General information about the university

Moscow Automobile and Highway State technical university was established in 1930. The university specializes in training highly qualified specialists in the field of road transport, industrial construction, automated systems management.

The university's students are about 10 thousand students studying at 8 faculties in 22 specialties. As part of the international program, 67 students study at the university foreign countries. For such students, our own special faculty has been organized.

Students can choose full-time, evening, correspondence and distance learning. For applicants, there are training courses in subjects such as physics, mathematics, Russian language and social studies. In addition, within the educational institution there are two faculties that provide advanced training for road transport workers and teachers of various educational institutions. Student life at MADI

Moscow Automobile and Highway State Technical University is also famous for its active student body. Every year, students take part in the capital’s student parade in early September, organize excursions and themed trips, take part in KVN and various city competitions. MADI also has own driving school, rallies and races are held.

The best students and activists of the trade union committee are given the opportunity to relax and improve their health for free at the expense of their favorite university, in the winter in a boarding house near Moscow, and in the summer on the Black Sea shore.
