Most of the beaches are sandy, which only adds to their charm and allows you to have a good rest here with the kids. The absence of large pebbles, sharp stones, a flat bottom with a gentle slope - often even three-year-old toddlers calmly enter the water and parents do not worry at all.

The swimming season in Evpatoria is long: from mid-May to mid-October. Of course, the water temperature is not like in the South Coast, but it is quite enough for pleasant water procedures + 21 ... + 25. In the coastal zone in shallow water, the water warms up to +26..+28C.

City and municipal beaches are conditionally free: admission is free, but you will have to pay for additional services. It is better to come no later than 8-9 o'clock in the morning, otherwise there will be no free sunbeds. The crowdedness of city beaches is a minus, cleanliness, functionality, the presence of lifeguards, sanitary zones, and infrastructure are a plus.

Beach on the Monai lake

Lake Monai is a beach where people go not only to sunbathe, but also to be treated. Unique healing properties help with many diseases. By the way, if you don't know how to swim, come here. The depth is 1 meter, the high salinity of the water - you will not be able to drown, even if you want to, the water will push it to the surface. The width of the beach is up to 35 meters, the length is along the entire coast, it is about 2 km.

The peculiarity is the saturation with salts, because of which, at the first entry into the water, the skin will tingle a little, but then the feeling passes and only a pleasant gentle roughness of the water and weightlessness remain. It is 3.5 km from the city center to the beach, it is better to get there by transport from Simferopolskaya to Kirov street, turn left and see the coastal strip.

But fixed-route taxis go from the station "Evpatoria Kurort" and in a direct way to Lake Monai (or it can be written "Magnat Beach").

Tycoon Beach

But there is no flea market, a huge territory is looked through by lifeguards and is kept in perfect cleanliness, there is where to leave the car (there is convenient parking near the beach), there are no sharp stones, splinters, grass, silt bottom and other troubles that overshadow the rest.

On the embankment. Tereshkova has amazing concrete beaches. It takes about half an hour to walk from the city center to them, but it is impossible not to notice these places of rest - they stretch along the entire embankment, and are stepped concrete slabs, which are at the same time a place to rest (lying). A great alternative to sand if the traveler does not like it when something sticks in slippers and interferes with walking. The uniqueness of the beach is that there is a great opportunity to jump from the pier and swim underwater, surrounded by half-sunk boats.

The territorial location (in the city center) dictates its own rules: there are always a lot of people on the beach. It does not interfere with the fact that the stoves are literally heated by noon, there are no attractions and children's entertainment, there is no infrastructure, there are no lifeguards and other amenities. And the best way to get here is either by tram number 1 or minibus number 1 from the city center, reaching the Embankment, or on foot through shady parks. There will be nowhere to put the car, this is also a minus. The beach is not suitable for families with children.

Solaris Beach and Oasis

The beaches of Solaris, Oasis are two excellent recreation areas located nearby. You can get on the tram number 1 directly to the place. A very clean beach, well-groomed areas, the presence of sun loungers, children's attractions, numerous services, infrastructure, a cafe, a first-aid post, changing rooms and even flower beds - the rest will be really pleasant.

In addition, the beaches are equipped with fountains with drinking water, the coastal strip is sand and pebble, the entrance to the sea is sandy, gentle and without pebbles. But sometimes, from a large concentration of vacationers, turbidity rises from the bottom, so it is best to swim away from the coast. By the way, if you forgot your towels, eat or want ice cream with fruit, you will be provided with everything: small shops of private traders are scattered everywhere. The price is a bit expensive, but it's still the south beach!

Beaches on Simferopolskaya street

A huge number of beaches or one large one are located on Simferopolskaya Street. The street stretches along the entire coast, so finding a place to relax is not difficult. The pebble-sand coastal strip is replaced by sand as soon as the sea begins. You don’t have to pay anything for entry, but a sunbed, sanitary areas, a shower room are paid.

There are good entertainment attractions for children, developed infrastructure, not far from the trolley bus stop, minibus number 1, there is where to park the car. By the way, Simferopolskaya Street stretches all over the city, you won't have to look for a passage.

City beach on Frunze street

Central city beach - favorite place recreation for all tourists. It is located on Frunze street No. 1. All minibuses go there from anywhere in the city, there is a parking place for cars. And, of course, the beach itself is extremely clean, well-groomed, equipped with all conceivable entertainment and amenities. But there are a couple of drawbacks: a huge crowd of people every day wants to sunbathe here, the water in shallow water warms up quickly, stagnates and the rapid growth of algae begins. Plus a bad smell.

Sunshine Beach

But where exactly you need to visit with the kids is on the Sunshine Beach! The unique children's beach is equipped with the best entertainment complex, plus there is a water park with the same name nearby. The beach area itself is small, only 460 meters, the coating is sandy and pebbly, and the bottom of the sea is dotted with rather large pebbles. Entrance is paid, from 80 rubles per person, there are a lot of people. You can get there by train, bus or private car. By car, go towards Saki, at the exit from the city (highway P25), literally turn your head to the right and see a large signboard with pointers. From the bus station on the minibus "Evpatoria - Saki" get to the stop "Sun", the train "Evpatoria-Simferopol" to the same stop. A very nice addition is a huge territory. You can come here with tents, set up temporary housing and relax as much as you like. Payment is minimal, no more than $2-5 per day. Good parking for cars, there are clowns, a dance floor, bars - this is a real "city of entertainment" available to all travelers.

Knight's beach in Evpatoria

Knight's Beach is a gallant place of rest. It is located in the east, you can get there by tram number 1, minibus number 6, 7 or by car along Simferopolskaya Street almost to the end. Cote d'Azur- the beach, considered one of the best. This right place of rest occupies because of the vastness of the well-groomed territory. There is also a place for camping, parking a car, there are non-smoking areas, excellent infrastructure, but the prices, by the way, are very low.

Kids will definitely like inflatable slides, adults will enjoy the opportunity to rent catamarans, the sand and pebble coating will please everyone, as well as the availability of sun loungers, awnings, sunbeds for rent. The Cote d'Azur is fully equipped for the needs of vacationers: a first-aid post, lifeguards, changing rooms, showers, sanitary zones - everything is there. You can get there different ways.
