In a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. There is a special atmosphere of benevolence and participation at the Faculty of History. Communicate even if it can be challenging

1. State of fear: “It's okay. Sometimes people are afraid…”

2. Hidden instruction: “You remember that…”

3. Advance: "You can do it..."

4. Personal exclusivity: "Only you can succeed..."

5. Strengthening motivation: "We need this so much for ..."

6. Pedagogical suggestion: “Come on…”

7. Appreciation of the act, action: "That's what you did great!"

Basic requirements for conducting a conversation

1. Determine the purpose of the conversation, otherwise the conversation is a fruitless conversation. The true goals of the conversation should not be known to the interlocutor.

2. Define target questions.

♦ Rank these questions in order of importance.

♦ Pay attention to the correspondence of the wording to the psychological requirements.

♦ Make a conversation plan based on the specific situation.

3. Determine the questions that support the conversation, based on the needs, interests of the interlocutor (namely, him).

Making contact with the interlocutor(Table 10)

Table 10

Create an atmosphere of trust

♦ The interlocutor must be sure that the conversation benefits him.

♦ Contact is facilitated by one's own "disclosure", a confidential story about oneself.

♦ The setting for the conversation can be:

a) favorable: joint rest, walks along the street, home furnishings, isolated room;

b) uncomfortable: presence, intervention of other people, insecurity, anxiety, anxiety.

♦ Be in control of yourself, observe pedagogical tact.

♦ Show no signs of being overbearing.

♦ Do not allow reproaches, remarks, etc.

♦ Maintain an environment of mutual trust.

During the conversation, watch:

♦ for the peculiarities of the speech behavior of the interlocutor:

a) accuracy of thoughts, formulations;

b) reservations, omissions;

c) the desire to avoid the answer;

d) pauses;

♦ for his emotional reactions:

b) facial expressions, gestures, etc.

♦ behind the triggering of the so-called psychological defense mechanism;

♦ for whether the dignity, self-respect of the interlocutor is affected.

How to have a conversation

To do this, you need to follow some rules:

♦ you can not put questions "on the forehead" (it is better to put them in an indirect form);

♦ questions should not be inspiring, be in the form of a statement (“Apparently, do you regularly complete the task?”);

♦ it is better to put questions in definitive form, short, understandable to the interlocutor.

It is important to listen carefully and confidentially, show this to the interlocutor with a look, facial expressions, gestures, with your whole body, tilted towards the interlocutor. With sympathy, approval and support, you can hear whatever you want.

The interlocutor should be given the opportunity to speak. Don't rush it! Help to get rid of possible fears. Appreciate the accuracy of the thoughts expressed. Counter-questions may only be asked for the purpose of:

♦ help to speak out;

♦ help to get rid of possible fears;

♦ approval of the accuracy of the thoughts expressed.

Do not interrupt the interlocutor's speech in cases:

♦ his excitement;

♦ impulsiveness;

♦ insignificance of statements;

♦ insignificance of details, lack of useful information, etc.

The interlocutor always talks about things that are significant to him.

Remember! When a conversation is interrupted, contact is lost and important information may be lost.

If during the conversation your interlocutor noticed some inaccuracy (illogicality), do not look for excuses, but agree with him, praise him for the remark made and continue the conversation.

It's necessary!

♦ Rejoice in your son, daughter.

♦ Talk to your child in a caring, encouraging tone.

♦ When your child is talking to you, listen carefully without interrupting.

♦ Set clear and specific requirements for the child.

♦ In a conversation with a child, name as many objects as possible, their signs, actions with them.

♦ Your explanations should be simple and clear.

♦ Speak clearly, clearly.

♦ Be patient.

♦ First ask "What?" and then "Why?" and why?".

♦ Read to your child every day and discuss what you read.

♦ Encourage your child to ask questions.

♦ Encourage your child's curiosity, inquisitiveness and imagination.

♦ Praise your child often.

♦ Encourage play with other children.

♦ Make sure your child has new experiences to talk about.

♦ Have your child do chores around the house with you.

♦ Buy discs, cassettes with records of your child's favorite songs, poems and fairy tales: let him listen to them again and again.

♦ Try to show interest in what he likes to do (collecting, painting, etc.).

♦ Take your child to the library regularly.

♦ Be an example for the child: let him see what pleasure you get from reading newspapers, magazines, books.

♦ Keep your sense of humor.

♦ Play different games with your child.

♦ Do things together more often as a family.

♦ Help your child learn his first name, last name, address.

♦ Consult more often with specialists, other parents, read books on parenting.

Do not do this!

♦ Do not interrupt the child, do not say that you understand everything, do not turn away until the child has finished talking. In other words, don't let him suspect that you have little interest in what he is talking about.

♦ Don't ask too many questions.

♦ Don't force your child to do something they are not ready for.

♦ Do not force the child to do anything if he is fidgeting, tired, upset.

♦ Don't demand too much: it will take a long time before the child learns to clean up after himself toys or tidy his room.

♦ Do not correct the child constantly, repeating every now and then: "Not so, redo it."

♦ Don't say, "No, it's not red," rather say, "It's blue."

♦ Do not criticize the child in private, especially do not do it in the presence of other people.

♦ Do not make up a lot of rules for the child: he will stop paying attention to them.

♦ Don't expect your child to understand all the logical rules, all your feelings, abstract reasoning and explanations.

♦ Don't be overly anxious about unexpected jumps in your child's development or some regression.

♦ Do not compare your child with any other children: neither with his brother (sister), nor with neighbor children, nor with his friends, nor with relatives.

A positive socio-psychological atmosphere of the team as the basis for the full development of a preschooler

A positive socio-psychological atmosphere of the team as the basis for the full development of a preschooler.

In modern society, the problem of preserving and strengthening the health of children is more relevant than ever. This is explained by the fact that very high requirements are imposed on preschoolers, which only healthy children can meet. And one can talk about health not only in the absence of any diseases, but also under the condition of harmonious neuropsychic development, high mental and physical performance.

There is no task more important and at the same time more difficult than raising a healthy person. And in order to understand the full versatility of this problem, let's clarify what health is. The most comprehensive and accepted worldwide is the formulation developed by the World Health Organization: HEALTH is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. The loss of at least one of these structural parts leads to the loss of the whole.

This article will focus on the psychological health of the child.

The problem of maintaining psychological health is relevant. And it is especially good that teachers and psychologists of preschool education, people who surround the child from his first steps, talk about its maintenance and formation. Through us, adults and the family, the child comprehends the world, it depends on us how easily the child enters the complex adult world.

The main way to make a child's stay in kindergarten interesting and desirable is to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere in the group, establish positive relationships between children and adults, an interesting play environment and involve the child in various activities that are accessible and attractive to him.

The socio-psychological atmosphere of the team should create optimal conditions for the development of a preschooler: give rise to a sense of psychological security, satisfy the child's need for emotional contact, and be significant to other people.

To create comfortable conditions for the child to stay in kindergarten is one of the main tasks of the teacher.

The positive psychological and pedagogical potential of the children's team cannot develop spontaneously. We need an “atmosphere surrounding the child” of social thought (L. S. Vygotsky, external pedagogical influence and guidance.

There are many forms and methods that contribute to the emotional rapprochement of children, the formation of cohesion of the children's team and the individual socialization of the child in the group. The use of these forms and methods forms a communicative culture, promotes the establishment of friendly relations among children, the development of their interest in everything that happens, the creation of an atmosphere of goodwill, mutual respect and trust, compliance and at the same time initiative.

Consider several forms of introducing preschoolers to the team.

Exhibitions. Exhibitions can be thematic, representing objects united by a common content, and author's (family, personal, in the creation of which a family or one child or adult can take part. In groups of primary and secondary preschool age, mainly thematic exhibitions are organized, dedicated to the closest and significant objects for the child (toys, stickers, etc.) By the senior preschool age, the range of thematic exhibitions expands.

Game projects. These are group forms of interaction between children in activities, a way of organizing it, characterized by a phased practical interaction between teachers and pupils upon reaching the game goal. Projects are recommended to be carried out from middle age, giving preference to short-term ones, namely: the release of magazines about favorite fairy-tale characters, toys; design of children's albums in different age periods. At senior preschool age, special attention is paid to role-playing (with elements of creative tasks, when children enter into the characters of fairy tales and solve problems in their own way) and creative projects.

Events. In pedagogy, the event-based approach presupposes the presence in the life of children of bright emotionally rich cases that are significant and attractive both for the team and for the individual. Events can be timed to coincide with calendar holidays or significant dates for the group, on the basis of events, the traditions of the group can be formed in the future, but, as a rule, this is an independent event. It is obligatory in the organization of events to select games and exercises where children can talk about different qualities of their peers, get to know each other better, as well as games and situations aimed at forming a moral basis and developing children's self-esteem.

An effective form that contributes to the emotional rapprochement of children and the formation of cohesion of the children's group are games.

Games will help the teacher teach children to be attentive to each other, negotiate, listen to the opinion of a partner, provide mutual assistance, coordinate their actions with a communication partner, flexibly use facial expressions, gestures, and understand intonation in communication.

"Readovka" continues a series of publications about the main Smolensk "Forge of Personnel" Smolensk "forge of personnel" of a wide profileThe branch of the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics in our city is focused on training specialists in 21 vocational education programs. We told our readers about the main educational programs Four programs of the Smolensk "forge of personnel"Everything you wanted to know about the higher educational programs of the Smolensk branch of the Russian Economic University - but were afraid to ask university and its student self-organization Student self-organization of the Smolensk "forge of personnel"Our hands (and minds) are not for boredom: culture, science, volunteering, sports - all this is the Federation Council of the Russian University of Economics and also communicated with branch director "We will train qualified personnel for the Smolensk region""Readovka.ru" has repeatedly talked about the activities and achievements of the Smolensk "forge of personnel" - a branch of the Russian Economic University named after G.V. Plekhanov. A year ago, the specialists of the educational institution answered the questions of our readers. This time, our editorial staff visited the director of the university, Valery Melnikov, who spoke about the preparation of the branch for the new academic year. Valery Melnikov. Our portal again, like a week previously"The best university in Smolensk!"Graduates of the branch of the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics - about their alma mater, gives the floor to ordinary graduates of the Federation Council of the Russian University of Economics, for whom the diploma of their native university has become a professional "ticket" to adulthood.

Ivan Purchel, customs specialist(pictured above) :

“Five years ... Five whole years, but they flew like five minutes. But what five minutes it was! In addition to the fact that our university provides a quality education, it also gives tremendous emotions and unforgettable moments that I remember with a smile on my face. And most importantly, this is a friendly team that charges with positive, as well as acquired friends throughout Russia! And separately I would like to note the high level of student self-government, which always keeps students in good shape and does not let them relax. I am very proud that I graduated from this particular university and I don’t doubt my feelings for a second.”

Maria Sycheva, manager:

“The Smolensk branch of the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics became the first step in my independent adult life. I am a 2014 graduate with a degree in Organizational Management.

We must learn all our lives. Our education begins with kindergarten, then school, university - this is the most important part of general education. All the foundations that help me in life were laid at the university.

The years of study at the university were so bright, saturated with a wide variety of impressions and events that it is almost impossible to single out any specific episodes. The advantage of our university, in addition to a strong teaching staff, is an active student life, regular holding of various creative events, conferences, sports competitions, an asset school that took place in many cities of Russia. The trainings are interesting, especially the Rubicon, which contribute to a better immersion in student life and help to show creative talents, as well as make new friends. The knowledge and skills acquired at the university not only helped me achieve tremendous success in my work, but will always be the basis of my work.

However, the main thing for me is the atmosphere of goodwill and professionalism. I am grateful to REU im. G.V. Plekhanov" for new friends, for happy days full of emotions and impressions, for the excellent teaching staff. I will remember these five years as the best in my life.

Maria Gerganova, marketer:

“What has the university given me? The opportunity to comprehensively develop your personality, whether it be a scientific, creative direction or organizational activity. During these five years, I had the opportunity to participate in city, regional and all-Russian events, as a result of which many friends appeared throughout Russia. Conferences, business projects, active schools, KVN, vocal competitions - all this is thanks to the university, which pays great attention to students. While still a second-year student, I was given the opportunity to do an internship on the TNT TV channel, in my third year I was given the opportunity to try myself as a marketing assistant in a large company, and now, after graduation, I was able to organize such an event as Pizza Day at the Dodo Pizza pizza chain. It’s nice to realize that a red diploma is not just a “crust” that lies in my documents folder, but it really is a certificate that reminds me of the path traveled, it’s a ticket to a happy time.”

Alisa Gavrilova, designer:

“For me, the Smolensk branch of the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics is not just a university. This is a place where a person changes in a positive direction, his personality and worldview are formed. The best teachers gave me valuable knowledge, taught me to think in the right direction, overcome difficulties, and be patient.

Participation in an endless number of creative activities helped me realize creative ideas. This is the "Business Lady", and "Krasa REU", TEMP and KVN, a vocal competition - and what was not there! Once she participated in the “Business Lady” herself, and then she helped other girls win first places on the podium. Many thanks to the girls, Sasha Egorenkova and Lisa Kolomiets, who allowed me to embody my thoughts and ideas during their participation in the competition!

I was lucky to be part of the best group of the Faculty of Environmental Design, with whom we went through all the delights and difficulties of student life in six years. I will never forget the sleepless nights before exams: thousands of sketches, sketches, drawings; summer plein-airs and trips to exhibitions. All this will remain a warm memory in my memory. I am grateful for everything that my university has given me. And today - forward, to the dream!

Tatyana Sinyakova, technologist:

“After graduating from the 9th grade, the question arose before me: where to go to study? Now, after graduating from the Smolensk branch of the Russian Economic University named after G.V. Plekhanov, I say with confidence: “I am glad that I was not mistaken both with the choice of profession and with the choice of the educational institution.”

I believe that the student years are a difficult, but fun period. You communicate with peers, learn a lot of new things every day, learn to make independent decisions.

Thanks to the teachers, they have invested in us a part of their soul. They taught from the basics and made us professional technologists. And we also have a good material and technical base, special equipment at our university.”

Eleonora Lagutina, sales manager:

“In 2012, I entered the Smolensk branch of the PRUE. Plekhanov at the department of secondary vocational education. I chose the specialty "Commerce (by industry)". The term of study was 3 years, and now I understand that they flew by unnoticed.

From the first days of study, I realized that I was not mistaken. I was interested in studying for many reasons. First of all, I am grateful to the teachers, they made the learning process interesting for us, explained the material very well, helped if there were any difficulties.

Secondly, perhaps the most reverent memories are our school of student activists, which took place on the territory of the Sokolya Gora camp. There we revealed our talents, took a break from lectures, attended personal development trainings.

A lot of creative, sports and scientific events were held within the walls of the university. Moreover, they were often at the city level. Personally, I really liked participating in the political game “My Choice”. Moreover, I managed to participate three times.

Now I am again a student of the Smolensk branch of the Russian Economic University, already a higher professional education in the direction of "Economics". And I know I won't have to regret my choice!"

People lose motivation, become distracted, insecure. We may feel that we ourselves influence how much we enjoy work. And we have much more opportunities for this than we might think. Research shows that positive thinking has far-reaching potential for enhancing not only psychological well-being, but also high performance in the workplace.

Positive psychology explores and tries to understand what is "right" in our lives. It shifts the focus to experiences that help us build a positive foundation so that we can resolve issues and problems. The psychological resources of hope, self-confidence, resilience and optimism can influence how we relate to our daily workdays. These resources, which together form the construct of psychological capital, directly influence our behavior.

Managers, team leaders or employees themselves take an active part in creating a more positive workplace, thus proving that they are a worthy investment. Take a moment to analyze your own psychological resources, as well as those of others around you. Do you feel you are capable of meeting the demands of your working life? Do you feel that the team has the tools to meet the challenges you face at work? How confident is your team in their abilities? What needs to be changed to create a better environment?

Here are some ideas for creating a more positive workplace. (They are very simple, but, as practice shows, they need to be reminded.)

1. Express gratitude

Recognizing the contributions of others is a powerful motivator. I've seen many talented people who really wanted to leave the organization simply because they didn't feel appreciated. Regular gratitude shows respect for this person. Remember this simple word - "thank you" - which is of great importance for happiness at work and at home.

2. Use every opportunity to coordinate work with your forces

Using our strengths in the workplace is the key to developing self-confidence. To do this, you need to constantly communicate with your team members to assess how much their skills are being used. And do your best to include in your daily work all the areas in which you excel. But when your weaknesses are at the center, then work becomes an unpleasant experience.

3. Appreciate the work of others

You may not agree with every idea or plan that is presented to you, but respect for the work of others is a must. We all work hard, so don't deprive others of the satisfaction of their work.

4. Communicate even if it can be difficult

In addition to public speaking, we are also very afraid of difficult conversations. However, the foundation of happy jobs is open, diplomatic negotiation. So if you're in doubt about whether or not to share something important, or if you're trying to avoid conflict, think twice before walking away from the problem.

5. Improve Feedback

It is critical to our working lives. However, we must remember that we have different feedback requirements, and we perceive the same information differently. You must be aware of the individual differences between team members.

6. Be resistant to negative information

We tend to dwell on the negative. Often we are obsessed with the goal of accomplishing or bringing to life something that already once did not work out. Learn to be resilient by refocusing your energy on success when you feel frustrated or in a stressful situation.

7. Practice Agile Thinking

As you work on a new assignment, be sure to explore potential obstacles as well as ways to effectively overcome them. Thanks to this, you will be able to feel more confident in the daily work "chaos".

8. Take and celebrate the small steps that lead to success.

We often focus on high, ambitious goals that take a lot of time to achieve. But don't forget to celebrate small victories along the way to keep the morale and engagement of the team going.

How do you create a positive atmosphere in your workplace?

The Zelenograd beauty studio Purple has been operating not so long ago, compared to some local “old-timers” salons. But it is very popular - women come here from Solnechnogorsk, Khimki, Skhodnya and even Moscow. This is a surprising and interesting fact, given the competition in this service industry. Now several vacancies are open in the salon - hair stylists, cosmetologists, nail service masters are needed. We talked with the owner of Purple Maria Dragulyan about the criteria for hiring, requirements for masters, their encouragement and bonuses, about the concept of the salon and its advantages .

- Maria, what are the criteria for hiring in your salon? What should a master be able to do, what should he be like?

When a new employee comes, he does trial work - this is a prerequisite. A portfolio, of course, is necessary, but it is not indicative - you never know whether this is a real work of a master or downloaded from the Internet. It is necessary that a person demonstrate his skills and abilities directly in the salon.

It is important for me that the master sensibly assesses his skills and abilities. If this trial work is not done very well, but the employee thinks it is excellent, I understand that the person cannot reasonably evaluate the quality of the work. There are objective criteria - for example, an unpainted nail under the cuticle - allowing you to judge the qualifications of the master. If a person admits mistakes, you can start working with him. We are for education.

- What test task should the hairdressers perform?

For example, complex coloring, since our salon specializes in color to a high degree. Haircuts and styling are easier, and we need to know exactly how the master works with the client and his hair on more complex tasks. What am I looking at? How the master combs his hair, doesn’t it tear out in the process, doesn’t dry it out, doesn’t it burn it; how it works with bleaching powder and so on.

After completing the test work, I always ask the model - the person who was cut or dyed - whether he liked it, would he return to this master. And I certainly ask how much he would appreciate the work of the master (the test task is free, the model may not know the specific prices for services). It is important for me to understand whether the client evaluates the service within the existing price range, below or above them.

In addition to professional skills, which are more or less revealed on a test task, what else is important for you when applying for a job?

Qualification is only the first factor. The second, no less important, is human. Ability to communicate with clients, ability to work in a team. I have a lot of managerial experience - I have probably held four hundred interviews in my life - I have an intuition, a "feel" that I rely on. Even if a super-professional comes, a great specialist who will bring a lot of money in the future, but we don’t succeed in contact, I will understand that a person cannot work in our team, is not ready for team work, I won’t take him.

- What is teamwork in a beauty salon? After all, a specific master works with the client.

In our salon, there are uniform service standards that every employee must know and comply with. It is important for me that the client, coming to another master or different masters, receives exactly the same service, the same level of service. “I want it differently”, “I want to work as I used to” on the part of employees - no, this is not practiced here.

Service standards are a certain work procedure. For example, when they do a manicure, the master will disinfect their hands, put a napkin, call you by name, ask about your wishes, ask about any discomfort in the process, if, of course, they will be. After the manicure, they should offer a cuticle cream or oil and, accordingly, if the client chooses something, give a light hand massage. Then he should take you to the reception desk, tell the administrator all the services that were performed, say goodbye to the client and leave for the workplace. Naturally, everything should be as friendly as possible, the client should be comfortable and cozy.

Each master has individual sets for each client: disposable files, towels, sponges, and so on. For me, the sterility of instruments is fundamental, extremely important. The package is opened at the client. By the way, this is nowhere to be found. How much I went to Zelenograd salons, no one offered an individual set - if the master took a new file, and thanks for that. We teach this and instill the habit of treating the safety of customers as responsibly as possible.

- And from a psychological point of view, teamwork in this area justifies itself?

I think so, because we have a large team and almost 90% of the staff has been working since the opening. For the salon business, this is a very good result. If a person is focused on a high result, on training, on working in a team, this is our person. We now have three new employees. And I am proud that the rest do not consider them not as competitors, but as part of our big team that does one thing.

We celebrate birthdays together, give each other gifts. We have excellent corporate parties, we go out into nature, arrange psychological trainings, play various educational games. If I know that an employee's qualifications are not yet very high, but I understand that he is ready to learn, develop and prove that he can become a great specialist, I see that a person is ready for criticism - this is our person.

- You, I see, only women work. What if a male applicant comes?

For God's sake, I'm all for it. Moreover, it will be very good from a psychological point of view. Who, if not a man, wants to make a woman even more beautiful.

- Do you have any special requirements for the appearance of your employees? How should they look?

We have employees who put on make-up, and there are some who don't. This is their own business, I do not impose anything. Naturally, the hair must be clean and well-groomed, this is not even discussed. But there are moments that we are actively promoting. For example, all masters do manicure in our own salon. And customers are paying attention. And since we specialize in art manicure, we make cool designs, people always pay attention to this, they ask: “Where did you get such nails?”. It's great when the master answers: "Our girls did it."

By the way, girls do manicures on their day off, no one does this during working hours. But the main thing is that the work in the salon itself sets you up for some changes in your appearance, there is a desire to look better. It's such an atmosphere.

- Did you have to fire employees?

Yes, for several reasons. First - I don't like it when people don't care, when they are indifferent, mechanically work out the allotted time and leave. The second reason is the failure to meet certain standards of work that I spoke about. Through the cameras, I can track online what is happening in the salon. If I see that the master systematically does not meet these standards, this is a reason for dismissal. For me, this is a very important point.

The third reason is the lack of customer focus. We provide services. All people are very different. Regardless of whether the client is pleasant to you, whether you like him or not, the service must be provided with high quality, well, politely, with a smile. The attitude towards the client should not affect the work. There are masters who are not ready for this. Sometimes I see that an employee is too emotional, overreacts to some things, to other people. This in itself is normal - and does not mean that this is a bad person and employee - but it is not suitable for working in our salon. I don't like that kind of person. In the rest of the salons, most likely, they will take him.

Your requirements are high. How do you encourage your employees? You have already mentioned team building, corporate parties, but the financial side and work schedule are no less important.

Of course, we have career growth. We have introduced the position of a top master, each master can become one after six months of work. The top master has an increased price for clients and a different salary percentage. As for finances, a manicure and pedicure master earns from 70 thousand rubles a month, a hairdresser-stylist - from 80 thousand, the ceiling depends on the schedule.

In terms of work schedule, I am quite loyal. We have several employees with children, and three of our masters are now pregnant. They are going to return to work after the decree, and this has happened more than once in the salon. I am very glad that the girls are returning, for me this is an excellent indicator of work. Schedules are always discussed. The only thing is that you need to work at least three days a week, otherwise a specific employee’s client base simply won’t form.

We sensibly distribute the workload: an employee can earn good money and take a break. I don't force anyone to recycle.

- How masters improve their skills? If, of course, it is necessary.

Of course you do. Training is a mandatory requirement for all employees and for me. I participate financially in their studies. Manicure training takes place directly in the salon every month. Hairdressers, cosmetologists, depilation masters, eyebrow specialists, administrators go to courses, get additional knowledge.

In addition, once a month, nail technicians and hairdressers do creative work. We choose some non-standard cool drawings, designs or, say, we dye strands of hair in a bright red color, we make a haircut with shaved temples. The master himself chooses the creative work. Going beyond the standard is always great and useful professionally. Because template stories - to make a bob haircut and “draw flowers” on nails - sometimes bother both masters and clients.

- What masters do you need now?

We need manicure masters, hair stylists with good color skills, a cosmetologist, a depilation master.

- Tell us about your managerial experience.

I graduated from the College and the Institute of Tourism and Hospitality Industry with honors. During my studies, I independently got a job in one of the best Moscow hotels The Ritz-Carlton Moscow - a network of premium Marriott hotels. In the hotel business, I was taught to work flawlessly with clients. I have worked with foreigners for many years. She worked in the banquet service, learned English at a very good level, then worked for five years in a company providing staff to hotels of all world chains. I started as a deputy commercial director and ended up as a vice president with three branches in different cities of Russia, I had six thousand people under my command.

- Have you decided to transfer your experience and approach to clients in the beauty industry?

Oh sure. And I know that customers note exactly this - service, atmosphere, goodwill, comfort and humanity. Our atmosphere is not forced, but sincere benevolence. Our employees really like to work - that's what matters.

Our first salon was in building 1824 - a renovated room, 18 square meters. It was only necessary to buy furniture and start working. My first master is still working for me - she gave birth to a child and returned. Over time, my husband and I decided to make a large salon with a full range of services and opened it in building 1519. For more than a year we have been ranked first among Zelenograd salons according to Zoon.ru polls. We have the highest rating among Zelenograd beauty salons and more than 700 excellent reviews.

And we are ready to consider candidates to replenish our team.
