But Einstein simply thought differently. In 1921 he received the Nobel Prize in Physics for his explanation of the photoelectric effect and "for his service to theoretical physics". Theoretical physicist, one of the founders of modern theoretical physics, humanist public figure, honorary doctor of about 20 leading universities in the world, member of many Academies of Sciences, author of more than 300 scientific works and about 150 books and articles in various fields, who developed several significant physical theories and predicted "quantum teleportation", is today considered one of the most prominent scientists of the 20th century.

Little Winston Churchill studied poorly at school and had speech problems. In the 6th grade, he was the last in academic performance, exams at the Royal military school, where he also did not particularly shine with success, passed only on the third attempt and lost in every public position that he held.

Thomas Edison

As a child, Edison's teacher once told him that he was too dumb to learn anything. And yet, before the appearance of the first working light bulb, he created about 9 thousand unsuccessful experiments.
Given all this, the list of successful losers would not be complete without Thomas Edison, the owner of 1093 patents, who gave the world a lot of inventions that dramatically changed life in the 20th century.
Although, they say that Edison was still that rogue and swindler who stole all his inventions from other scientists ...

Steven Spielberg

Flying out of school early age, he was persuaded to return to the class for children with learning difficulties. But this happiness did not last long. A month later, he was expelled again forever. But this was not what saddened Steven Spielberg the most, but the inability to enter the film school at the University of Southern California, which he dreamed of. He was refused three times, citing the fact that he was "too mediocre."
Instead, Spielberg went to UC Long Beach, and ended up directing the biggest $2.7 billion blockbusters in cinematic history, receiving 3 Oscars, the Legion of Honor, the Medal of Freedom, and an honorary degree in 1994. year from the film school, which refused him three times.

Henry Ford

The first Ford company went bankrupt. The second he abandoned himself due to disagreements. The third went downhill due to declining sales.
All this did not stop Henry Ford from creating the Ford Motor Company, the first in the world to use the assembly line in the production of affordable cars. It not only revolutionized the industry of the United States and Europe, but also greatly influenced the economy and society of the 20th century. A combination of mass production, high salaries and low prices gave rise to the concept of "Fordism", making him one of the three most famous and wealthy people in the world at that time.

Joanne Rowling

At some point in her life, J.K. Rowling was penniless, deeply depressed, divorced, unemployed, forced to raise her daughter on her own on social security while writing the manuscript for the first Harry Potter book. Then he returned home, locked himself in his room and sobbed all day.
But, time passed, and Michael Jordan became the greatest basketball player of all time, whose proud number 23 was longed to be worn on his jersey by all the boys who were passionate about sports. Combining a unique combination of grace, speed, strength, skill, improvisation and an unquenchable thirst for competition, this phenomenal athlete has managed to redefine the concept of an NBA superstar without outside help.

The Beatles

It is hard to believe that the four enthusiastic musicians were rejected by many record companies, claiming that "guitar bands are becoming obsolete." Decca Recording Studios said, "We don't like their sound. They have no future in show business."
Who knew that the Beatles would sign a contract with EMI, bring BeatleMania to the States and become the greatest band in the history of music, whose fame will shake for generations to come long years after the collapse of the group itself.

Someone was lucky, someone had connections, and someone was born talented and could not help but become successful. This is how the vast majority thinks, which is not ready to lift a finger on a finger in order to change anything in their lives.

Some of them are really hardworking people, but they are so mired in the daily routine of life that they have forgotten what they once dreamed of.

What's more, they will even fight to stand up for their beliefs and erect barriers to people obsessed with their success.

The life of most people resembles a bus route with a sign "Maternity Hospital - Cemetery". And there would be nothing wrong with that if there were intermediate stops on the indicated route, worthy of genuine amazement, respect and pride, but as a rule there are none.

Absolutely anyone can get an education, a job, start a family.

And even though life ordinary person is not easy and is a daily struggle, it is simply nothing compared to the obstacles that completely different people have to overcome, those who dare to embark on the path of success and not take their eyes off their dreams.

Talent, abilities, money, connections, dishonest ways to achieve success ... It's all just empty, nothing meaningful words for those who can call themselves successful, these are reasons to explain their own laziness and unwillingness to change their values, it's just dust.

Actually the quality successful people have nothing to do with established public opinion.

3. Discipline

The lack of this quality broke many people who began to change values and came to thorny path success, but for some reason fell out of the race.

This thought simply turns everything inside and works out in the inevitability of success.

7. Proper level

A successful person is sure that he deserves to get what he wants. "What if it's not for me" ... He does not allow such thoughts. I want - I can.

The path to success is incredibly difficult, but those who dare to go through it begin to experience joy from the discomfort in which they find themselves.

A successful person takes pleasure in the fact that, unlike others, he is able to do what he has to do in order to achieve his success. And you can become so, do not even hesitate.

People mistakenly believe that success is money, real estate, a high position, a fast-moving career, popularity with a certain group in society. But in reality, everything is not so simple. Success is a state of a person, a certain set of personality traits that allow you to achieve your goals in life. To bring recognition closer, you need to figure out what qualities a successful person should have.

Concept of success

Each person understands success differently. It depends on the intellectual and cultural level of the individual, the rules adopted in society, the characteristics of education, and value orientations. There is no universal concept of success, but you can make a list of classic features that characterize it.

Aspects that form success:

  1. Faith in the future, the presence of dreams and clear goals. Positive attitude towards what is happening.
  2. Love for your work.
  3. Out of the box thinking, creativity.
  4. Honesty towards yourself and others.
  5. Adequate response to errors. Learning from one's own and others' shortcomings. After each failure, an analysis of the reasons that led to the fiasco is carried out. Adequate conclusions are drawn, which will help to avoid the same type of mistakes in the future. Any failure only makes you stronger.
  6. Structured and organized Everyday life.
  7. Focus on self-development and self-improvement. The ability to see the benefits and opportunities. Invest in your development and improvement.
  8. Taking care of your body, playing sports, active lifestyle, proper sleep, proper nutrition.

Based on the above aspects, you can try to form a simple concept of the phenomenon under consideration.

Success is the achievement of set goals through thoughtful and systematic decisions and actions. In a narrower sense, success is a positive result in any activity, recognition of the dignity of a person in society.

Characteristics of a successful person

Requirements for success in different socio-cultural groups vary significantly. In the professional field, success can mean:

  • career victories, obtaining a leadership position;
  • practical achievements, consisting in the commission real discoveries achieving outstanding performance.

Success must be assessed from the standpoint of relativity, application to a particular field of activity. A popular actor is a successful person in terms of recognition, professional demand and income. But such people often face difficulties in the personal and domestic spheres. In these areas, they fail after failure, which does not allow them to be considered successful. Everything is relative and depends on the point of view from which the problem is considered.

AT modern world with its ease of communication, there is an opportunity to learn about the qualities and skills of successful people in social networks, forums and websites. So, a special ask service (ask.fm) allows you to ask any user whom you consider an example to follow, what qualities are key to success.

Nine qualities of a successful person

What makes a person successful is a certain set of personal and psychological characteristics. Each field of activity requires its own qualities of a successful person. But, despite such conventionality, it is possible to identify key properties and characteristics that are important to possess.

Confidence in yourself and your abilities

Any person can solve the key life tasks. But nothing in life comes easy. In order to get something, you must first make some effort. You should not wait for someone to bring you what you want, in life no one owes anything to people. Achieving goals requires hard work and diligence.

Therefore, it is important to believe in yourself and your strengths. No need to pay attention to the difficulties and failures, they will be always and everywhere.

purposefulness

Orientation in thoughts and actions to achieve the goal. Persistence, inflexibility on the way to solving the problem.

Self-discipline and self-control

Discipline and control imply the meaningful nature of one's behavior, the ability to prioritize on to-do lists. Controlling your behavior allows you to avoid unnecessary and harmful situations. Discipline makes it possible to focus on solving the most pressing problems. For success, it is important to shape these qualities so that they are inherent without pressure from outside. People who do not have them cannot engage in useful activities without the control of their parents, leader, spouse.

Ability to plan and manage time

The presence of goals, setting goals, the formation of a clear and structured plan allows you to see your path, avoid useless actions, understand why this activity is necessary, what will follow the solution of this task.

The ability to plan automatically leads to the formation of time management skills. A clear sequence of actions reduces the likelihood of distraction, taking useless steps.

High work capacity

To achieve goals, you need to work hard and act. The organism must have the appropriate resources of a physical, intellectual, psychological and emotional nature. If a person knows where to go, he believes in achieving a result, he will not have problems with working capacity. In the absence of goals and self-confidence, a person will be lazy, he will not be able to find the necessary resources in his body.

Sociability

Success in most areas of activity depends on position in society. For recognition in society, networking and productive exchange of information, it is important to be sociable. In this context, factors are important: flexibility in communication, the ability to adapt to the interlocutor, the ability to find common topics and interests.

An important skill for any person is the ability not only to speak, but also to listen. People appreciate those who know how to support a topic with interest.

Patience

Achieving success is a long and painstaking path, on which a lot of difficulties and problems await a person. The stories of successful scientists, businessmen, and politicians show that people had to endure numerous failures before gaining recognition. Patience, will and perseverance allowed them to come to success. After each failure, they found the strength to start all over again.

Responsibility

The ability to plan actions with an assessment of the consequences for oneself and others. Participate in activities that are feasible. Refusal to perform tasks that are impossible or can bring negative consequences.

Independence

Human activity must be subordinated to goals and individual interests. Interference with privacy is not allowed. Actions and decisions should not be influenced by the opinions and desires of other people. Successful people are focused on themselves, their life goals. For them, there is no concept of envy, because someone else's life does not concern them.

For purposeful people, talking about other people, gossip and discussions are unacceptable. Conversations are directed towards practical, mutually beneficial and useful things.

Four steps to success

There is no universal recipe that will allow you to form all the qualities of a successful person. But there are certain steps that will contribute to the development of personal properties that are useful for achieving life goals.

Steps to achieve success:

  1. Setting short-term, medium-term and long-term goals. It is important that they meet the goal, be specific and logical. The presence of small tasks will allow, with the help of consistent steps, to achieve serious results in the medium and long term. Each of them must be given a reasonable time. Objectives and goals should be flexible so that they can be adjusted in response to changing external conditions.
  2. Reading and self-improvement. It is important to constantly learn, learn about innovations in the field where the goal is to achieve success. Literature should also be selected for these tasks. Reading should not be spontaneous, as well as trainings, courses and training programs. Everything should be systematized and structured.
  3. To hone the qualities of self-control, discipline and planning, it is worth starting to record everything on paper or electronic media. Having a tangible plan for the year, month or day will make it easier to stick to it without violations and deviations. For a better understanding of yourself, introspection, you can start keeping a diary, where you enter all your thoughts, successes and failures, strengths and weaknesses.
  4. It is important to build your life so that all its areas are controlled. You need to exercise daily, read, breathe fresh air, eat right, give up bad habits. Expand your horizons through travel and new acquaintances.

There are many such steps. But even if you only implement the four steps above, you will notice how the better side life: the attitude to life will become more meaningful, the basic qualities of a successful person will be formed. And this is half the way in the process of achieving success in life.

The theme of formation is vital successful personality acquired in recent times in our country of particular relevance and urgency.

The transition to a new system of socio-economic relations caused crisis, accompanied by stressful changes in people's living conditions, in their value orientations and, in general, led to a deterioration in the social health of society. These changes have made Negative influence primarily on the younger generation and led to the fact that a large number of young men and women entering into life experience difficulties in the process of socialization, which manifest themselves in the form of personal failure, lack of ability for professional orientation and reorientation, unexpressed responsibility to themselves, their families .

To ensure an adequate perception of the world by young people, it is necessary to form social competence, which involves the education of such qualities as citizenship, patriotism, a responsible attitude of a person to the state of the society in which he lives, and the ability to design life success and achieve it. Therefore, the task of educating a successful personality is defined as a priority in the Measures for the Development of Education in the Sverdlovsk Region for 2004-2007 [p.6, p.10, p.19].

However, the very concept of life success is very ambiguous. S.I. Ozhegov interprets success as luck in achieving something and public recognition. In the "Concise Explanatory Dictionary of the Russian Language" success is seen as a positive result of any business, achievement in something and recognition of success - one that gives positive results, ends in success.

There are other definitions, but none of them gives a complete and unambiguous answer to the questions that mankind has been asking itself from century to century: what exactly is success in life and what kind of person can be called successful? What is preferable: a multi-million dollar fortune or peace of mind? What role does a person play in their own success? Or is success a matter of chance, luck, Fortune? What helps you achieve success? What qualities of a person help him move up the social ladder? What laws govern this movement? AND? Most importantly, why does a person need to be successful?

The categories of success and life success of a person are the subject of research in psychology (A. Maslow, D. McKelland, J. Atkinson), sociology (P. Sorokin, E. Durkheim, T. Parsons, K. Davis, W. Moore, M. Weber, W. Warner), pedagogy (J. Dewey, A. S. Belkin), social work(M.Richmond) and social pedagogy (M.A.Galagusova, A.V.Mudrik), literature (F.M.Dostoevsky, P.Coelho) and, of course, philosophy (F.Nietzsche, C.Pearce, W.James , S. Hook, F. Schiller, E. Fromm).

Let's try to analyze and summarize the most significant and well-known of the existing concepts and models of human success in life.

A person's desire to achieve success is due to innate animal programs. The biological “success” of a person is expressed in the possession physical strength and speed of behavioral reactions, more developed mental abilities, the ability to navigate in a non-standard situation, etc. This allows the individual to sooner or later take a higher status position in the group and society. From a biological point of view, a higher status increases the chances of an individual to mate, and, consequently, to reproduce more individuals with non-standard, outstanding qualities. This makes it possible in the future for the species as such to reach a higher quality level and more chances to survive in the interspecific struggle.

Initially, the inequality that arose in the early stages of human development due to the natural differences of people in terms of physical data, personal qualities, etc. was unstable and did not lead to the consolidation of statuses. However, over time it starts normative fixing and creation legislative framework for the elevation of individual social groups in society. There was a division of society into rich, prosperous and poor.

Long time concept life success in the minds of people associated with wealth. This was facilitated by the emergence of an ideological basis in the form of the religious concept of Puritanism or Calvinism, which became widespread in the United States and Europe. According to her the main task of a person - to glorify God - and not with prayers, but with earthly deeds, with their professional activities. The increase in the glory of the Lord is the increase in wealth.

The ideas of Calvinism were developed in the philosophical movement that arose in the 70s. 19th century in the United States, called pragmatism (from the Greek pragma - deed, action).

The main ideas of pragmatism as a philosophical doctrine were put forward by the American philosopher, logician and mathematician Charles Pierce (1939-1914). Representatives of this school are the Americans W. James, J. Dewey, S. Hook, the English philosopher F. Schiller.

Pragmatism is often called the philosophy of business, action, thereby emphasizing its practical orientation. According to pragmatism, the only criterion of truth is the success of any undertaking, deed, deed. As the goal of human existence, pragmatism puts forward individual well-being and the possibility of achieving wealth and happiness. The main hero of the philosophy of pragmatism is a businessman, energetic, able to act quickly, imbued with the spirit of individualism, accustomed to relying on his own strength in everything, achieving success.

The ideas of pragmatism have been widespread in the United States for several decades, where they have had a huge impact on science, law, politics, and education. At the beginning of the 20th century. American pragmatism penetrated the countries of Western Europe and some Asian countries, including China. After the Second World War, this current gave way to other currents, but today it remains one of the most influential in Western philosophy.

In general, this strategy of success in life can be described in one word - “to have”.

However, in parallel with this concept, others are also developing, which could be conditionally called “to be”.

The founder of this trend can be considered F. Nietzsche, who put forward the idea of a “superman”. Nietzsche's superman is an independent, self-reliant person who has fallen in love with himself, accepted himself, realized his desires and needs. This is a person who has surpassed himself, detached from the "herd", able to take a critical look at the world around him, at established values. He not only destroys what was created before him, he has the will to create new values that correspond to his worldview, his worldview, his own “I”.

F. Nietzsche's doctrine of the “superman” was developed in the theory of self-actualization by A. Maslow. In his book “Motivation and Personality” (1970), A. Maslow defines self-actualization “as the full use and realization of abilities, talent, potential of the individual” . Self-actualizing people are people who develop to a state that is fully adequate to their capabilities and fully realizes everything that they are capable of. From the point of view of A. Maslow, the motivation of an ordinary person is the desire for the missing satisfaction of basal needs (physiological needs, needs for security, social connections). A successful person is a person who is focused on meeting the needs of more high level- “growth needs”:

Esteem needs, which include, first, the need for respect from others - for recognition by them personal qualities and achievements; secondly, the need for self-respect;

The needs of self-actualization are the needs of the individual to realize their potentialities and abilities, to grow their own personality, to understand, comprehend and develop their own “I”.

A similar point of view on the issue of human success in life is shared by Paolo Coelho, a Brazilian writer who is by far the most widely read author in the world. The works of Coelho are philosophical parables, the heroes of which are both our contemporaries and biblical characters and fairy-tale heroes. But all of them are connected by one thing - the search for their own destiny on Earth. Having gone through trials, sometimes bitter and difficult, they learn to recognize their dream, strive for its realization, following the paths of their Destiny. According to Coelho, a successful person is, first of all, a person who has realized himself, his abilities, talents, inclinations, dreams as his own destiny, because “every person, no matter what he does, plays a major role in the history of the world” . Only knowledge and acceptance of oneself gives a person faith in his abilities and the ability to realize his dreams. Only awareness of one's Destiny, one's path as the meaning of life brings a person a feeling of life fullness, happiness, peace of mind, and therefore makes him successful.

Summarizing the above, let us turn again to the strategies of success in life, which are characterized by the attitude “to have”. Can such a person be considered truly successful? Unlikely. The eternal pursuit of material values never brings complete satisfaction (after all, there is always someone who has something more) and, in the end, leads to spiritual devastation. The formation of a personality whose motto will be “to be”, as a truly successful one, aimed at self-knowledge, self-actualization, self-improvement and self-realization - this is the task that our society and school face today as its main institution. After all, the future belongs to such individuals.

But how does it really work? A study of the value orientations of students conducted at our school several years ago showed that the majority of school graduates entering life want to achieve success in the profession, but only half of them associate this success with good studies, talent and work. At the same time, more than 50% of graduates see their future life indefinitely or as “gloom”. Although a large number of teenagers appreciate a happy family life, love their parents, more than half of them do not value their homeland, its nature, do not consider it necessary to help people, take care of their health. For the most part, young men and women are concerned about improving their own material well-being, they want to have a lot of money, because, according to adolescents, they are the equivalent of life's success. Of course, the means of mass media and, above all, television, which actively promotes the ideas of pragmatism through the so-called “American way of life”. And this happens with the tacit consent or, even worse, with the support of both the family and the school.

The data obtained in the course of our study of value orientations served as a reason for revising the entire system educational work at school. Priority areas of educational work were identified (patriotic education, environmental education and education, professional orientation, creation of a system of student self-government, development of a system of additional education, etc.), a program of work with teachers, children and parents has been created.

AT in general terms the work of the school in shaping the life success of students can be represented in the following way:

This was judged by the results of the survey “Life success of a person”, conducted in May 2005 among school graduates.

Possession of what things, from the point of view of graduates, can tell about the success of a person in life? 32% of students believe that a successful person has an apartment, 27% - a car, 23% - a computer, 18% - mobile phone, 9% - washing machine, microwave oven, color TV, VCR, DVD player, country house, 5% - home theater. The majority of children (59%) believe that it is not necessary for a successful person to have all this. The same can be said about clothing. Only 9% of graduates believe that a successful person dresses in expensive stores, boutiques, 5% - in large stores designed for the middle class. The overwhelming majority of 11th-graders (86%) think that for a successful person it doesn't matter where he or she dresses.

Currently, 77% of graduates consider themselves successful, 14% - unsuccessful, 9% of students found it difficult to answer this question. However, only 64% of graduates did not express doubts about their success in the future, and 36% found it difficult to answer this question.

Answering the question about what their success in the future depends more on, the eleventh-graders from the proposed options unequivocally chose the answer “from myself, my determination, activity”.

Thus, the model of success in life chosen by our graduates today is as follows. A successful person, first of all, is a self-confident master of his craft, a professional. He knows how to set and achieve goals, always has his own opinion, is confident in his future, has a good education and is responsible for his actions. At the same time, a successful person does not seek to acquire any things, it does not matter to him where he dresses. The main thing for him is to realize his talents and abilities. Although there are guys who do not consider themselves successful in the present and are not sure of their success in the future, they all know for sure that their success in life is in their hands, only their own determination and activity will help them in self-realization.

A study of the professional intentions of future school graduates also showed that most children have a clear idea of their future profession, about which educational institutions train specialists of this profile, what academic disciplines they need to pay attention to when preparing for admission. Most already have a clear plan for their further educational path.

As a result, 45% of our 11th grade students entered higher educational establishments, 41% - to colleges, with the intention of working after graduation and continuing their studies at universities in absentia or remotely. 9% of the children entered vocational schools, 5% - started working.

Summing up our work, we can safely say that in the vast majority of our eleventh graders, we managed to form the motivation to “be” someone, and not “have” something. And this means that our work was also successful.

Surely, you have thought and thought more than once how to succeed, what is needed for this, what qualities make a person successful, why some succeed and others do not. Of course, there are a lot of qualities that contribute to success. We will focus on the main ones.

1. Striving (and even obsessing) with a big goal

All of us in the course of our daily lives solve large and not very tactical tasks. But many of us do not even think about what the overall goal of these tasks add up. How many people can clearly indicate, at least to themselves, what higher goals they are moving towards? And if there are no clearly defined goals, then there is no result. Success will be much easier if you clearly know your desires and develop your capabilities. Remember this forever.

2. “I see the goal, I see no obstacles”

A successful person does not think in terms of “problems”, any so-called problem is an opportunity for him. The opportunity to learn something new, to learn something, to find a new solution to the situation, the opportunity to become better. The world provides us with a lot of opportunities all the time, the main thing is not to sit and not wait for our chance. As the saying goes: “How long to wait for success? “If you wait, it will be a long time.”

3. Think positive

Not everything always goes smoothly. Even if things don't work out the way you planned, learn from the experience and move on. Most importantly, never give up. A positive perception of the world always gives strength to move forward. Remember, not always success should be a motivator, sometimes failure can be a motivator. After all, there is always progress in failure. And is it interesting when everything is easy?

4. Achieve maximum results

If you do your job "somehow" and just to avoid punishment, you are unlikely to succeed. A truly successful person is driven by the desire to develop and reach new heights, he does not need someone to constantly urge him on.

5. Self-confidence and high self-esteem

This implies reasonably high self-esteem, non-conceit and narcissism. It is stable self-confidence that will help you adequately respond to both victories and defeats, as well as always adequately perceive advice and feedback.

6. Ability to take responsibility

If you are always convinced that everyone but you is to blame for your misfortunes: colleagues, external circumstances, the market situation, and even the weather, it will be very difficult for you to achieve success. You need to have the strength to realize and accept the fact that most things and events in life depend primarily on you.

7. Ability to listen and hear others

The ability to listen to a person will give you many benefits in life. People who know how to listen always stand out from the crowd. Always remember that there is more than just you and your point of view. Even if it seems to you that this person is wrong, listen to him, perhaps you will learn something new or just get the location of this person.

8. Analysis of the situation and systematic thinking

Always analyze your life. What is the reason for the failure? Why did it work out for you this time? Think about whether you are doing the right things to achieve your goals. Successful people always perceive the situation systematically.

9. Ability to take risks

Of course, the risk must be justified. But you shouldn't be afraid of him. Only those who do nothing do not make mistakes. Do not be afraid and refuse the opportunities that life gives you.

10. Health

If the goal is set, then in no case should its implementation be postponed. You should not interfere with fear, laziness, circumstances. If you really have an interest in your goal and a desire to achieve it, efficiency will become your inalienable quality. If you have already forced yourself to move, but what is the point of stopping?

11. Self-development and self-education

Constantly study and learn something new. Business trainings, seminars, reading professional literature broaden your horizons, improve your personal and professional skills, help you find new ways to solve problems. Set aside at least half an hour a day for reading. Remember, if it seems to you that now you know everything, you have stopped in development.

12. Reasonable attitude to money.

Try to properly distribute financial resources, save, find new sources of income. Think thrice before making a big purchase. Always plan your income and expenses and try to avoid loans. And remember, money should be a means, not an end.

13. Ability to competently prioritize

Priorities - quite complex psychological aspect, often it is a choice between what you want and what you need. A successful person always bases his choices on the long term, and sometimes this requires stepping over his emotions and momentary desires. It sounds rather difficult, but the path to success cannot be easy.

14. Inner harmony with yourself

Your motivational aspirations should not contradict each other. If you resist your own actions, you will never be able to move forward. There should be no barriers to success built by you within you.

15. Success is impossible without rest

Arrange yourself a weekend with a complete or partial rejection of gadgets. Spend time in nature or play sports, do what you like and bring positive emotions. Rest is necessary for anyone - without a break, a running engine will one day burn out.
