Everyone who will face the service in a company order will have to know. They are reflected in the Charter of the Internal Service of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

I would like to note that orderlies in the company should know the duties of the duty officer, as they will have to serve for him while the latter is resting.

Duties of the orderly in the company.

The orderly for the company is appointed from among the soldiers. It is allowed to appoint orderlies for the company of sergeants and foremen passing military service on the military posts soldier. The company orderly is responsible for the safety of weapons under his protection, cabinets (boxes) with pistols, boxes of ammunition, company property and personal belongings of soldiers and sergeants. wake up personnel during general rise, as well as at night in case of an alarm or fire; give commands in a timely manner according to the daily routine;

monitor the cleanliness and order in the premises and demand their observance from the military personnel;

do not allow military personnel to leave the premises undressed in cold weather, especially at night;

ensure that military personnel smoke, clean shoes and clothes only in the premises or places designated for this;

upon arrival at the company of direct superiors from the company commander and above and the regiment on duty, give the command "Attention"; upon arrival in the company of other officers of the company, as well as the foreman of the company and military personnel not from their own company, call the duty officer.

The next orderly is forbidden to sit down, take off his equipment and unbutton his clothes.

The duty officer of a free shift is obliged to maintain cleanliness and order in the premises of the company and not to go anywhere without the permission of the company officer on duty, to assist him in restoring order in case of violation of the statutory rules of relations between the military personnel of the company; remaining for the duty officer in the company, perform his duties.

When quartering a company in locality one of the orderlies must always be on the street, in a place established by the company commander and equipped with a canopy for protection from the weather.

The orderly is obliged to always know where the company duty officer is located, and to observe the observance by the military personnel of the order and rules of wearing military uniform clothes. He reports all observed violations to the company officer on duty.

Duties of the officer on duty

Duty officer appointed from sergeants and, as an exception, from among the most trained soldiers. He is responsible for the implementation of the daily routine (work time regulations) and compliance with other maintenance rules internal order in the mouth; for the safety of weapons, ammunition boxes, company property, personal belongings of soldiers and sergeants, and for the proper performance of orderly duty. After the divorce, the officer on duty, together with the shift officer on duty, checks and accepts weapons, boxes of ammunition and stamps on them, property according to the inventories, checks the availability and serviceability of fire extinguishing equipment, communications and warning, after which the duty officers sign in the book for the acceptance and delivery of duty (appendix No. 10).

Weapons are accepted individually, by numbers and in completeness. In this case, the serviceability of the locks is checked, burglar alarm, cabinets and other equipment, as well as the integrity of seals.

After the surrender and acceptance of duty, the replaced and interceding duty officers report to the company commander or the person replacing him on the surrender and acceptance of duty, and in the absence of the company commander (the person replacing him) - to the foreman of the company.

take urgent measures to restore order in case of any incidents in the company and violation of the statutory rules of relations between the military personnel of the company; immediately report this to the duty officer of the regiment and the company commander or the person replacing him, and in the absence of the company commander or the person replacing him, to the foreman of the company;

monitor the availability and good condition of the company's fire extinguishing equipment and security alarms in the rooms for storing weapons, compliance with fire safety requirements in the company (smoking is allowed only in designated areas, drying uniforms only in dryers, monitor compliance with the rules for firing stoves and using lamps) ;

at the command of the duty officer for the regiment, close the doors of the barracks for constipation, and allow the arrival of persons to carry out the call of the alarm after preliminary familiarization;

call the fire brigade in the event of a fire, take measures to extinguish it and immediately report to the duty officer of the regiment and the company commander, as well as take measures to withdraw people and remove weapons and property from premises that are in danger;

timely change orderlies; by order of the foreman of the company, send units assigned to work and various teams, as well as send all those who are sick and are subject to examination by a doctor to the medical center;

to line up at the appointed hour those dismissed from the location of the regiment, report on this to the foreman of the company and, on his orders, present them to the regiment on duty;

transfer the performance of his duties to one of the daymen of the free shift, leaving the company premises on business, as well as during his rest;

to receive from the foreman of the company, after the evening verification, information about those who are absent, and if there are unauthorized absentees, a list of these military personnel indicating their military rank, surname, name and patronymic, proposed location and report to the duty officer of the regiment.

Divorce of the daily order is carried out in the manner prescribed by the Charter of the garrison and guard services of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. The divorce is made by the intervening duty officer of the regiment at the time set by the regiment commander.

- call the fire brigade in the event of a fire, take measures to extinguish it and immediately report to the duty officer of the regiment and the company commander, as well as take measures to withdraw people and remove weapons and property from premises that are in danger;
- timely change orderlies; by order of the foreman of the company, send units assigned to work and various teams, as well as send all those who are sick and are subject to examination by a doctor to the medical center;
- line up at the appointed hour those dismissed from the location of the regiment, report on this to the foreman of the company and, on his orders, present them to the regiment on duty;
- transfer the performance of their duties to one of the daymen of the free shift, leaving the company premises on business, as well as during their rest;
- to receive from the foreman of the company after the evening verification information about those who are absent, and if there are unauthorized absentees - a list of these military personnel indicating their military rank, last name, first name and patronymic, expected location and report to the regiment on duty.

For example: “Comrade Captain. In the 1st tank company, the evening verification was carried out, all the people are present, with the exception of two people who are on vacation, three people are on duty. Sergeant Ivanov, on duty in the company;
- to report after the morning inspection to the duty officer of the regiment by means of communication about the presence of the personnel of the company, about incidents during the night, and if there are latecomers from dismissal and unauthorized absentees, present their list;
- monitor the thorough cleaning and maintenance of the company's premises, maintaining the established air temperature in them, observing the order of lighting, heating, ventilating the premises, the presence of drinking water in tanks and water in the washbasins, as well as cleaning the area assigned to the company;
- to maintain order when eating by the personnel of the company; at the direction of the foreman of the company, timely submit applications to the dining room attendant for leaving food to persons who are on duty or absent on official business;
- upon arrival at the company of direct superiors from the company commander and above, the regiment on duty, as well as inspecting (checking) persons, give the command "Attention", report to them and accompany them to the location of the company.

The duty officer only introduces himself to other officers, ensigns and the foreman of the company.

Upon the arrival of officers not from their own company, the company duty officer also introduces himself to them and accompanies them to the company commander.

In the case when the arriving commander (chief) is met by the company commander and reports to him, the company duty officer present only introduces himself.

301. When deployed in a populated area, the company duty officer, in addition, observes that soldiers and sergeants do not leave the area where the company is located, do not enter places that are forbidden to visit, while being on the street, observe order and the established form of clothing, do not allow unworthy behavior towards the civilian population. The servicemen, seen in violation of the order, are detained by the company on duty and sent to the foreman of the company.

The order of acceptance and delivery of duty

299. After a divorce, the on-duty duty officer, together with the duty officer to be replaced, checks and accepts weapons, boxes of ammunition and seals on them, property according to inventories, checks the availability and serviceability of fire extinguishing equipment, communications and warnings, after which the duty officers sign in the book of acceptance and delivery of duty (Appendix No. 10).

Weapons are accepted individually, by numbers and in completeness. At the same time, the serviceability of locks, burglar alarms, cabinets and other equipment, as well as the integrity of the seals, is checked.

After the surrender and acceptance of duty, the replaced and interceding duty officers report to the company commander or the person replacing him on the surrender and acceptance of duty, and in the absence of the company commander (the person replacing him) - to the foreman of the company.

The interceding officer on duty in the company reports on all the comments made and instructions given to the officers on duty in the regiment on the divorce, on the presence of weapons, as well as on malfunctions or shortages discovered during the reception of duty.
