And you’re doing the right thing, because you yourself taught him lies! Instead of boundless love for you and the desire to share everything in the world, you bring up fear and lies in us because of the fear of being misunderstood ... Allah is testing you with your children, your own sins. You wash the bones of your acquaintances with such relish and talk about them. dysfunctional families, about ungrateful children and their sins, that Allah eventually tests you with precisely these sins!
You are ready to forgive your child almost everything: the loss of innocence before the wedding (who doesn’t happen to?!), pregnancy and abortions (you yourself carry on by the arm), grass in your son’s car (they excused you - we know), murders and rapes (everyone commits mistakes, and in general, she climbed into him herself!), theft, lies, bribes, expulsions from the institute, partying until the morning, useless spending of money on whatever you like (later on, you most often think about drugs), and even the fact that he can raise his hand to you or shout at you (adulthood ...). Are you ready to turn a blind eye to this, but a son with a beard?! Or a daughter in a hijab? DAUGHTER IN BLACK?! In my house? Never!!! I will never forgive!!!

People wear pendants and amulets with the name of Allah and, without thinking about what hangs around their necks, boldly enter the restroom with it ... All this is an optical illusion! All this is nothing more than a show. Many people pray in record time a short time. Or, what happens even more often, they do one prayer on time, and all the rest “I will make up later” ... it doesn’t work at work (there are no conditions, they may notice, there is not enough time) ... Subhanallah! How pathetic and how terrible these excuses... Do you really think that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) took a bath and drank a cup of coffee before praying? Or was he waiting hot water, because cold since morning - it is very unpleasant? Can't you find a handful of water or square meter earth to take a bath? Who are you afraid of? Who are you afraid of? You have enough time for lunch, for a drink with the chef, for an empty two-hour chatter with colleagues, for the phone, for the view from the window, for playing games on the computer ... for anything, for this life, but not for Allah. Of course, you remember Him, but only at the moments when the ground narrows under your feet, you remember Him and shout: “For what?!” Think, is it really so difficult to understand why exactly ?! You ask Him for help - and He sends it to you in the form of your children, who have realized, come to the truth and bring with them only goodness and a call to Allah. He sends you the very long-awaited help that you so often asked him for in moments of mental anxiety, when the heart was out of place, when the children were not at home, and it was already after midnight on the clock, when debts, debts, debts ... He sends her to you, and it is so difficult for you to accept and understand it. You refuse what you yourself have been asking for and waiting for so long; it seems to you that it has only gotten worse, but, believe me, wallah, it only seems to you ... After some time, you realize this again and ask for help, but there is nowhere else to wait for it, because you are waiting for help from people, and we - from Allah. Our help is always at hand. He always answers our prayers and calls, we ask forgiveness of sins for you and ourselves, and you ask for curses for us and those who led us to this ... – Rukiyat, do you consider yourself an accomplished artist?
- Of course not. In general, it's probably not for me to decide, but for the audience. What I regret is that after graduation theater university she did not seriously engage in her real profession, but went into show business, led concerts, tried herself in a singing career, etc. Although my plans were far-reaching, I planned to go to Moscow, I received offers more than once, from which, as they say, wings grew behind my back. But my relatives carefully cut these very wings to me, arguing that I would not go to Moscow alone, but only with my other half, which I did not have at that time. Maybe unfortunately, maybe fortunately. (Thoughtfully) Maybe it really wasn't fate? Everything that happens is for the best.
What do you think of yourself as a person?
- Very sentimental, overly emotional, straightforward. I can also easily break loose and wave somewhere far away, I can take offense at a person and immediately forget about the offense. I always do everything in my own way, I live, relying on intuition, by the way, I have it very developed. I think it's better to do something and regret it than to do nothing at all.
I am constant, I like to experiment, learn something new, learn. In general, I do not mark time.
- Maybe these qualities contributed to the choice of your future profession?
- I became an actress not because of something, but in spite of it. Apparently, the stars are so arranged, so it was destined for me by fate.
I am the youngest child in the family, spoiled, and this despite the fact that my birth was unplanned. My childhood was probably the happiest, for which I am infinitely grateful to my parents. Until a certain age, I was a quiet and calm child, but this did not last long.
- So, in early childhood you were a good girl from a good family, but ended up growing up in...?
“A noisy, violent, energetic teenager. The ground literally burned under me (laughs). Friends told my parents: “Something will come out of it, something extraordinary will definitely turn out!”
This "something" was not long in coming. While still at school, I attended all kinds of circles in order to throw out my energy, but in a peaceful direction. She graduated from the "School of the Young Philologist", after which she could boldly enter the Faculty of Philology. But at the family "concilium" disputes over my future profession flared up in earnest. Dad (now deceased) decided that I would make a good surgeon. Can you imagine? Me, and the surgeon? (Mom also dreamed that I would enter a normal faculty (emphasizes the word “normal”). So the disputes would have continued until our family friend Khabib Gadzhiev intervened with a proposal to enter the theater department. Immediately, some kind of light bulb lit up in me “I want to be an artist!” I declare, standing in the “hands to side” position. Realizing that arguing with me is pointless, my relatives give up.
On the day of the exams, while other applicants were sweating through the memorized studies, I calmly stood at the entrance to the sports complex until I realized that I even forgot the documents at home. There were no keys with me, and I had to literally break into my apartment through the second floor window. The exit back was, as you might guess, the same.
In a hurry, running into the hall, to the selection committee, it turns out that I was already late. But after much persuasion, they gave me the opportunity to prove myself. The jury includes eminent cultural figures. They ask me: “Well, show me what you have prepared.” I told them: “What, did you have to cook something?” In general, I almost brought them to hysterics (laughs). After completing a few tasks, they finally accepted me.
What role did you start with? theatrical activity?
- I played the negative character Sameda Ibragimovna, a very strict and hated teacher, wearing glasses, in a strict suit. It was the play "What is my fault?". Directed by our beloved director Salih Imangolov (deceased). I played some bitches for a long time, the directors believed that these roles are good for me, comforting me with the fact that it is easier to play a positive role than a negative one.
I still remember that after the play "Testament" women came up to me and said that the whole performance was angry with me and were even ready to pull my hair! (laughs).
And I tell them that this is the highest praise for an actor that can only be heard!
- Yes, yes, it means that the role was really successful!

It can be very disappointing when many people say: “What, do we still have theaters? And people go there? You need to be interested in the culture of Dagestan, your nationality, and we, the actors, in turn, do everything to carry it to the masses.
What role do you dream of? And what role played is the most successful for you?
- I think that I have not yet played it, the most successful one. And I dream ... well ... I don’t even know.
Is there really no big acting dream? Men usually dream of Hamlet, women should probably dream of Ophelia?
- Well, I'm not at the age to play Ophelia or even Tatyana Larina. But, although she has not yet become a mother, she would play Medea with great pleasure.
- Do you have to young actor to grasp at everything that is offered to him, or can he afford some choice?
- Roles are usually not sought by actors, they are given by directors. There are also assistants for actors who select types. At first, you have to grab on to almost everything, but you have to grab it with your head. So I'm saying, would I myself choose the roles that I play? Of course, as some kind of khan's, exemplary daughter, so it's someone, but as a grumpy old woman or tear your head off, so it's me ...
- Well, you yourself admitted that not everyone can play a negative hero.
- It remains only to amuse yourself with this.
- Do you agree with the opinion of psychologists that mostly people come to the theater ...
– (Rukiyat interrupts me) Mentally ill? (laughs).
- Not at all, people are closed in themselves in order to somehow be liberated.
- You know, we really studied students whom their parents brought purposefully in order to save them from complexes.

- I know that, in addition to acting skills, you also have good vocals and even tried yourself in a duet with songwriter Khadis Sabiyev?
Yes, I had such an experience. The fact is that after graduating from high school, instead of continuing to realize myself as an actress, I went to the stage, led concerts. Soon, the well-known Khadis Sabiyev made up a couple for me, who soon invited me to sing a duet. The duet "You and I", although it was well received by the audience, did not last long, about a year.
– Do you use the professional skills acquired in the theater in your life?
- Off the stage, I'm a useless actress. Well, imagine how you can work around the clock? Although, being in a duet with Hadith, it helped a lot.
– In the project “Highlanders from Wit” you are constantly experimenting with images, is it not difficult to transform so quickly? How did you meet Eldar, Gadzhimurad and other actors? How do you work with them?
- Works great. Adam Budagilov, the DJ of the Priboy radio station, introduced me to Eldar. At that time he was looking for a girl for filming. They immediately came up with a pseudonym for me - Masliat Magomedovna and presented me in the form of a girl from the people. The people liked it. Thus began my story in the Highlanders. By the end of January, the release of the fourth part of this project is also planned. Then there were funny commercials, which were also well received by the audience.
- A sort of "Yeralash", only with the participation of adults?
- Yes, yes, you have no idea how long I was haunted by the image of a girl from an advertisement for sunflower seeds, where I say: “Murtuz, buy me Soyuz seeds.”
How is filming a commercial different from regular filming?
- Here, as they say, you can’t roam like in the Highlanders or in the theater. Sometimes you get a taste, and the director stops at the very interesting place! In advertising, all information must be placed in some kind of framework. And that makes it more difficult.
- Feeling that not all potential is used?
- Yes, I want to live the role, as on stage, but time does not allow.
– And how do actors live, I mean financially? Does acting make enough money to live on?
- In the theater, the salary, like all state employees, is once a month. To say that I live on it is a lie. Naturally, my main income is holding concerts, shooting in advertising.
Nevertheless, I can safely say that, despite the financial issues, I am proud to work in the only Avar theater in the world. There are many Russian theaters, but in order to preserve the culture of your small homeland, you still need to try. After all, as they say, man is not fed up with bread alone.
Does show business impose any obligations on you?
- It is generally difficult to impose any obligations on me (with feigned indignation). In general, none, the only thing is that you need to work.
Name your craziest trick.
- (Thinking) ... My whole life, like myself, is sheer madness, because something extraordinary often happens in life. For me, this is the norm, for others - out of the ordinary. I think there will be more! Well, for example, I can easily cut my hair like a boy or change my color from blonde to brunette. Although after the last such trick I look at myself in the mirror and think: “It seems to be me, but some kind of non-native”. And then she went blonde again. I feel like her. Blonde is a state of mind.
Are you a purposeful person or do you go with the flow?
- Definitely - I don’t go with the flow, but to say that I set myself global tasks and go to my goal over my head, sweeping away everything in my path - is also not about me.
Do you have an impossible dream?
– I don’t bother about it. I believe that everything in life is relative. From any difficult situation I can always pull myself literally “by the ears”. When I'm sad, I think that there are people who are worse off than me. And then forces appear, because relatives and friends give me them with their presence in my life. And in this I consider myself a darling of fate.
- Do you manage to do a lot in life, cinema, theater, probably, and everything is arranged in your personal life?
- Also one of the crazy things in my life (laughs). The funny thing is that the marriage proposal is mine future husband made me on the first day of our acquaintance. For the first time he saw me on TV in a duet with Khadis and, as he admits, he immediately fell in love. We got married five months later. I have been married for three years now. He has nothing to do with show business, and I consider this a plus. Spouses should have their own interests. He is a sportsman. Sport is his way of life, what he lives by. It seems to me that the most terrible news for him will be that the gym is closed!
- Tell us about your creative plans. What are your hopes for and what are the prospects for their implementation?
- As they say, I will not make God laugh. Everything is the will of the Almighty. There are many plans and ideas, everything has its time. The most important thing for me is a kind of spiritual comfort, harmony in the family. Being a good wife in life is still more difficult than playing on stage. But I think I am good at this role. Until he got married, my husband believed that the Avar khinkal was the best prepared by his mother. Yes, and my friends were outraged that at first I hid my culinary abilities.
- People say that even the burnt scrambled eggs of a beloved wife are the most delicious!
- No I do not agree. But what about the statement that the way to a man's heart is through his stomach? And to be honest, I myself love delicious food. For me, the quantity is not important, but the main thing is the quality. And how to "starve the worm" I will always find.

- An absolute esthete, like an optimist.
- And besides scripts, do you still read something, do you have time? What book made a lasting impression on you?
– To my great shame, I read less often. I used to read non-stop. Today I watch more and more good films. And even many of the works that I read are very interesting to see in the film adaptation. For me, the film "Eugene Onegin" with the participation of Hollywood actress Liv Tyler, watched "The Master and Margarita" by Bulgakov. And I love good movies in general.
After watching the movie novel Eat Pray Love by Elizabeth Taylor, I experienced a soul-searching. It seems that everything is so banal, and yet I began to engage in soul-searching, fear appeared, whether I live the right life, is it right. He didn't let me go for a long time.

Obviously, this accusation is revenge for disobedience. As far as we know, Tumsu has never been to Syria and has no intention of going there. This is easy to check and prove. Abdurakhmanov first went to Georgia, where he was long time and from there to Poland. The criminal case against him was fabricated. After his departure from Russia, Islam Kadyrov, his bodyguard, and the head of the Grozny police wrote to him and sent voice messages via the WhatsApp messenger. Magomed Dashaev- the latter threatened that " won't let him live in peace". In Chechnya, pressure began on his relatives and friends - they terrorized Tumsu's colleagues and his mother, relatives, and interrogated neighbors. Members of the Tumsu family (wife, children, brother and mother) left Russia, they managed to avoid the fate of the hostages. Meanwhile, high-ranking officials kept calling Toomes ( ; ; ) and putting pressure on him distant relatives in order to force the fugitive to return.

Since Tumsu left Russia, he has given numerous media interviews. He expressed not only his own history, but also described the situation in Chechnya, talked about gross and cynical violations of human rights. Moreover, Tumsu created vlog which quickly gained popularity. Abdurakhmanov has become one of the most active and consistent critics of the Kadyrov regime. He entered the nine winners of the competition for the best regional video blog, which was conducted by a Russian oppositionist and public figure Alexey Navalny. The publicity and active position of Tumsu undoubtedly made his position even more vulnerable.

Although we may not agree with all of Abdurakhmanov's public statements, he did not say or do anything criminally punishable.

However, he was denied asylum in Poland, as had previously been denied in Georgia. The authorities of both countries acknowledge that Tumsu is likely to be persecuted at home, but they believe that he is a threat to them - without explaining, however, what exactly this threat is. As far as we know, there is no reliable information that Abdurakhmanov committed any illegal actions, both on the territory of Russia and abroad.

Russian and international human rights organizations continue to report numerous cases of illegal detentions, kidnappings and disappearances of people, keeping them in "secret prisons" where they are deprived of all rights, persecution of dissenters (both for political and religious reasons), torture, falsification and fabrication of criminal cases, extrajudicial executions in Chechnya. December 20, 2018 The OSCE has recognized all the above-mentioned facts of systematic flagrant violations of human rights in Chechnya with the full connivance of the federal authorities. This document was the result of an investigation carried out within the framework of the Moscow Mechanism, initiated for the first time against the Russian Federation.

I would also like to recall the case Zaurbek Zhamaldaev, deported from Poland in 2013. AT July 2015 unknown persons abducted him in Moscow, after which he went missing. Ignoring the above facts and the opinion of competent human rights activists, the Polish authorities decided to hand Tumsa Abdurakhmanov over for reprisal. Obviously, in his homeland, not only imprisonment on a fabricated criminal case awaits him, but, in best case, humiliation and torture.

The decision to extradite Abdurakhmanov is a direct violation of the human right to asylum, which is unacceptable for a democratic European state, which is Poland.

October 31, 2016 Abdurakhmanov received a response from the Ministry of Refugees of Georgia, among other things, it was stated: “The Ministry considers that you satisfy the bases for granting refugee status provided for in Article 1A (2) Geneva Convention on Refugee Status of 1951 and Article 2 of the Law of Georgia “On Refugee Status and Humanitarian Process,<…>but there are serious reasons to believe that your stay in Georgia, due to significant circumstances, is contrary to the interests of the country.”

2017

1st of February Tumsu found out that he was wanted by Interpol. This was written on the official website of the prosecutor's office of the Chechen Republic. AT mid February Abdurakhmanov's lawyer helped him draft an application to the Interpol commission for file control.

April 23 The Tbilisi court upheld the decision of the Ministry of Refugees. At that time, Tumsu learned that he was removed from the international wanted list while his application was being considered.

July 11 Abdurakhmanov left for Poland with his wife and children. His brother and mother were already in Germany by that time. While still in Georgia, Tumsu wrote an application for asylum. December 6 Abdurakhmanov received the first refusal of asylum in Poland on the grounds that he, having evidence of his innocence in his hands (marks in his passports about crossing borders), could not be afraid of a guilty verdict in Russia. This argument shows that Polish officials do not understand the realities of Russia, and Chechnya in particular. Cases are known when even the most indisputable alibi did not prevent the courts in Chechnya from passing harsh convictions. The possibility of an unjust sentence or extrajudicial execution is generally not taken into account by officials.

January 7 Tumsa and her family were transferred to an open camp for foreigners. Polish law prescribes that an asylum seeker be released from a closed camp after six months if his case is still pending and no final decision has been made.

September 25 Tumsu was denied in the second instance. At the same time, Poland provided his family with additional protection (in contrast to refugee status, it exempts the government from paying benefits and is granted for two years). The main reason for refusal is the Agency's application internal security Poland (ABW), according to which Tumsu is a threat to the country's security. According to ABW, Abdurakhmanov may have contacts with extremist organizations.
