Total population figures of the four main organizations behind the scenes of the world is, according to my calculations, no less than 6 thousand people. These are members of the Council on Foreign Relations, the Trilateral Commission, the Bilderberg Club and the International Foundation. However, it would be wrong to attribute all these people to the world government. Our study shows that there are no more than 500 such people among 6,000. These are the people who make up the top of all the organizations listed above, who have enormous power to make global decisions on issues international politics, economy and culture. The remaining 5500 perform two essential functions: firstly, they are a kind of council under the world government; secondly, the infrastructure of the secret power and influence of the behind-the-scenes world government in all spheres of human life.
Of course, the circle of agents of influence behind the scenes of the world is much wider. It covers not only the members of the main mondialist organizations themselves, but also many other structures (I'm not talking about secret Jewish organizations like "B'nai B'rith" and Masonic lodges) created or controlled by world behind-the-scenes figures. There are tens of thousands of such agents of influence in the world. Only in the USA there are many dozens of organizations close to the world behind the scenes.
The world behind the scenes has created a kind of power nomenclature, more efficient and flexible than the one invented by the Jewish Bolsheviks in the USSR. A person who has become a member of one of the organizations of the world behind the scenes secures a high political or business career for life. Depending on the conditions, he is transferred from the chair of the director of the bank to the chair of the president of a corporation or a special fund. He is supported in parliamentary elections. He becomes the leader of the trade union or the chief of a magazine or television company. The most influential figures in the world behind the scenes are those who are simultaneously in its three main organizations - CMO, BC and TC. There are only 23 such people, among them - D. Rockefeller, G. Kissinger, Z. Brzezinski, B. Clinton, D. Corrigan, Lord Winston, R. McNamara. About 150 members of the world behind the scenes are simultaneously in two organizations. Among them, for example, the notorious D. Soros (member of the BK and CFR), as well as the president of the famous Western television company CNN W. Johnson (member of the CFR and TC).
Members of the organizations of the world behind the scenes are the main nomenclature reserve for the selection of the leadership of international organizations. All high-ranking representatives of the United States and Western countries in the UN belong to the world behind the scenes. At least one member of the Council on Foreign Relations is listed as a kind of commissioner of the world behind the scenes under the UN Secretary General in the rank of his deputy. The anti-Slavic, anti-Russian, anti-Orthodox orientation of the world behind the scenes, clearly marked from the very beginning of the activities of their organizations, has created a whole "" school "" of behind-the-scenes Russophobe politicians. Without exception, all US ambassadors in our country were supporters of the Cold War against Russia and advocated the dismemberment of the USSR. All of them, starting with the Cold War ideologue D. Kennan and A. Harriman, were members of the Council on Foreign Relations.
Of the former socialist countries, the members of the main organizations of the world behind the scenes are the Polish Minister of Foreign Affairs A. Olekhovsky (Bilderberg Club) and ex-president USSR M. Gorbachev (Trilateral Commission). However, the membership of the latter in this organization did not last long. The world behind the scenes, having moved him to treason, nevertheless did not really trust the traitor. Gorbachev's current participation in mondialist structures (except for the World Forum, in which he plays a key role) is reduced to the functions of a consultant (informant). Today, a new cohort of agents of Western influence and traitors to the Motherland plays a special role in the activities of mondialist organizations. Among them are primarily people with dual Russian-Israeli citizenship. Until recently, all the key figures of the criminal-cosmopolitan government of Yeltsin had this status - former Prime Minister S. Kiriyenko, Deputy Prime Ministers Chubais, Nemtsov, Urinson; ministers Yasin, Livshits, Berezovsky, as well as many other high-ranking officials of the Russian White House. These people, obsessed with pathological hatred of Russia and boundless passion for profit, feel in our country the missionaries of the "chosen" people and therefore behave like Israeli invaders in Palestine. The nature of their mission is known from the Protocols of Zion and does not require much explanation.
A 1936 Council of Foreign Relations handbook gives the following details regarding the founding of the organization:
During the Paris Peace Conference on May 30, 1919, several senior members of the delegation met at the Majestic Hotel to discuss the creation of an international group that would advise the respective governments on international affairs. The US was represented by General Tasker H. Bleese (Chief of Staff of the US Army), Colonel Edward M. House, Whitney, H. Shepherdson, Dr. James T. Shotwell, and Professor Archibald Coolidge. Britain was unofficially represented by Lord Robert Cecil, Lionel Curtis, Lord Eustis Percy and Harold Temperley. The participants of the meeting called the organization the Institute of International Relations. However, at a meeting held on June 5, 1919, the founders decided that it was best to create separate organizations that would cooperate with each other. As a result, they founded the New York-based Council on Foreign Relations and its sister organization, the Royal Institute of International Affairs in London, also known as the Chatham House Study Group, to provide advice to the British government. Auxiliary organization- The Institute of Pacific Relations - was created to deal exclusively with the Far East region. Organizations such as the Institute Foreign Policy(Institut für Auswartige Politik) and the Center for Foreign Policy Studies (Santre D "Etude de Politik Etranszher) respectively ...
Baron Edmond de Rothschild of France presided over the Paris Conference and each of the founders of the Royal Institute received his endorsement. The same thing happened with regard to the Council of Foreign Relations, which was unofficially established on July 29, 1921.
Funding for the creation of the CMO came from J.P. Morgan, Bernard Baruch, Otto Kahn, Jacob Schiff, Paul Warburg, John D. Rockefeller, and others. This is the same group that took part in the creation of the Federal Reserve.
The original board of directors included Isaiah Bowman, Archibald Coolidge, John W. Daves, Norman X. Davies, Stephen Duggan, Otto Kahn, William Shepherd, Whitney Shepardson and Paul Warburg.
The directors of the Council of Foreign Relations since 1921 have been prominent figures as Walter Lippmann (1932-1937), Alley Stevenson (1958-1962), Saire Vance (1968-1976, 1981-1987), Zbigniew Brzezinski (1972-1977), Robert O. Andersen (1974-1980), Paul Volcker (1975-1979), Theodore M. Hesburgh (1926-1985), Lane Kirkland (1976-1986), George X. W. Bush (1977-1979), Henry Kissinger (1977-1981), David Rockefeller (1949-1985 ), George Schultz (1980-1988), Alan Greenspan (1982-1988), Brent Scowcroft (1983-1989), Jane J. Kirkpatrick (1985-) and Richard B. Sheni (1987-1989) .
The most influential person in CFR over the past two decades has been David Rockefeller, grandson of John D. Rockefeller. As director of the CMO for thirty-six years, David was also chairman of the board of directors from 1970 to 1985 and remains honorary chairman of the organization. In the same period of time, he served as chairman of the Chase Manhattan Bank.
There is nothing to fear that the Rockefellers will eventually lose control of the CFR. The next generation of its members is preparing to continue the tradition. David Jr., John D. IV and Rodman S. Rockefeller are currently members of the Council on Foreign Relations.
As noted earlier, the Rees Committee determined that the CFR was funded by the Rockefeller and Carneg foundations. The commission also examined the Institute of Pacific Relations as a subsidiary of the CFR and stated that the CFR "persistently promotes the globalist concept."
More recently, between 1987 and 1990, CFR has received significant contributions and special gifts from leading organizations and individuals such as Chemical Bank, City Bank (City Corporation), Morgan Guarantee Trust, John D. and Katherine T. MacArthur, ARCO, Readers Digest, British Petroleum American Corporation, Mercedes Benz in North America, Seagram & Sons, Newsweek, The Washington Post Company, The Rockefeller Brothers Foundation, The Rockefeller Family and Associates, The Rockefeller Foundation, and David Rockefeller.
During the same time, CMO received significant amounts from other large corporations and foundations. Some of them are: American Express Philanthropic Program, Asia Foundation, Association of Television and Radio News Analysts, Carnegie Corporation of New York, General Motors Corporation, Ford Foundation, Rockefeller Foundation, Alfred P. Sloan Foundation, General Electric Foundation , Hulet, Andrew W. Melan and Xerox .
The Board currently has 2,670 members, of which 952 are based in New York, 339 in Boston, and 730 in Washington, D.C.. The list of its members, as we shall see, is similar to an extract from the American Who's Who and includes most of the highest-ranking figures in national government, business, education, the army, the media, banking, and so on. The CFR, in addition to its headquarters in New York, has 38 affiliated organizations, known as the Committees on Foreign Relations, which are located in many major cities in the United States.
Rear Admiral Chester Ward, who was a member of the CFR for sixteen years, warned the American people:
“The most powerful cabal among these elite groups has one common goal - to deprive the United States of sovereignty and national independence. Another clique consisting of international members CFR... includes international Wall Street banks and their key agents. They need, first of all, an international banking monopoly, with the help of which world government can be achieved.
Dan Smoot, formerly of the FBI Headquarters in Washington DC and one of the early investigators of the CFR, in the following way defines the purpose of the organization: ultimate goal Council of Foreign Relations ... is ... the creation of a single world socialist system and the transformation of the United States into one of its official parts. All this, of course, will be done in the name of democracy.
Congressman John R. Rarick, who is extremely concerned about the growing influence of the CFR and has gone to great lengths to expose the organization, warns:
“The Council on Foreign Relations, dedicated to achieving one world government and funded by some of the largest tax-exempt funds, wields power and influence over our society in the areas of finance, business, labor, military, education, and media. This should be known to every American who is interested in having good governance and a quality system of private enterprise, concerned with the preservation and protection of the US Constitution.
However, the national "mechanism for exercising the right to know" - the mass media - and usually very aggressive in informing our people, remains apparently silent when anyone gets to the CFR, its members and their activities. I noticed that even students and people who graduated from universities know very little about the Council on Foreign Relations.
CFR is the "ruling circles". He not only wields influence and power in decision-making at the highest levels of government, not only exerts pressure from above, but also finances and uses individuals and certain groups in order to exercise pressure from below and find justification for accepted highest level decisions to transform the United States from an independent constitutional republic into a subordinate member of a single world dictatorial regime.
Any doubts I had about the true purpose of the CFR fell away after I learned of the declarations made by members of the CFR in support of world government over the years. For example, on February 17, 1950, CFR member James Warburg, testifying before the Senate Foreign Relations Commission, declared: "We will have a one world government, whether you like it or not - by force or voluntarily."
The second case is described in the April 1974 issue of the CMO magazine Foreign Effects (p. 558). Richard Gardner stated that the New World Order “must be created from the bottom up rather than from the top down. It will all look like a "raging and roaring mess" ... however, by corroding national sovereignty piece by piece in this way, we will achieve much more than with the help of an old-fashioned frontal attack.
And in the seventh issue of the Study, a special issue of the CFR published on November 25, 1959, the Council declared that its purpose was to support the "creation of a New International Order" that could be the answer to the world's aspirations for peace and social and economic change. The world order ... including countries that call themselves socialist (communist) ".
The WMO has been informally using the term New World Order (or New International Order) ever since its inception to refer to the coming one world governance. However, since the autumn of 1990, members of the CFR began to use this name openly for the first time in order to prepare society for the coming changes. They hope that if Americans hear this phrase often enough even before the creation of world governance, then it is likely that they will not resist the idea of a new order and will not feel threatened by it when its time comes.
It must be explained that the expression "New World Order" has been used by enlightened Freemasonry since the days of Weishaupt to refer to the coming world community, in which, after its construction, the Antichrist will rule. One of the secret symbols of enlightened Freemasonry reflecting this message was placed on the back of our one dollar bill during the reign of Franklin D. Roosevelt. Roosevelt himself was a 33rd (highest) degree Freemason and an important member of the Council of Foreign Relations.) This Masonic symbol consists of a pyramid with the all-seeing eye of Osiris and Baal above it. Under the pyramid in Latin is written "Novus Ordo Seclorum" - "The New Order of the Ages" (or the New World Order).

This symbol was created by Masonic circles and in 1782 became the official image on the great state seal of the United States. While the seal itself was no mystery, the symbol remained largely unknown to the American people for over 150 years, until it was placed on the one dollar bill printed by the Federal Reserve.
At the time the printing project was being developed, the organization plan for the New World Order was in its infancy and had not yet been completed. This symbolizes the last stone of the pyramid, separated from its rest. However, when the one world order is built and the one world government is in place, then the last stone will join with the rest of the pyramid, thus heralding the completion of the task. The hierarchy of Freemasonry and occult societies, which resembles a pyramidal structure with many levels, will be completed when the Antichrist takes a dominant place at the top of the pyramid. As a result of my research, I have found that CFR and the Illuminati have much more in common than simply using the same terminology.
One reason for our ignorance of the Council of Foreign Relations is its rules requiring (like the Illuminati bylaws) that important meetings of its members be kept secret. Article II of the organization's charter reads:
“A prerequisite for membership in the CMO is compliance with the rules and regulations imposed from time to time by the Board of Directors regarding the conduct of CMO meetings and statements made at them. Subject to Article 1, any public disclosure or other act contrary to these rules may, at the sole discretion of the Board of Directors, be considered grounds for the expulsion or suspension of the membership of a member.
And the 1990 CFR report (p. 182) states that “it would be against” the organizational rule on non-disclosure of speeches, which each participant in the meeting must obey:
“(a) not publish the speaker's report in any form in a newspaper; (b) not to repeat the report on television, radio, in the public address or in the classroom; or (c) not go beyond the limited circulation by distributing any report in a private company or government agency newsletter... A meeting participant may not knowingly transmit the contents of the reports to a newspaper reporter or other person who can be expected to publish in the media . The essence of the rule is quite simple: a participant in Council meetings must not make statements in such places and under such circumstances where there is a real risk that it will be immediately widely distributed or published.
That's freedom of speech for you! If the purpose of the CFR is not to sway American politics towards the idea of a world government, then why does its operation require such secrecy?
In the course of its mission to bring the American people into the New World Order, the CFR employs a strategy similar to Adam Weishaupt's - to surround members of the Council with high-ranking individuals, especially key officials who serve as advisers in the executive branch of the American government until such time as the CFR is in complete control of them. This method is also applied in the fields of education, media, military and banking with the aim of making the members of the CFR leaders in each of these areas.
It's very simple: the goal of CFR is to influence all areas public life so that one day Americans wake up in the morning to see that the One World Order system is in full swing, whether they want it or not. The CFR hopes to bring Americans to a point where entering the system of world government will seem to them as natural and American as baseball and apple pie. Perhaps this all sounds absurd, but... only until humanity realizes how far the plans of the CMO have already gone.
Using Illuminist tactics and with the support of major globalist funds, the CFR has been able to move ahead with its plans quickly and relatively easily. In the 20-30s of the XX century, the organization managed to gain influence in the Democratic Party, and in the 40s to gain a foothold in the Republican Party. Thanks to the support of Franklin Roosevelt at the start of World War II, the CFR gained control of the State Department, and therefore of American foreign policy. Rene Warmser of the Rees Committee explains how this happened:
"When the Second World War, the organization actually turned into an agent of the government. The Rockefeller Foundation began funding some of the research, known as the Institute for War and Peace Research, mostly conducted by members of the Council. The State Department at one time took up these studies itself, but retained the main staff provided to it by the Council of Foreign Relations.

Publication by an unknown author "Occult Technology of Power"(1974) is an inspired account of how the Illuminati bankers seized power and ruled the world. This publication confirms many of my wildest assumptions, including the nature of the Council on Foreign Relations. (More on it below).
That's what made me think that this document was indeed a crash course for a successor to the Illuminati.

Only after reading to the end did I discover these reservations: “Any resemblance of these characters to persons living or dead is purely coincidental. Any similarity between their methodology and the existing methodology of the ruling elite is purely coincidental.”
It is clear that this is the creative work of an astute observer, based on many years of research. My main comment concerns the author's suggestion that there is more competition between the banking dynasties, "my colleagues abroad", than I think there is. Otherwise, this document is a found treasure trove of understanding the essence of how the Illuminati actually operate. SMO is an example.

COUNCIL FOR INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS
Illuminati bankers use thousands of seemingly innocuous associations to destroy and control society. This way of recruiting collaborators subtly signals to opportunists which strategies are blessed with the power of money.
In "Occult Technology" states that "the hierarchy of prestigious associations is crowned by one prestigious society - the Council of international affairs… The Council is at the heart of what is called “the powers that be,” and we are at the heart of the Council.”
Since founding this organization in 1949, the founders declare that it is "a private, non-profit organization dedicated to informing citizens on matters of national and international importance."

Currently* fourteen out of seventeen politicians are members of the Council on Foreign Relations (webpage: cfr.org). The other two, Rumsfeld (now a member of the Trilateral Commission) and Laird, are former CFR members. The only one of the seventeen who does not belong to this organization is George Walker Bush himself. But he is a member of Yale University's oldest secret society of students, the Skull and Bones.
