The 25th is the last day for submitting documents to universities. Ahead - the most nervous period: enrollment in students. In order for it to pass without much damage to health, applicants must clearly understand both the enrollment procedure itself and the intermediate stages of this process.

So, on July 25, the admission committees of Russian universities are accepting documents from late applicants for the last day. The whole next day they will process the received data, and already on July 27, at the information stand of the admission committee and on the official website of the university, in accordance with the established procedure, a complete list of applicants applying for admission will appear. In this case, the lists will be grouped into several conditional groups. At the very beginning, there should be the names of applicants who are eligible for admission without entrance examinations (winners and prize-winners of the All-Russian Olympiads, as well as winners and prize-winners of schoolchildren's Olympiads included in the established one). They should be followed by the names of applicants entering out of competition. Further, the names of those who are going to the target set, and the list is closed by applicants entering on a general basis (according to the results of the USE). At the same time, universities are required to form lists in each of the conditional groups in descending order of points scored by applicants.

The next stage starts on July 30th. On this day, the stand of the admission committee should be replenished with new information - an order for enrolling in the first year of those who have the right to enter out of competition, admission without entrance examinations and target places. Also (if there are vacancies) a list of persons recommended for enrollment on a general basis should appear on the stand. Similar information should be duplicated on the official website of the university. From this moment until August 4, inclusive, applicants recommended for enrollment can bring original documents on education to the educational institution. This stage ends on August 5, when the order for admission to the first year of those who provided the originals is issued. Applicants who do not do this are automatically excluded from the competition and are considered to have refused admission.

If there are vacant places, further enrollment should be carried out from the remaining number of persons included in the complete list by name. At the same time, the scheme will look like this: on August 5, a list of persons recommended for admission to vacant budget places is published on the university's website and on the information stand of the admission committee. These applicants are given 5 days to provide original documents, until August 9 inclusive. The stage ends with the fact that on August 10, on the official website of the university and on the information stand of the admission committee, the following order should appear on the enrollment of persons who have successfully passed the entrance examinations and submitted the original document on education.

As for payers, on August 5, a list of applicants by name should also be announced, ranked in descending order of the number of points scored (with their indication), with the allocation of lists recommended for enrollment in each area of ​​training (specialty) to commercial places. In this case, the actual enrollment of payers will occur only after all budget places are filled, but will end, however, no later than 10 days before the start of training sessions. At the same time, the enrollment of applicants entering the correspondence form of education ends.

1. Come personally to the selection committee. This is the easiest option. You come with a package of documents necessary for admission, fill out all applications and forms yourself. For example, the price of tickets to Moscow and back, depending on the remoteness of the region of permanent residence, will be from 4,000 rubles. 2. Draw up a notarized power of attorney. To do this, a power of attorney must be drawn up indicating all the training options that interest you: full-time, part-time or evening, on a budgetary or commercial basis. Be careful! If the authorized person is not allowed in the document to submit documents in the format you need, then the university, by law, simply will not be able to accept your application from someone else's hands.

3. Send by Russian Post. You download the application on the site, fill it out, attach copies of the necessary documents to it and send it all by registered mail with a list of attachments. Please note that only copies of documents can be sent. If you live far away, this is very convenient, because you will need to visit the university only once - to submit the originals.   • The presence of a referral to a preferential place or other privileges.
  • Competition during the submission period.

The streaming system also introduces difficulties, when some of the places are already occupied even before the exams begin. The second wave accommodates only 20% of all available budget places. At the same time, for other state employees, the passing score often becomes higher due to the growing number of applicants who did not fall into the first wave.

Documents are submitted to the target places in the first wave. Medalists and other beneficiaries have the right to enter two universities at the same time, submitting a copy to one place and the original to another. However, the re-submission of documents will already take place on a general basis. Students will be selected according to a new rating, higher. This approach allows you to choose the most competent guys from the whole stream.

Second run

The first stage of selection ends on August 3, and on the 4th, an order for enrollment is already issued and lists are posted. 80% of budget places are already taken. According to the number of submitted applications, the second wave of applicants is going.

At this stage, all the same rules for selecting the most successful guys apply. Original documents must be submitted by August 7th. Already on this day, the second order for enrollment will be issued.

At the second stage, the remaining budget places are filled - 20%. If you did not find your last name in the lists, then you were not lucky enough to become a student. However, the opportunities for obtaining education have not been exhausted.

Without going through the competition of the first and second waves of enrollment in state-funded places, you can get an education on a paid basis. Recruitment of applicants also takes place by competition from the remaining lists. The rules are similar to the previous ones: you will need to bring the original documents and an application for admission to the university.

The number of places is determined by the manager of the university and is limited only by the technical capabilities of the institution. The competition here is much lower than for budget places. If this option is not suitable, there are two more possibilities to graduate from a university: a correspondence budgetary form of education or a similar paid one.

Dates for receiving documents:

  • Under the contract, applications are accepted until August 27. For students, there are soft loans for studying at universities. You can also pay expenses from the maternity capital of the parents.
  • You can apply for part-time education until August 10 for state-funded places.
  • The correspondence under the contract is submitted until September 29.

Given all the possibilities, only the lazy does not enter the university. To correctly assess your capabilities, you need to constantly look through the lists and do not despair if your surname does not occur within the boundaries of the lucky ones. It is not easy to survive the competition for prestigious places, but with a great desire, you can find a suitable training option.

This, of course, is good news if a surname is found on the list of lucky ones. But what happens after enrolling in a university? You should definitely visit the personnel department and find information about the necessary documents.

Those who are enrolled in the university need to prepare photographs for their personal file and student ID. Size - 3x4 cm, corner is not required. The next step is a medical commission, the result of which should be a certificate 086U.

Persons liable for military service hand over registration certificates for reporting. Recently, documents can be submitted through the website of the university or by mail. The meeting date will be posted on the bulletin board soon.

Deadlines for submitting documents for budget places under the bachelor's and specialist's programs

The main part of applicants choosing bachelor's or specialist's programs will be able to start their admission from June 20. High school graduates will receive certificates of secondary education only on June 24–25, so in reality, on June 20, few people will bring documents to the university admissions office. The main flow of graduates will go to apply only after the graduation party, that is, after June 25-26.

For applicants entering only on a general basis (according to the passing scores of the Unified State Examination, without entrance profile exams of the university), the deadline for submitting documents is 26 July.

Applicants to faculties where additional creative tests are provided, for example, "journalism", "acting", "art history", design, etc., the deadlines for submitting documents are shortened from June 20 on July 7. Master's degree is the next stage of higher education. After bachelor's degree, the student has the right to apply for a budget place in the university. The end of the specialist's program, unfortunately, does not provide for such an opportunity.

It is better to clarify the deadlines for submission at the selected university, since each educational institution has its own, but in any case, it will be necessary to submit documents no later than August 10.

Admission to the magistracy is always on a competitive basis. Entrance tests for each university are individual, so check the information on the websites of the educational institution. Universities are required to provide all information for applicants to the magistracy before June 1st.

Approximately at August 20th there will be enrollment orders. It should be noted that there are very few state-funded places in the master's program. And if you fail to get into the list of lucky ones on the budget, then you will still have the opportunity to enter on a contract basis (for paid education).
