drains magical energy from the victim and transfers it to the wearer. She also has the ability to transfer power from the victim to the wearer. Molag Bal is quite calm about whoever wields his mace. There are many legends about her. Looks like more than one wizard has been killed with it.

Mask of Clavicus Vile
Very vain, Clavicus Vile made this mask for himself. Its bearer is more likely to please any of the inhabitants of Tamriel. The higher the attractiveness of the wearer, the stronger the effect of the mask. The most famous story about the Mask is the story of the noblewoman Avalea. While still just a girl, she was badly mutilated by an evil servant. Avalea made some dark deal with Clavicus Vile and received the Mask. Despite the fact that the Mask did not seem to change her appearance, Avalea received universal respect and admiration. A year and one day after Avalea's marriage to a very well-born baron, Clavicus Vile took the Mask. The pregnant Avaleya was immediately expelled from the baron's estate. And twenty-one years and one day later, the daughter of Avalea avenged her mother by killing the baron.

The best equipment for your character in Morrowind

There are many articles for this cult game, which talk about good artifacts. These articles are usually very long, and following the author's directions, you can find, for example, 5 different artifact shields. But, unfortunately (or fortunately :)), the character has only 2 hands, and in one he carries a weapon. And those 4 weaker shields will be lying around in your backpack, and the best thing you can do with them is just throw them away. But I don’t want to do this, because. so much of your time was spent on each device.
So, having devoted quite a lot of time to this game and looking around all the corners, I can tell you about the best equipment for your character.

The coolest sword in Morrowind- Gold mark (cool attack + fire damage) can be obtained by completing the daedra stats quest: Go to the sunken sanctuary of Boeth, not far from Hla Oud. From the head of the statue, you will learn that if you manage to restore the sanctuary, the Daedra will give you the Golden Sword, one of the best one-handed blades. To get started, you will need to be the lucky owner of 2000 Septims and buy the book "Glory of Boeth" at the Jobash Bookshop in Vivec. Then you need to go to the orc Duma gro-Lag, in Caldera, on the top floor of Gorak Manor. Find him and pay 2000 Septims for overhead. He will say that he found a suitable place on the cliff of Hartaga, north of Gnaar Moka and south of the fortress of Andasret. But it will take him a couple of weeks. When the specified period has passed, go to the site of the restored temple and talk to the statue.

The coolest helmet in Morrowind- Oreyn Bearclaw Helm: When you enter the Shrine of Malacath, a statue of a Daedra will address you. She will ask you to find a descendant of the Oreyn family and kill him. Thus, you will restore historical justice. Ask about him in Vivec and you will be directed to Gnaar Mok, where Farwyn Oreyn, last of the line of Oreyns, went with his servants. When you arrive in Gnaar Mok, you'll find out that Farwyn Oreyn and his servants are indeed in the area to hunt netches. You will find it at the southern tip of the island. As an adversary, Oreyn is not particularly dangerous, but his servants are the opposite. Kill him and return to Malacath. As a reward, you will receive the famous helmet of Oreyn Bearclaw.

The coolest shield in Morrowind- symbol of Eleidon (armor level = 333 + ability to heal 50 lives. Heaps of charges): Not far from the Urshilaku camp there is one cave, Ibar-Dad, which can be entered through the Daedric sanctuary in the west. so in the cave there is a steep shield symbol of Eleidon.

The coolest gloves in Morrowind- Fists of Randagulf (permanent increase in strength and dexterity) can be found in the mission to discover the base of the Sixth House (Main quest) in the cave of Ilunibi. When you protect the priest (Dagoth Gares) look around. You will see two containers, look behind the one in which lies a scroll, a silver staff and a couple more jokes.

The coolest cuirass in Morrowind- Savior's Hide Breastplate (Magic resistance 60% permanent effect, good defense, cost: 150000.): When you get infected with corprus, you need to heal, and you go to Divayth Fir. In Divayt's closet "Savior's Skin Cuirass".

The coolest slippers in Morrowind- boots of blind speed. They have weak defense, but the speed increases by as much as 200 points! And 100% blindness is not a hindrance, because your body armor made from the skin from the savior's ass gives 60% protection against magic. On the road north from the Caldera that leads to Soivar Horsemaw's house, Pemeni is on her way to Gnaar Mok and will ask you to escort her. As a reward, you will receive boots of blinding speed, giving a permanent 200 points to speed and 100% blindness. If you are too lazy to take her anywhere, then just kill her somewhere in a dark corner :)

Shoulders and Leggings I suggest glass ones, because I haven't found artifacts yet. They can be purchased at the lower level of the left ghost gate tower behind the nearest door.
