All-Russian military patriotic public movement. The Ministry of Defense revives the military-patriotic movement "Yunarmiya

Participants of the Yunarmiya movement will receive educational preferences: activities in the Yunarmiya will be credited to children when they enter universities.

More than 200 youth members entered the higher military educational institutions of the Ministry of Defense this year, which is four times more than last year. As Elena Slesarenko, head of the apparatus of the Yunarmiya General Staff, said, at the moment the leadership of the movement is negotiating with the Ministry of Defense so that the active work of Yunarmiya members is taken into account when entering higher educational institutions. For example, in the form of additional points to the unified state exam for civilian universities or a testimonial from the head of the regional department - for the military. “Participation in the youth movement is a kind of career guidance for children. The choice of a future profession for such a student is more meaningful,” Slesarenko notes.

Today, more than 267 thousand schoolchildren from all over the country have joined the All-Russian youth movement. Work with children is carried out in several directions, while it is aimed at spiritual, moral, social, physical and sports development. To achieve the set goals, a huge range of various cultural and sports events is organized: promotions, competitions, quizzes, festivals, rallies, sports days, and so on. Activity within the framework of the Youth Army projects unites children from all regions of Russia.

Any schoolchild between the ages of 8 and 17 can become a member of the movement; for this, youth detachments are created on the basis of schools and patriotic public organizations. However, participation in the movement is not for the lazy, it requires an active civic position, the desire for knowledge and achievements. The detachments are supervised by the regional headquarters of the organization, which are already open in all 85 regions of the Russian Federation. The best teachers and honored citizens of the country become the heads of departments and mentors for the children. So, the main headquarters of the Yunarmiya movement is headed by cosmonaut, Hero of Russia and State Duma deputy Roman Romanenko.

Over the two years of the existence of the Yunarmiya, its prestige has grown significantly, many boys and girls want to join its ranks, and their parents are also interested in this. At the same time, as Elena Slesarenko noted, projects are being implemented at the expense of sponsors, donations and grants. The movement receives strong support from public organizations and local authorities, which allocate funds, for example, for the purchase of uniforms. The uniform of the Yunarmiya members is also carefully thought out and functional, like the military uniform, but stylish in a youthful way. Together with the badges and the flag of the movement, the guys receive it at the solemn ceremonies of joining the ranks of the Yunarmiya.

For many children, participation in the movement will be a defining moment. Already, the guys are thinking about a future military career. For them, successes and achievements in the Yunarmiya will be a significant plus when entering the country's universities. The leadership of the movement is going to take care of this next year.

In recent years, huge funds have been allocated in Russia for various propaganda projects. It seems that the state has taken seriously the patriotic education of schoolchildren, and this project will be handled by the Russian military department. Since September 1, 2016, the military-patriotic movement "Yunarmiya" has been operating in the country's schools. The main initiator of the creation of this organization was Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, the idea was supported by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

According to the Minister of Defense, the Yunarmiya is needed so that young men "are proud of the exploits of their fathers and grandfathers" and prepare for "future service to the Motherland." However, judging by the statements of other officials of the military department, Russia plans to create one of the most militarized children's organizations in the world. The military has already promised that the participants in the new patriotic movement will get their hands on everything that the Russian army has at its disposal today, except perhaps missiles.

The first all-Russian meeting of the Yunarmiya took place in May 2017, more than five hundred teenagers from different parts of Russia took part in it. The event turned out to be very pompous: the first female cosmonaut Valentina Tereshkova was present at the first ceremony of joining the Yunarmiya (it took place in Yaroslavl), a teleconference with several Russian cities took place. Within a few months, the new movement was replenished with a number of regional branches. This is not surprising - almost everywhere the Yunarmiya received support at the level of governors and commanders of large military units.

Currently, Yunarmiya has its headquarters in Moscow, as well as an impressive network of regional offices. Only in the first two months of the existence of the movement, it was replenished with 76 branches opened in different regions of Russia.

The creators of this project hope that Yunarmiya will become the most massive military-patriotic movement among Russian youth. Within a few years, it is planned to attract several hundred thousand teenagers. Shoigu said that the main goal of the Yunarmiya is to educate a new generation of patriots, smart, courageous, loving their homeland and ready to defend it at any moment. The plans of the new patriotic movement include increasing the interest of the younger generation in the history and geography of Russia, its peoples, outstanding scientists, heroes and generals.

Children will go in for military sports, study military affairs, take a course for a young fighter, engage in fire and drill training, and study the design of weapons. In addition, teenagers will learn the rules of first aid.

The Yunarmiya is not only dealt with by the Ministry of Defense. The youth army also takes care of the Central Sports Club of the Army (CSKA) and the Voluntary Society for Assistance to the Army, Aviation and Navy (DOSAAF of Russia). The military department has already developed the structure of the Yunarmiya departments, linking them to the location of military units, military registration and enlistment offices, military educational institutions and departments of DOSAAF and CSKA.

According to the plans of the organizers of the Yunarmiya, teenagers in their free time will be engaged in volunteer work, look after and protect military burial sites and monuments, participate in sports and cultural events.

The Ministry of Defense believes that in recent years many military-patriotic organizations have appeared in the country that work with young people. According to the officials, the Yunarmiya should coordinate these movements, make their work systemic, give them a common form, symbolism, and charter.

Yunarmiya already has its own uniform - these are red berets, sand-colored trousers, blue and red polo shirts. Young patriots will put on sneakers or berets on their feet. In addition, the kit includes socks, a jacket, a sweatshirt, a backpack, a tablet and a first aid kit. The emblem of the organization has already been invented: it combines the Soviet five-pointed star with a predatory eagle profile. Also, uniform sets will be developed for the guys, corresponding to various branches of the armed forces: tankers, pilots, sailors.

It is not yet entirely clear at what age a child can join the Yunarmiya. The age is called fourteen, ten and even seven years.

Children will not be distracted from the school curriculum, classes in the new military-patriotic movement will be held in their free time from school. The youth army will be provided with special rooms (headquarters) where the banner of each detachment, a library, teaching aids and visual propaganda will be located. Each squad will report to its own commander.

The organizers of the new movement do not get tired of repeating that no one will be forcibly driven into the Yunarmiya, membership in the organization is exclusively voluntary. The question has not yet been resolved whether members of the Yunarmiya will have any benefits when entering universities.

Does modern Russia need "Youth Army"?

Of course, work with the younger generation is necessary, but is military education its optimal form? The mood that is hovering in Russian society today is called by many nothing more than "patriotic frenzy." Do I need to warm them up even more?

It should be noted that today Yunarmiya is not the only project related to the military-patriotic education of youth. Not so long ago, cadet classes began to open in schools, where they take children who study without triples. In the classroom in these classes, military affairs, the history of Russia, drill, NVP, and life safety are also studied.

Another attempt to revive the old Soviet traditions is the practice of passing the TRP standards, which appeared in Russia several years ago. You can also call the "Race of Heroes" - a peculiar form of the Soviet "Zarnitsa" for adults. It is carried out at military training grounds, actively supported at the state level.

It should be noted that the creation of such projects can be a great way to "cut" the state budget by unscrupulous officials. Today, teenagers have every opportunity to engage in shooting or parachuting, and whether it is necessary to revive the Soviet ideology is a very controversial issue. Perhaps it is better to spend budgetary funds on improving the education system in order to make it more relevant to modern realities.

On September 1, 2016, the movement began its official work. To hold events under the auspices of the movement, the infrastructure of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, CSKA and DOSAAF is used. Until 2020, it is planned to create more than 100 military-patriotic education centers in Russia, some of them will become specialized, where they will train detachments of young paratroopers, pilots and tank crews. Large-scale events will be held in the military-patriotic park of culture and recreation of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation "Patriot", located near the city of Kubinka, Odintsovo district, Moscow region.

The organization registered the Yunarmiya newspaper [ ] and the magazine "Yunarmeets" (August 30, 2016).

Movement strength

The number of participants in the military-patriotic movement "Yunarmiya" at the end of October 2016 is more than 26,000 thousand people. Membership in the organization is voluntary and open. Any schoolchild, public organization, club or search squad can join the ranks of the Yunarmiya military-patriotic movement.

On May 22, 2016, in the Yaroslavl Center for Military Patriotic Education of the DOSAAF named after Valentina Tereshkova, as part of a pilot project, the first 104 schoolchildren joined the ranks of the military patriotic movement Yunarmiya. Also, the public was presented with the Yunarmite's room and elements of the training base, with the help of which it is planned to conduct military-patriotic classes. Similar classes will be opened in every educational institution and public organization where Yunarmiya detachments will be formed.

Significance

The Yunarmiya movement originated in 1990 on the basis of the youth voluntary public organization "Movement of Young Patriots" (YUP), which was formed by merging the military sports games "Zarnitsa", "Eaglet", "Gaydarovets", posts at the Eternal Flame of Glory, military-patriotic clubs and others. The motto of the organization was: "For the glory of the Fatherland!". The directions of the work of the DUP were built around programs for preparing for military service, patriotic education, and familiarizing the younger generation with national history. Under the banner of the "Movement of Young Patriots" various competitions, gatherings and gatherings of children and adolescents were held. The creation of the military-patriotic movement "Yunarmiya" is a revival of the traditions of the military-patriotic education of youth.

Members of the Yunarmiya will be trained to shoot, provide medical assistance, navigate the map. In their free time, members of the Yunarmiya will keep a watch of memory at the Eternal Flame, engage in volunteer activities, work to preserve memorials, and take part in other events. In addition, it is planned to involve members of the movement in the elimination of emergency situations, search work in the battlefields of the Great Patriotic War and assistance to veterans.

In each educational institution and public organization where the Yunarmiya detachments will be formed, the Yunarmiyat's Rooms will be opened.

Yunarmeyts room is a place of leisure and recreation, designed for study and creative activities of schoolchildren. It contains: a banner, a book of the detachment, as well as cognitive fiction, reference and other literature.

Teachers, military reserve officers will be involved as teachers. Military and sports areas will become fundamental in the training program for traffic participants. In addition, the basic course will include national history and the basics of Orthodox culture, additional programs will be left to the discretion of the regional authorities.

An excerpt characterizing Yunarmiya

The next day, on the advice of Marya Dmitrievna, Count Ilya Andreevich went with Natasha to Prince Nikolai Andreevich. The count, with a gloomy spirit, was going to this visit: in his soul he was afraid. The last meeting during the militia, when the count, in response to his invitation to dinner, received a heated reprimand for not bringing people in, Count Ilya Andreich remembered. Natasha, dressed in her best dress, was opposite in the most cheerful mood. “It’s impossible that they don’t love me,” she thought: everyone has always loved me. And I am so ready to do for them whatever they want, so ready to love him - because he is a father, and her because she is a sister, that there is nothing for them not to love me!
They drove up to the old, gloomy house on Vzdvizhenka and went into the hallway.
“Well, God bless,” said the count, half jokingly, half seriously; but Natasha noticed that her father was in a hurry, entering the hall, and timidly, quietly asked if the prince and princess were at home. After the report of their arrival, there was confusion among the servants of the prince. The footman, who ran to report on them, was stopped by another footman in the hall, and they were whispering about something. A maid girl ran out into the hall, and hastily also said something, mentioning the princess. Finally, one old, with an angry look, footman came out and reported to the Rostovs that the prince could not accept, but the princess asked to come to her. The first to meet the guests was m lle Bourienne. She greeted her father and daughter with particular courtesy and escorted them to the princess. The princess, with an agitated, frightened and red-spotted face, ran out, stepping heavily, towards the guests, and in vain trying to appear free and hospitable. Princess Mary did not like Natasha at first sight. She seemed to her too elegant, frivolously cheerful and conceited. Princess Marya did not know that before she saw her future daughter-in-law, she was already ill-disposed toward her out of involuntary envy of her beauty, youth and happiness, and out of jealousy for her brother's love. In addition to this irresistible feeling of antipathy towards her, Princess Marya at that moment was also agitated by the fact that, when reporting on the arrival of the Rostovs, the prince shouted that he did not need them, that let Princess Marya accept if she wanted, but that they should not be allowed to see him . Princess Marya decided to receive the Rostovs, but every minute she was afraid that the prince would do some kind of trick, as he seemed very excited by the arrival of the Rostovs.
“Well, I’ve brought you my songstress, dear princess,” said the count, bowing and looking around uneasily, as if he were afraid that the old prince might come up. “How glad I am that you have met… It’s a pity, it’s a pity that the prince is still unwell,” and after saying a few more general phrases, he stood up. - If you allow me, princess, to estimate my Natasha for a quarter of an hour, I would go, two steps here, to the Dog's Playground, to Anna Semyonovna, and I'll pick her up.
Ilya Andreevich invented this diplomatic trick in order to give scope to the future sister-in-law to explain herself to her daughter-in-law (as he said after his daughter) and also to avoid the possibility of meeting the prince, whom he was afraid of. He did not tell this to his daughter, but Natasha understood this fear and anxiety of her father and felt insulted. She blushed for her father, was even more angry because she blushed and with a bold, defiant look, which said that she was not afraid of anyone, looked at the princess. The princess told the count that she was very glad and asked him only to stay a little longer with Anna Semyonovna, and Ilya Andreevich left.
M lle Bourienne, despite the restless glances cast at her by Princess Mary, who wanted to talk face to face with Natasha, did not leave the room and held a firm conversation about Moscow pleasures and theaters. Natasha was offended by the confusion that had occurred in the hallway, her father's anxiety, and the unnatural tone of the princess, who - it seemed to her - was doing a favor by receiving her. And then everything was uncomfortable for her. She did not like Princess Mary. She seemed to her very bad-looking, feigned and dry. Natasha suddenly shrank morally and involuntarily assumed such a casual tone, which even more repelled Princess Marya from her. After five minutes of heavy, feigned conversation, quick footsteps in shoes were heard approaching. Princess Mary's face expressed fear, the door of the room opened and the prince entered in a white cap and dressing gown.
“Ah, madam,” he began, “madam, countess ... Countess Rostova, if I am not mistaken ... I beg your pardon, excuse me ... I didn’t know, madam.” Sees God did not know that you honored us with your visit, he went to his daughter in such a suit. I beg your pardon... sees God didn’t know, ”he repeated so unnaturally, emphasizing the word God and so unpleasantly that Princess Mary stood with her eyes downcast, not daring to look at either her father or Natasha. Natasha, having risen and sat down, also did not know what to do. One m lle Bourienne smiled pleasantly.
- I beg your pardon, I beg your pardon! Sees God did not know, - the old man muttered and, having examined Natasha from head to toe, went out. M lle Bourienne was the first to appear after this appearance and began a conversation about the prince's ill health. Natasha and Princess Mary silently looked at each other, and the longer they silently looked at each other, not saying what they needed to say, the more unkindly they thought of each other.
When the count returned, Natasha was impolitely delighted with him and hurried to leave: at that moment she almost hated this old dry princess, who could put her in such an awkward position and spend half an hour with her without saying anything about Prince Andrei. “After all, I couldn’t be the first to talk about him in front of this Frenchwoman,” thought Natasha. Princess Mary, meanwhile, was tormented by the same thing. She knew what she had to say to Natasha, but she could not do it, both because m lle Bourienne interfered with her, and because she herself did not know why it was so hard for her to start talking about this marriage. When the count was already leaving the room, Princess Mary with quick steps approached Natasha, took her hands and, sighing heavily, said: “Wait, I need to ...” Natasha mockingly, not knowing what she was, looked at Princess Mary.
“Dear Natalie,” said Princess Marya, “know that I am glad that my brother found happiness ...” She stopped, feeling that she was telling a lie. Natasha noticed this stop and guessed the reason for it.
“I think, princess, that it’s inconvenient to talk about this now,” Natasha said with outward dignity and coldness, and with tears that she felt in her throat.
"What did I say, what did I do!" she thought as she left the room.
They waited a long time for Natasha for dinner that day. She sat in her room and sobbed like a child, blowing her nose and sobbing. Sonya stood over her and kissed her hair.
- Natasha, what are you talking about? she said. "What do you care about them?" Everything will pass, Natasha.
- No, if you knew how insulting it is ... just like I ...
- Don't talk, Natasha, it's not your fault, so what's your business? Kiss me,” Sonya said.
Natasha raised her head, and kissing her friend on the lips, pressed her wet face to her.
“I can't say, I don't know. No one is to blame, - said Natasha, - I am to blame. But it all hurts terribly. Oh, that he is not going! ...
She went out to dinner with red eyes. Marya Dmitrievna, who knew how the prince received the Rostovs, pretended that she did not notice Natasha's upset face and firmly and loudly joked at the table with the count and other guests.

Yunarmiya- All-Russian military-patriotic public movement, created on October 29, 2015.

The main stated goal of the movement is to arouse interest among the younger generation in geography, the history of Russia and its peoples, heroes, outstanding scientists and military leaders. Any student, military-patriotic organization, club or search party can join the movement. It is assumed that members of the movement in their free time will be engaged in volunteer activities, take part in cultural and sports events, receive additional education, first aid skills.

The head of the General Staff of the All-Russian military-patriotic movement is Dmitry Trunenkov.

Regional headquarters are open in all 85 subjects of the Russian Federation.

Regional Head of Staff Petersburg Korovin Igor Vladimirovich gave an interview about the movement Yunarmiya Internet portal "Best in St. Petersburg"(May 2017):
(http://bestspb.ru/ru/intervew-yunarmiya.ru.php):

Igor Vladimirovich, please tell us about the Yunarmiya movement?

The Yunarmiya is a public movement created on the initiative of the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation Sergei Kuzhugetovich Shoigu, approved by the President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin. Participation in our movement is voluntary, activity is regulated by a single charter. We have no state participation. The founders were 2 legal entities - the Union of Veterans of the Armed Forces and DOSAAF, and 4 individuals - Valentina Tereshkova, Artur Chilingarov, Valery Vostrotin and Svetlana Khorkina.

On May 28, 2016, the first meeting was held, at which a decision was made to establish the Yunarmiya movement, in the summer the organization was registered with the Ministry of Justice (Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation), and from September 1, 2016 officially began to work. Branches of the Movement have been created in all 85 constituent entities of the Russian Federation.

What are the objectives of the Movement?

The main task of the Movement is the initial military pre-conscription training, which includes both the physical and intellectual development of young people, the formation of correct life views in the broad sense of the word. In addition, Yunarmiya is a good alternative to the street, computer games and Internet communication - our children are busy with work, participate in real life. Many guys like cars, tanks, pistols... Yunarmiya members have the opportunity to safely study weapons, military equipment, shooting at the range... In addition, they gain the most important experience of teamwork. (link "Subject, goals and objectives" in the Appendix)

What is the structure of the Yunarmiya movement?

The leader of the Yunarmiya movement is Defense Minister Sergei Kuzhugetovich Shoigu. All important decisions of the Movement are made at the All-Russian Youth Army Meeting. At the first Youth Army rally, on May 28, 2016, the General Staff and the Chief of the General Staff (located in Moscow) were elected. Then there are regional gatherings in the constituent entities, at which, in turn, the regional Headquarters and the Head of the regional headquarters are selected - a regional branch is formed. The third link in the structure is the local departments at the municipalities, working directly with the primary organizations - detachments.

St. Petersburg is somewhat specific in terms of administrative division: we have 18 districts and 111 municipalities. Schools are subordinated to the city (committees, district administrations), and municipalities at the moment do not have the opportunity to provide financial assistance to the Yunarmiya - money for patriotism was confiscated from them. There is a law on patriotic education, but only events in which Yunarmiya members can take part can be funded.

There is also the Security Committee, which deals with conscription into the army. I am a member of the city draft board. Since we are preparing future defenders of the fatherland, we must be responsible for the result. We also cooperate with military registration and enlistment offices. The Ministry of Defense in each subject has created a department for patriotic work, the priority of which is the Yunarmiya - it is more convenient to work systematically.

Igor Vladimirovich, is the work in regional associations the same, or is the specificity of each city, region taken into account?

All associations are guided by a single charter. If we talk about St. Petersburg, then our city is unique, providing great opportunities for studying the history of Russia, the history of the fleet, the history of the army ...

What function does the pedagogical worker from the school, who forms the detachment, perform?

The teachers supervise the group. This is mainly a life safety teacher, or the head teacher for educational work. Sometimes even the director actively participates in the life of the Youth Army detachment, for example, the 210th school. Often, educators, before allowing children, first want to understand and feel the work of the movement themselves. This is very correct and responsible!

Who is the commander of the detachment, representatives of the military organizations in charge of the detachment?

The commander of the detachment is selected from the Yunarmiya, and this is not always a boy. Girls in some areas are more active and responsible. We have about half the boys and girls in the commanders of the detachments.

What is the strength of the Yunarmiya today?

At the moment there are already more than 100 thousand Yunarmiya members across the country, in St. Petersburg we are approaching 2 thousand.

Who and how can join the ranks of the Yunarmiya?

Any student - from 8 to 18 years old. In principle, there is no upper limit, but upon reaching the age of 18, a young man becomes an army soldier and you can join DOSAAF. DOSAAF, according to the charter, accepts from the age of 18. They provide training in military specialties: driving, parachute training, shooting, radio operators, etc. Who has what opportunities - DOSAAF is not available in all regions now ...

Peter was lucky, we have both CSKA and DOSAAF and all the others ... In some regions there is nothing, not even military units, the emphasis is on the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Ministry of Internal Affairs ... In principle, you can find a job option in any region.

Igor Vladimirovich, is it possible to join the Yunarmiya as a sole member?

There is such a problem. Since we are acting according to the plan, the detachments are formed in pilot schools. At the moment we are not ready to accept singles. Until now, we do not have our own base where we could invite them, and besides, it is wrong for children to travel across the city. We plan to expand with the assistance of the Youth Policy Committee and the Education Committee. They have their own youth centers, youth houses, creative houses, etc. We are also starting to work with the Palace of Student Youth on Malaya Konyushennaya. And on their basis it is planned to create local branches, they are tied to the municipal districts. At the site where the youth class is being organized, detachments will be formed and work will be carried out already at the level of municipalities. Local branches with their own curator and with their own Headquarters will be created when there are more than 5 detachments in the area.

Over the summer (ed.: 2017) we systematize the information received, the programs approved by the Ministry of Education will already be suitable, and then we will have the opportunity to work with “loners”.

Will Yunarmiya members have priorities when entering universities, or in other life situations?

Yes, this issue was raised back in September 2016, an order of the Minister of Defense (directive) should have been issued. A portfolio (personal file) is created for each member of the Yunarmiya, in which it is recorded what courses he took, what results he achieved, in what events he participated ... Based on the results, benefits will be provided for admission to the universities of the Ministry of Defense. And in the line of the military registration and enlistment offices that supervise us - the choice of the place of service and the type of troops.

Is the Yunarmiya movement connected with the All-Russian children's and youth organization "Russian Movement of Schoolchildren" (RDSH), created by decree of V.V. Putin July 29, 2016?

Legally, we are two independent organizations. In organizational terms, we are considered part of the "Russian Movement of Schoolchildren". "RDSH" has a civil-patriotic upbringing, and they are somewhat similar to the pioneers, while "Yunarmia" has a military-patriotic one. These are two different areas, but we complement each other and work closely together.

How is the work structured, what do the Yunarmiya members study?

The Yunarmiya training program will be designed for three age categories. Every day, hourly, classes will be held in various disciplines, including theoretical and practical parts. Theory is history, military disciplines (military registration specialties), initial military training, pre-conscription training, study of documents. The practice includes the study of technology, weapons, parachuting, scuba diving, rock climbing, combat training ... All together - this is extracurricular extracurricular education.

In addition, now "Rosmolodezh" (ed.: Federal Agency for Youth Affairs) is engaged in a nationwide topic - three games will be held among the Yunarmiya, by age groups - "Zarnitsa", "Zarnichka" and "Eaglet", and the game "Victory" (14-16 years old). Three levels - district, city and federal. The best teams will take part in the all-Russian games. In St. Petersburg, "Zarnitsa" did not cease to exist - "Baltic Coast" (ed.: City Center for Civil and Patriotic Education) holds it annually. The new Zarnitsa will be larger, the games are planned to be held at the Artek and Orlyonok children's centers. In the Patriot Park of the Ministry of Defense near Moscow, there is a corresponding training ground ... The strikeball players have joined in, they plan to hold tactical games in the regions.

How was the work carried out in the past academic year, what is planned for the future?

For this academic year (ed.: 2016/2017), together with the RDS, a program of "pilot schools" was adopted. We started working with RDSH almost at the same time. I am also a member of the RDSh coordinating council, and in order to roll back the technology of interaction and work, we decided to choose one school in each district. 18 districts - 18 "pilot schools". The Education Committee sent out a “questionnaire” to schools with a proposal to join the Yunarmiya. A certain pool was organized from pilot schools, and we formed detachments at these schools. It is convenient for both children and teachers. But 18 schools were not a limitation, but a reference point. There are now more than 30 schools on the move.

It is more convenient to work with schools for both us and the Yunarmpeians: the children are already there, there is no need to go anywhere, besides, there is a place for theoretical studies and practice - sports grounds, a parade ground where you can march. Many detachments participate in "Zarnitsy", reviews of combatant group competitions, banner group, take up post No. 1 - "Eternal Flame" ... In St. Petersburg there are many small associations, clubs, classes in schools (cadet classes, classes of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, naval cadet classes and others) with elements of military-patriotic work. Our task is to unite them and conduct pre-conscription training and patriotic education according to uniform standards.

Is there any state assistance to the Movement?

We are a public organization - we do not receive financial assistance from the state. The main organizer and inspirer of the work of the Yunarmiya is the Ministry of Defense, which helps us with all its resources: museums, higher military educational institutions, Suvorov and cadet schools - institutions that are part of the structure of the Ministry of Defense. The Minister of Defense personally oversees all work on the Yunarmiya, this is one of his priorities.

The commanders of the military districts directly help us, and everyone who is connected with this in the structure of the Ministry of Defense: providing training grounds for rallies, equipment, assistance in organizing military training camps, supervising our units at training camps by servicemen who are directly involved with the guys ... Thus, there is close interaction and building relationships. We are also assisted by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

Igor Vladimirovich, are parents required to make additional financial investments, for example, to purchase a Yunarmiya uniform?

Parents don't spend a dime. They buy us a uniform. This issue is resolved in different ways: the Ministry of Defense allocates funds, CSKA, DOSAAF, somewhere schools are looking for sponsors, somewhere municipalities help, deputies of the Legislative Assembly, deputies of the State Duma are involved ...

The form will be further developed. What we are wearing now is a dress option. It is not suitable for training. We will need a camouflage uniform in which we can sit in a trench and climb in a tank.

Ideally, we are going to have several hundred ceremonial sets and give them out to events - children grow up, and it is not advisable to purchase a personal set for each child ...

What do you think is the best way to build patriotic work so that the participants in the movement become conscious patriots, and not fanatical associates?

Children, first of all, should be interested, and then the "sown seeds" will fall on "fertile soil." It is important that children actively participate in activities where they can express themselves. The guys should broaden their horizons, master additional skills, develop moral qualities, acquire what is useful to them in life and choose what they could enthusiastically do in the future.

We, for example, have a military-historical reconstruction - this is, so to speak, the study of history "live"; there are search operations, when at the battlefields (Nevsky Piglet, Sinyavino) Yunarmiya members are looking for fallen soldiers, trying to establish their identities in the archive, and if possible contact their relatives. Children are happy to participate in these events and search expeditions, not only getting a lot of impressions, but also choosing the most interesting direction for themselves. The knowledge about the history of our country obtained in this way is perceived in a completely different way, including the Great Patriotic War - you understand at what cost our grandfathers got the Victory!

Everything in the complex, I think, will give a positive result of the work of our Movement.

The All-Russian Movement "Yunarmiya" is a children's and youth organization whose goal is the patriotic education of Russian citizens. In the Moscow region, about 20,000 schoolchildren from the region are already in the ranks of the Yunarmiya.

Activities

In the Moscow region, Yunarmiya works on four priority ones.

The first is the information direction, which is supervised by TV presenter Roman Babayan.

The second direction is volunteering. Members of the Yunarmiya help the elderly, teenagers in difficult situations, and homeless animals. The volunteer direction is supervised by the chairman of the council of the Moscow regional branch of the VOMO "All-Russian Student Rescue Corps" Maxim Borovik.

The third direction is patriotic. This also includes joint work with military-patriotic, search clubs, reconstruction of battles, military forums, for example, "Heirs of Victory", which takes place in the Moscow region annually.

Of course, members of the Yunarmiya are also taught how to handle weapons. The curator of this direction in the region is Timur Cherepnin, Deputy Head of the Regional Headquarters of the All-Russian Military-Patriotic Public Movement Yunarmiya of the Moscow Region.

The fourth direction is ecological. Members of the Yunarmiya participate in subbotniks, clean reservoirs, remove garbage, hang birdhouses, etc. Cosmonaut and Hero of Russia Elena Serova oversees this direction in the Moscow Region.
