OJSC "Zelenograd Innovation and Technology Center" was founded in 1998 as an organization to support research and production activities in the field of microelectronics, electronics and information and telecommunication technologies.

The creation of JSC "ZITC" was an innovative initiative of the leadership of the Moscow State Institute of Electronic Technology (MIET), the base university of the electronic industry in Russia, and was supported at the highest state level.

The business center complex of Zelenograd ITC is a modern infrastructure, the main purpose of which is to create sufficient conditions to ensure a full-fledged process of creating competitive science-intensive and high-tech scientific and technical products by providing companies with modern research and production facilities and access to research, design, technological equipment and the latest technologies.

ZITC is an international system integrator that combines the scientific and technical knowledge and competencies of leading developers of innovative products to create innovative solutions that are competitive on world markets. The basis for supporting international cooperation of the center's clients is the systematic work with international innovation organizations in Europe, the USA and Asia.

The main activities of the center:

  • carrying out breakthrough research and development work in the field of information and telecommunication technologies, microelectronics, microsystem technology;
  • development of infrastructure for innovative activities in the field of electronics, microelectronics, nano- and microsystem technology and information and telecommunication technologies and the implementation of promising innovative projects;
  • provision of technological services in the field of electronics and microelectronics to small science-intensive companies in Zelenograd and the Moscow region on the basis of established centers for collective use (CCU) with modern equipment.

In 2006 JSC "ZITC" became the first resident of the special economic zone of technology and innovation type "Zelenograd".

Innovation infrastructure

JSC "ZITC" together with MIET is implementing a project to create the first Technological Village in Russia (with a total area of ​​24,000 sq.m). The distribution of space includes office and laboratory, research and production, service and auxiliary premises.

A significant part of the office and laboratory premises is provided to scientific and technical companies for the development of activities for the design of electronic component base, the development of products for nano- and microsystem equipment, radio-electronic equipment, information technology and telecommunications equipment, data collection and processing systems and other areas of scientific and technical activity in the field of microelectronics.

On the basis of the technological village, there is a single distributed network of centers for collective use for the access of novice research teams and start-up innovative companies to modern equipment and technologies that provide the opportunity to develop and organize the production of competitive products in fast-growing segments of the world market.

The CCU network provides a full cycle of creating competitive modern products in the field of electronics, including the possibility of developing and organizing the production of a modern electronic component base with topological standards of 0.18 - 0.13 microns.

At the moment, the following TsKP are functioning: “Microsystem Technology and Electronic Component Base” and “High-precision Assembly of Electronic Products and Equipment”.

The Technological Village also has multifunctional conference rooms with a capacity of 30 and 60 people for high-level business events. The halls are equipped with modern technology for demonstrating presentations and videos.

In 2008, the Zelenograd Innovation and Technology Center, together with MIET, created the Scientific and Technological Center for Nano- and Microsystem Technology, which includes the following areas: manufacturing nanostructures and a technological complex for high-precision assembly of micro- and nanosystems.

ZITC also works in the following business areas: "Electronic Component Base", "Control Systems and Information Technologies", "Energy Efficient Technologies", "Biomedical Systems".

The main goal of JSC "ZITC" is to provide conditions for the implementation of a full-fledged process of creating competitive science-intensive and high-tech scientific and technical products by providing companies with modern research and production facilities and access to research, design, process equipment and the latest technologies.

Zelenograd Innovation and Technology Center provides information, consulting, organizational and methodological support to small innovative enterprises, young scientists, start-up companies, educational institutions and regional innovation and technology centers, promotes the establishment of long-term scientific, technological and business relations between Russian and European organizations with the purpose of increasing the competitiveness of Russian goods and services, and also contributes to the development and improvement of the innovation infrastructure of the Russian Federation.

JSC "ZITC" conducts research and development work in the field of information and telecommunication technologies, microelectronics, microsystem technology, provides technological services in the field of electronics and microelectronics to small high-tech companies in the Moscow region, monitors technological and business proposals, requests from European companies , as well as international events aimed at developing partnerships, creates information bulletins based on the information received and distributes them among Russian organizations, searches for European partners for joint research as part of participation in international and Russian framework programs to support technology and knowledge.

The Innovation and Technology Center provides companies with offices and research and production facilities equipped with communication facilities and modern technological equipment on preferential terms. Enterprises are provided with access to microsystem technology and electronic component base, a center for design, prototyping and production of photomasks with a technology level of 0.35 microns, a center for high-precision assembly of electronic components, a center for high-precision circuit board printing, "clean zones".

Since 1998, with the support of OAO ZITC, 300 new innovative enterprises and 1,300 jobs have been created.

In 2010, the Zelenograd Innovation and Technology Center, jointly with JSC Rusnano and National Research University MIET, established the Zelenograd Nanotechnology Center, whose main mission is to generate and support new businesses in the field of nano- and microelectronics.

The international cooperation.

Since 2008 JSC "ZITC" has been participating in the national project Gate2RuBIN, which is aimed at developing technological business cooperation between Russian small and medium-sized enterprises and European innovative companies. As part of this project, ZITC contributed to the signing of 37 international scientific, technological and business partnerships. Within the framework of the examination, among 74 regional centers participating in the Gate2RuBIN project, JSC ZITC is the most effective and capable of providing comprehensive practical support to companies based on their needs for business internationalization (entering new markets, exporting products, technology transfer, research cooperation).

In 2012 JSC "ZITC" became a member of the International Association of Science Parks (IASP), Spain, uniting 388 technology parks and ITC from 70 countries.

JSC "ZITC" signed a number of cooperation agreements with European organizations: the Finnish research center VTT, the European Business Network EBN, CETEMMSA, etc.

JSC "ZITC" has established partnerships with the world's leading companies in the field of microelectronics, including Cadence Design Systems, Synopsys, Compugraphics, Chartered Semiconductor, X-Fab, TSMC, etc., which allows research and development in accordance with modern trends in the global microelectronics industry.

JSC "ZITC" took part in the 7th Framework Program of the European Union, EUREKA, ESINET, KIS4SAT; support programs for start-up companies financed by the World Bank, as well as programs that allow entering Asian markets.

JSC "ZITC" takes part in the work on information exchange within the framework of the international financial development program infoDev, which provides additional information channels for business and technological cooperation of the center's clients with international business support structures.

JSC "ZITC" cooperates with the Singapore Economic Development Agency (EDB) in order to develop the business of start-up companies in the Russian business incubator in Singapore. A preliminary agreement has been established with EDВ on the possibility of placing Russian companies on Singaporean innovation sites.

JSC "Zelenograd Innovation and Technology Center" received permission to put into operation a new administrative and production unit with an area of ​​​​more than 3 thousand square meters. m. And in the future, ZITC, having mastered a large land plot on Solnechnaya Alley, plans to formalize the structure of a private industrial park.

Stanislav Mokrousov, adviser to the general director of the complex, spoke about the prospects for the development of the innovation and technology center and the "Technological Village" during a meeting of the Board of Directors of organizations of science and industry of Zelenograd, chaired by the prefect of the district Anatoly Smirnov.

At present, the Zelenograd Innovation and Technology Center is a full-scale innovative complex for the development and support of scientific and production activities in the field of micro- and nanoelectronics. To date, 24 thousand square meters have been built and put into operation. m of multifunctional space: office and laboratory, research and production facilities, conference rooms. Also, a permit was recently received for the commissioning of a new administrative and production block building with an area of ​​​​more than 3 thousand square meters. More than 40 enterprises of the scientific and technical sphere operate on the territory of our complex, as well as several Centers for collective use, - said Stanislav Mokrousov.

ZITC plans to develop in the status of a resident of the Special Economic Zone Technopolis Moscow. Recall that the Innovation and Technology Center became the first resident of the Moscow SEZ - since 2006. Under the current agreement, ZITC issues a long-term lease of a land plot with an area of ​​13,000 sq. m. m on Solnechnaya Alley for technical and innovative activities. After the registration of the lease agreement is completed, the complex plans to start organizing design and construction and installation works on the land plot.

In the future, we plan to formalize the structure of a private industrial park by linking the current criterion of an industrial park and the status of a resident of the SEZ TVT, created on the territory of Moscow. This will allow us to develop both existing areas of activity and develop new areas that are in demand by the market, - said the adviser to the general director of ZITC JSC.

The Zelenograd Innovation and Technology Center has a modern research and production technological infrastructure, which allows, in cooperation with the Roselectronics holding, the Zelenograd Development Corporation of Moscow, and the Proton plant, to provide a closed cycle for the production of photomasks for any design centers, scientific and industrial enterprises. This cycle includes not only production processes, but also R&D for the production of photomasks. ZITC works on 180 nm templates, and among its customers there are more than 120 Russian companies.

ZITC produces and assembles products of nano- and microsystem technology, namely, the assembly of microcircuit crystals and sensors into cases. Measurements of electrical and functional parameters of finished products are also carried out. The capacity of the production base of ZITC is 10 thousand crystals per month, and assembly takes place in production facilities of the purity class "10,000" ( ISO 7) with turbulent ventilation.

On the basis of ZITC, innovative developments of vital domestic high-tech biomedical systems are being carried out. Thus, the first Russian wearable circulatory assist device Sputnik and an automatic external defibrillator were created. impulse.

ZITC JSC regularly conducts breakthrough research and development work in the field of information and telecommunication technologies, microelectronics, microsystem technology. Commercialization of innovative products exceeds 1.17 billion rubles, and over 90% of projects are of social significance (over 70% of them are medical projects).
